Harmony Senior Services

This has been a great experience for us with Harmony. This a great place to live. They are a brand new community. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The meals themselves and the quality of food is good. The service of the food being delivered or being served cold is an issue. It would be nice to have more staff to assist in serving the meals to the residents. There is one meal a day provided which is dinner. If the resident would like to dine for breakfast or lunch there is an additional fee. There is a full kitchen in the apartment and a washer/dryer combination in the apartment for the residents to use. There can be frustration due to the combination washer dryer as the dryer doesn't truly dry the clothes.

We had a very positive tour experience with Harmony at Brentwood. They felt that they were not going to be able to accommodate my dads physical needs that he had and we really appreciated their honesty. All of the staff were so kind to us.

Based on our families experience so far with Harmony at Columbia we would very much recommend this community to other families

I love it here. Everyone here is very friendly. The community provides housekeeping once a week. All the staff are friendly as well. It feels like home to me. The food service is a little slow and it would be nice to see this improved, along with the quality of meals. There is a meal plan to choose from in independent living. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, along with a full kitchen.

We had a great experience. All the staff were very open, willing to answer questions, and very informative. We had nothing but a good experience. There are choices for meals. The residents can choose which meal plan they want and it will vary depending on the option the resident chooses. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment.

We had an excellent tour of Harmony with [name removed]. Her enthusiastic and professional personality along with the beauty of Harmony convinced us that should be our future home. Harmony is lucky to have [name removed].

My wife [name removed] received much loving care from the staff at Harmony in the 8 months she spent there in assisted living prior to her passing on [date removed] . Eating at the same table each night you soon became family with your table mates and other residents. As family they looked out for each other.

Everyone there was so helpful. Took the time to give us options and listened to diagnose what care my mother-in-law would need. All the people that lived there told us they loved it. Would highly recommend Harmony.

I am an outreach volunteer at my church and I visit Harmony at Falls Run frequently. The residents and staff are always happy and smiling. They are always friendly and appreciative of our time and efforts. The building is clean and nicely decorated to suit the seasons. They seem to have activities for the residents all the time and they are very well attended.

Our mother was a very social happy individual before the Covid pandemic. Being cooped up, alone for the most part, her mood changed drastically. She became depressed, lost her appetite and stopped communicating with friends. We thought she would snap back to her old self once the country started to reopen but she didn't. A church friend highly recommend Harmony at Falls Run to us. What a blessing! Mother has never been more happy. She has lots of friends and activities all throughout each day. Her depression has lifted, she loves the food and her appetite has regained. We could not be more pleased with the caring staff and Residents at Harmony at Falls Run.

Over the last year things at Harmony have improved drastically. I see positive changes everywhere. The staff is always friendly and willing to help! I enjoy the food greatly when I eat, its scratch country cooking. Its a warm environment that I am glad my parents can enjoy daily. It feels like Harmony is the proper name finally!

After searching for a comfortable and safe place for my mother and aunt, we discovered Harmony at Southridge. We have been very pleased with the caring staff!! Knowing we can see them happy with the staff, environment, and food, as well as meeting new friends, gives us peace of mind. Thank you!!

I want to tell you that this place is amazing. Gorgeous facility with gracious staff. It is immaculate. we were looking for our parents and took a tour and had lunch. The food was great and there was a group playing the violin. That place is something else.

My experience with harmony was excellent and always the problem was my loved ones were not ready to go into assisted living. They are awesome in every way. They are the best.

We had a great tour experience with Harmony at Greensboro. It was a very nice place. It was very expensive but I think it may have been worth it. They did not have an accessible courtyard so we wrote it off right away. I wish we would have looked into them more because I think it may have worked out better here.

This facility is really great. They keep it spotless inside and out. We love it. My brother is very happy here. My only concern is the staffing. They are understaffed, but I know that's everywhere right now. Communication with the family is wonderful, they are so friendly. If they see you sitting by yourself they come and talk to you, which is really nice. The food is good, they have good quality and selection. They do housekeeping once a week, I wish it was twice a week. They do a good job, but I feel like some could benefit from having them twice a week. They have a very wide variety of activities and day trips. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My loved one, does not like the food because it is sometimes very bland. Overall, it is a lovely place.

My loved one looks better and feels safe there. My only concern is they are short staffed. The staff is excellent , always willing to work with residents, and seem to be very accomodating. My loved one is very pleased with the food We hired additional help, in which they take my love done to dinner and activities. It is expensive, but it's a clean environment, and my loved one is very happy.

The signing of the papers and transition process was fairly easy and we really like the his own doctor will come to the community. For the most part of our loved ones enjoys the meals, he says breakfast is the best and usually for lunch they have good food - for dinner it is not his favorite but they do offer different options like salads. He enjoys going on the ride-a-longs, playing cornhole, and listening to the live entertainment

Our loved one was very reluctant about going but once she got moved in she is really enjoying the experience. Our loved one does not always participate in the activities but they always have different things going on. They have in house OT and PT which for us we have found to be very accommodating and convenient for her. They are having some issues with staffing so right now the service is buffet style whereas before when they had enough servers the residents were able to sit down at the table and order off a menu. We have already recommended this community to other families and will absolutely continue to do so
