IT is a clean and well maintained community, our only concern is sometimes there is a delay in the staff responding. However based on our experience so far we would recommend this community t other families.

My mother is quite happy there and has made the transition well. She raves about how good the food daily, which makes me happy. The only suggestion I have and it really wasn't a big thing, I was told she would be assigned an ambassador to introduce her to people and that didn't happened. Fortunately, she is quite friendly and outgoing so it wasn't that big of an issue for her. That being said, someone who's more timid might be more impacted by that. The staff is friendly and courteous and very helpful with any questions she has. I'm glad I chose this place for her. Perfect fit!

It was a great experience for our family. We had moved my dad from another facility and from the first day felt very welcomed. My dad settled quickly and he loved the meals. He passed away on [date removed].

Overall, the experience with staff has been good but I was sorry to see (Name removed) go. Since then, I have called a couple of times and getting a hold of someone can be a little bit problematic. Although my loved one is in Independent Living, you guys have worked to make her surgery experience easier by bringing her food to her room. Other than that she does not receive care from you. The meals I have had there were definitely not memorable and my loved one was unsatisfied at the beginning. She seems to have changed her mind on that and is happy with the meals. I can't rate the activities, but it seems like they are a little less frequent than I understood them to be. My only experience with the outside activity stuff was that a singer came and sang to the group. I was under the impression that there would be more going on but to be honest, I'm not fully aware of the activity schedule. I know your price point is in line with other facilities, but it is a fairly expensive endeavor, and I would like to see some improvement on the items noted above given the cost of the experience.

Harmony is a very nice looking place and feels like an apartment building, not a facility. The staff is nice and seem to care about the residents.

Harmony at Bellevue was great, we did a virtual and a live tour with them. We just liked [facility name removed] better and it was closer to her sister.

After spending 4 months in hospitals and rehab facilities my brother who is 80 and I am 76 was released to come home in my care. My caregiving was to overwhelming for me and I needed help. I was told he needed constant care and help. After visiting many facilities in Greensboro, I visited Harmony and what a blessing it has been. In 3 months he has made a remarkable turn around. Not ready to come home yet but soon. Harmony has been a God send for me and him. They are caring, and understanding and treat us like family. The day I got there, I was clear this is what my brother needed. My name is [name removed] and I highly recommend these folks. They have made a tremendous impact in our lives.

My loved one liked the food. It was expensive but more affordable than other places. We picked the community, because it was very clean, the peope were friendly, and it was a good fit for my loved one.

I toured this facility and it was nice. Definitely more of a resort feel, it's a large facility. It was very clean and everyone was friendly, but I didn't think the large size was a good fit for my loved one. Otherwise, it would have been a top choice for us.

They help with housekeeping and meals. The activities are pretty good. We picked this community because, we liked the physical appearance, the location is close to family, friendliness of staff, willingness to accomodate us, and the overall value/cost. In comparison to other places, it so much better. I would recommend to other families.

I would tell other families looking into Harmony at Southridge that they do not help supply incontinence supplies. That is something I was unaware of. I would recommend this facility, more so for independent living.

We have had 2 family members here in independent living and both have had a great experience. They make everything easy and have been great to work with. They really try to make your life as easy as possible. I would recommend Harmony at West Ashely to others and already have.

My mom is really enjoying it here at The Harmony Collection. Her only complaint is the hamburgers are dry, but other than that she said the food is good. They do have a good selection, if there is something she cannot eat they have an alternate menu. Staff are above and beyond friendly. She was sick right when she moved in but she is just now getting involved with the activities provided. She really likes the activities lady and they hit it off. I would absolutely recommend The Harmony Collection at Hanover - we are very happy with the experience.

We are so happy with Harmony. Mom has so many activities available and is much more active. The staff is very kind and supportive. Her apartment was freshly painted and new carpet installed. I joined mom several times for meals and was very impressed with the quality of our meals.

My oved one liked the food. We picked this community because it was a close location, and convience to familiy. They could improve on cleaning the rooms, and being more proactive with the residents. They took good care of my loved one, and she adjusted well and was in a good place.

The food was great according to my loved one. The staff were very nice to work with. It was everything I wanted it to be for my loved one. The community was clean and I felt comfortable having my loved one here. It was a great experience for us. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

This was a nice community with a sweet staff during the tour. It was more than we wanted to spend for our loved one.

The cleanliness of Harmony at Columbia is great, the friendliness of the staff team is a 5 star +++. The quality of care the residents receive is excellent. Everybody is fantastic. Our loved one was very hesitant about the move - just like many others, but within less then two weeks of the moved she messaged us saying how much she loves this place. When she moved in a staff member was assigned to her to help her adjust to the community, the staff member introduced her to other ladies and made sure she had people to sit with during meal times. She constantly talks about how much she is in love with the meals, and they have so many different activities for the residents. [name removed] who has worked there for a long time, he knows all the staff and residents really made our decision. We just liked how much he interreacted with his staff team and the residents and he knew all the residents' names. The place is very genuine which you can tell because you cannot fake that. It has really been a great experience for our loved one and we do think the overall value is good.

I enjoyed getting to know the staff. They were very nice, and helpful. They answered any questions, that I had. The communication was great.
