I was very impressed with Harmony at Anderson. The community (building, staff & resident are amazing. It feels like a true home.

10/10 Staff are amazing here and are always willing to help at any time.

Beautiful community. We ate lunch and it was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It made me want to go live there. When we are ready for our parents to leave home, they're going to go there.

It's beautiful and made new friends. Friendliness of staff and residents is what I like the most.

The overall experience has been excellent. The community is very well kept and welcoming. Smells fresh. The staff greets you upon entering and stay says "hi" in passing. They provide 3 meals a day plus snacks. Dining is formal with table cloths and cloth napkins. Plenty of activities scheduled each day. The provide a calendar each month. It is costly!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I also would caution anyone about automatic draft with the community. There was an incident when the community accidentally drafted twice from the account. The staff were always helpful. There were staff members that went above and beyond to assist the family in getting our loved one settled into the community. There were three meals a day served to the residents, and they had choices to choose from. The family enjoyed dining with our loved one and found the food to be very good.

This was our top choice. The price was more than we wanted to spend, and the location was further from family.

We have had a great experience so far in every way. We love the staff and feel like the staff takes exceptional care of my mom. Residents seem happy, clean, well fed and active.

The staff are friendly, upfront, professional, and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and clean. And its's well designed for the elderly - doors are wide, there are no hazards, etc. However the microwave is above the stove, which is a challenge. But other than that, it's been great.

I toured this community and it was gorgeous. Brand new and very expensive.

The facility is fantastic, my loved one is truly happy here and I am truly happy with the community, I would recommend.

We toured this community over the weekend and it was just wonderful. We had lunch and have put it on the top of our list when its time for mom to leave home. I would say that everyone needs to go see it. It should be on your list to visit.

We picked this community because, it was in my sisters town. I would tell other families to, choose what's best for your situation .

We go and visit our loved ne quite a lot and every time we do they always have different activities going on like different arts and crafts and bingo. They staff members are very friendly and have been very good to our loved one. We like that they have a staff team that stays with the residents at all times to ensure they receive adequate care. We have not had an experience with the meals or dining and haven't heard anything really negative or positive. For families in this area we would recommend Harmony at Mt. Juliet to other families .

A smile and a good attitude go a long way. There are some very special people working in Harmony, and you can truly tell that they care for their residents. They laugh, joke, have kind words and a gentle touch. Those are the ones who make a big difference in a community like Harmony!

Working in this industry I see many different care environments. I am in and out of this community a lot, and more important than how the community looks is how it feels. In my experience working with the staff here has been a pleasure, and the residents look happy and healthy every visit I make.
