When I walk in harmony it's like home. The residents are always so pleasant and the nurses are always welcoming! I would love to be apart of this home! Harmony square smelt amazing when I walked in the doors. They are always interacting with activities when I enter! I love the environment

This is a very good community. The staff are very nice and will accommodate my loved one's requests. There are three meals served a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Some of the care offered by the community includes medication management, dressing and bathing assistance, and hygiene care.

There's a mix of people from all over at this facility It is a new facility and is really nice and décor is modern. The staff are very nice I would recommend Harmony at Victory Station to others

We really liked Harmony at Victory Station and wanted our loved one to go here. The facility was clean, the price was right, and staff were great. They were unfortunately unable to take my loved one because of a stage 3 wound, they said they were unable to care for it. We also found out they are not able to take residents who are on hospice, but if they move in then get placed on hospice then they can. We wish it would have worked out.

Our loved one for the first couple of weeks had a had time adjusting which is probably most common with families, but the staff hung in there and were very patient which we appreciated it. The staff not only take interest in our loved one but all the other residents and our family when we come to visit. The residents are all very friendly and are always together which is nice to see. Based on our experience with Harmony at Kent we would absolutely recommend this community to other fairies .

They offer a ton of activites but my loved one does not participate. The value for the money is worth it. They do a great job, it's a beautiful facility, and real convient to the family. We picked this community, because of the location, it's new and nicer, and had good ratings. So far, we are very impressed with them. They have done mostly, what they told us that they were going to do. Also, the food looks delicious.

My father has been a resident at harmony on the peninsula for 7 yrs now and i have stayed at his apartment a couple of times for a week at the time and i was very impressed with the facility, especially the employees, they went out of the way to get anything my father needed and treated him and me with the upmost care and respect, very loving and fun and professional, i cant say enough about the staff. The facility was always super vlean. The kitchen staff and the chefs were fabulous and the food was incredible. The level of care was way above board. My father enjoys the staff, they are always funny and treat you like a long lost friend. The nursing staff are super friendly and always willing to answer any questions i may have about my father. I would like to thank all of the employees and the management for a job well done, year after year. Excellent facility.

I would recommend you look at this community for your loved ones. They are friendly, the residents are nice, and is a clean community. Overall the food is good. My loved ones seem to enjoy their time here. The community takes care of the laundry. Every so often the community will sometimes lose the laundry, or the laundry will occasionally have spots on it. The housekeeping isn't always done twice a week as promised.

My mother is happy at Harmony at Five Forks.

Harmony at Greensboro was helpful in making the transition for our loved one. [name removed] was especially very helpful. The staff are receptive and make changes that we discuss during the care plan meetings. And it's a beautiful facility.

I love Harmony. The people there are very caring, and they also know the other facilities in the area. If there is a service you need that they don't supply, they have no problem putting you in touch with another place that can meet that need. Their focus is on truly helping any way they can. The care they provide to my dad has been very good. We've had some emergency issues, and they notify me right away. If they have any questions on behavior changes, etc., I get notified. The facility layout is very nice, and it's kept very clean. I can see that they'll have to start updating some things like the carpet soon, but they're handling everything really well. And the food is phenomenal - my dad loves the meals.

My Dad is a resident at Harmony of Independence. The experience I’ve had with Harmony has been excellent. The facility is clean and safe. My Dad was able to integrate into the community easily and quickly. The other residents have been friendly and helpful. In my interactions with the staff, I have found them to be caring and helpful. Of special note, I must say that[name removed] their Sales and Marketing Director, has gone above and beyond her job description to help my Dad and me. It is abundantly clear that [name removed] truly loves and cares about/for the people at Harmony. As just one example of many things she has done, she has personally contacted me on her days off to make me aware of things concerning the well being of my Dad and made sure she and the Harmony staff were doing everything possible to watch out for and assist him to ensure he was safe and well taken care of. I would recommend Harmony of Independence to anyone looking for a nice place for a senior individual.

Harmony at Southridge was newly built, and it felt like I was going into a castle. The staff were friendly and dressed appropriately, although there was one person there I was surprised to see due to a negative experience I had with them previously in my professional life. But the meals looked really nice. They had different dining areas. The facility in general was so large I would be afraid an older person, especially with dementia, would get lost. It was not as much of a homey environment, but instead felt more like you were on vacation every day. And it was pretty pricey just for the room, let alone care costs on top of that.

The thing that stuck out most to use was just how friendly all of the staff and the residents were. The facility was also extremely clean as well. I would highly recommend Harmony on the Peninsula to others.

This was a wonderful community. This was our 2nd choice. They had attentive and wonderful staff. The community was a bit larger than we wanted for our loved one.

We chose Harmony at Kent because of the price, the availability of rooms (most in town were full) and the staff were very helpful in getting him transitioned here smoothly. The rooms are a lot larger in comparison to other places that we looked at in the area. It is a brand new facility and super clean. It is in a great location that is close to shopping. Since it is brand new, not everything is up and running yet but they are in the process of getting things going. I would recommend this facility to others, it is a great place.

This place is terrific. My dad likes the place and that really helped with the transition from his house to a very nice roomy apartment.

I toured this community and it was wonderful. The Marketing Director really took her time with me and helped me understand the process and options. I felt like she went out of her way to help me. She was so helpful. However, this facility is very large and just wasn't a great fit for my loved one with mobility challenges.

Even though they didn't meet my needs, the facility and staff was great.

We chose Harmony at Kent because of the location. We found it was a very new and beautiful place. The price was very affordable as well especially for what is offered. The apartment sizes are extremely nice. They do have tons of activities provided. She has gone to the casino, she plays cards cards, dominoes, and she also goes out a lot. They have a bar and restaurant as well and do wine nights. They have a theatre where they show movies. There is no pool. She is constantly busy. They are in the process of trying to get a hair dresser in there but can't seem to find one. I would absolutely recommend Harmony to others looking.
