I have visited friends at Harmony many times and always impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and caring of the employees. If I ever need care - this is where I would choose to live.

Harmony has been the perfect solution for me and my husband. We have wonderful care from a loving staff. This beautiful environment with friendly and welcoming residents has become like family. At Harmony, my every need is met with loving care and concern for my safety and comfort.

The thing that we love most about Harmony at Victory Station is that they really care about all of the residents that are living there. The residents even all look out for one another. Based on that experience we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My experience with harmony has been very good. Both parents went to live there. They lived in different areas as mom went to memory care and dad is in assisted living. We chose this facility because they could both be in the same building and dad could visit as much as he wanted/was able. We started the elder care journey caring for mom ourselves. Then we went to a senior living facility. Mom was not cared for adequately, prompting our family to search for another spot. The memory care unit was why we chose Harmony. Well staffed. Quality nursing care. Clean facility and kind people. Mom lived nearly 2 years there. I'm so thankful we chose Harmony. The nursing staff and support team were (are) excellent. They walked with our family through the valley of the shadow of death. I could leave each visit with full confidence mom was being compassionately cared for. Picking Harmony was an excellent choice.

Our tour experience with Harmony at Falls Run was great. The Facility was nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. I lived in the area, but it was actually up to my cousins niece who has power of attorney, who did the final selection. I believe she chose [facility name removed] because at the time they had an opening in the assisted living for a one bedroom apartment. Harmony didn't have openings or only had a studio available.

The entire staff worked on the weekend and tirelessly made an effort to get my grandpa into a room in their Memory Care Unit. They made a room available faster than scheduled so that we could get him in. It was a tough situation and they handled him with extreme care and empathy. We were able to make a long process into a condensed one. Absolutely stellar service and I still stay in touch with some of the staff even though my grandfather's stay was short as he unfortunately passed away (outside of the home's care).

All the amenities were over and above any others we saw in the same price range. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harmony for their loved one(s)They are incredibly patient with my mom.

I highly recommend Harmony at Five Forks. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. [name removed] is a competent, involved medical professional who goes over and above to ensure that each resident's needs are met. The housekeeping is good in the halls and public areas, however, I'd rate it a 3 for the resident's rooms. The staff communication with the family is excellent and very appreciated. Harmony at Five Forks truly is a welcoming home away from home.

I would rate Harmony of Brentwood a 5 on everything! The staff are so very nice and always available to answer any question we may have! They are so considerate and understanding and so patient with the "patient!" His care has exceeded expectation! He absolutely loves going down for his meals and has loved them all. He doesn't join in to any activities, but they offer a wide variety of things to do! I would highly recommend Harmony of Brentwood to anyone! We are so very pleased and so very thankful to have our loved one there!

Based on the experience we have had so far with The Harmony Collection, we are very pleased and thankful to have found Harmony. When it comes to the activities there are concerts/ music, Bible study, independent puzzle kits, bingo, monthly themes-Kentucky derby race game, exercise classes, craft activities...

I am one of the more active residents at Harmony and I can tell you that our weekly activity schedule offers a variety of activities for active residents as well as residents who may not be able to participate in activities that require a more physical participation. Personally, I am in the billiards club, play bridge, play blackjack, participate in bingo games, happy hour, attend the musical presentations, play poker on Saturday evenings, walk as much as possible, well, as you can see, it is easy to be as active as you desire. Harmony at Brentwood is a very active community and I like living here.

They are very in tune with how difficult it is for some people moving there from their homes they have loved in for many years and the change that comes with it. It can be a scary experience for someone. They handled it very well.

They were wonderful with my Dad in every way. We picked this community because of the cleanliness,friendliness of the staff, and price. While my dad was living there, I could sleep peacefully at night knowing he was safe and healthy. I would absolutely recommend Harmony at Hope Mills to anyone looking for a Memory Care facility.

I was extremely pleased with the helpfulness of [name removed] the marketing director. The fact that she made the visit personable and upbeat relieved any anxiety about finding quality assisted living for my friend. Confronting my concerns and assisting me to find the answers to help my friend have the quality of life she deserves was comforting and satisfying. I am very impressed with the facility and operation.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable at Harmony at Greensboro. Good communication with the family. We are reached out to by text or phone calls with updates and pictures. On move in day, my loved one's room was not ready for moving in. It still need cleaning and painting.

From the moment we walked in to Harmony it felt inviting and warm. The attention [name removed] the sales director gave me and my loved one was above all kind and compassionate. We have been extremely happy with the activities offered and the meals too. Thank you for all you do!

They are doing their best with the food. It is affordable. We picked this community because it was recommened by A Place for Mom, and the move in coordinator responded immediately. Also, the location was good. We liked the comfortable atmosphere, and it's a smaller community. It had what we needed for our purposes. They were very acoomodating and catered to our specific needs. I would recommend to other families.

Attentive staff; great location; safe and resident vibe throughout the property. We have significant experience with other Memory Care facilities, and this exceeds all others, while being very reasonably priced. They could use a much better procedure for visitor access into and out of the secure Memory Care area, but that is a matter of staffing shortages, like everywhere else. We honestly believe they're doing their best.

Harmony's activity program is sharply focused on residents' needs and interests. Not only do staff present appealing entertainment and excursions; they encourage and support residents in organizing activities themselves. Residents run Sunday night pizza parties, knitting/crochet groups, bi-monthly book club discussions, monthly poetry reading sessions led by local actors, Sunday Bible studies, Friday Welcome Shabbat services, weekly meditation sessions in a resident-created inter-faith chapel, bi-weekly seminars on important current topics led by resident Ph.Ds and MDs. Being treated like functioning adults helps Harmony residents remain so!

My loved one is a resident at Harmony at Southridge and everything has been great. I feel the staff, in coordination with PCP, was able to get dad in a better place with his medications - improving quality of his life. Communication with the family and input has been consistent. The facility is clean. The patience that the staff shows with the residents has been very good.
