I phoned A Place for Mom just to see if they could help me find a place for my Mother-in-law to live independently, but with help close by if needed. From the 1st call the Director of Sale, Terrance at Harmony at Kent in Dover DE helped with every step to make sure my family was comfortable with everything they provide. Mom now has companionship and complete protection & I now have peace of mind knowing she is safe being alone in her own apartment bldg. but if she needs help (& she has already needed it) she is surrounded by other tenant's and qualified people who run Harmony at Kent. They provide full dining room meals if chosen or you can make your own food or if you don't feel well, they can even deliver it to your room. They have Church services, exercise machines & therapy svc. The have van svc. for grocery & pharmacy trips etc. They also have a full salon & have all kinds of activities; movies, bingo etc. & they even have happy hour. You will love this place, I know we do!

I am currently a resident at Harmony at West Ashley and things are fine here. The cleanliness and friendliness are both great. The staff, meals and activities are also great. I'm doing good at Harmony at West Ashley. The place and people are congenial and helpful! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would say it's the best! I picked this community because of your excellence! I would enthusiastically recommend to others.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Harmony at Greensboro and would highly recommend it. Two things...there immediate attention to her needs. Secondly how quickly all the staff knew her name, room number and that we were her family. That continues to impress us as we meet new staff members.

Our family had an in person tour with Harmony at Victory Station and we liked this community, but we couldn't get [name removed] from this community to return any of our calls or voicemails.

[name removed] moved in to Harmony and I hear that he is very happy with his choice. [name removed], our family member, is extremely pleased with all aspects of Harmony. The meals especially he is pleased with. The other family members noticed the wide variety of activities and the friendliness of all the staff. We appreciate your referral service to help us locate Harmony. It is a much improved quality of life for [name removed].

I would definitely recommend Harmony at Chantilly to others. The staff is friendly and there are always people coming and going (visitors and residents). The move in process went well. The cleanliness is great. The meals are okay. The activities seem good, though my loved one hasn't fully experienced them.

We had a great tour experience with The Harmony Collection at Roanoke! It just came down to another facility that we though fit our loved ones needs better.

I like the place. And trust the staff with his well being. It's like staying at a hotel only better. It's quiet, with no drama in the hallways. I liked the feel of the place. Look charming. Staff was nice. Talked to people outside. They were happy. And had no bad reviews

I love the Director and the " vibe" at Harmony at Hope Mills! The living space is very spacious. They get a 5 on the tour! Hope Mills is much further than my 88 year old Dad can drive to see my mom while she's in assisted living! That's why we did not choose Harmony..

What we like the most about the Harmony at Victory Station is the fact that there was such a positive attitude there, lots of sunlight, friendly staff, cheerful and very clean! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

We loved what we saw in the brochures. The facility was not completed when we met with them for our tour experience. We would have chosen Harmony at Kent, however the assisted living area wouldn't have been completed for 6 months. We need a facility right away so the time frame just did not work out.

I have been very pleased with how I have been treated! Everyone is so friendly and courteous while doing their job.

From our first visit we liked the arrangement of our apartment, the public area and the patio. Now this is home, we have been able to develop a pleasant lifestyle with a multitude of friends and caring staff.

I would recommend Harmony Collection. I felt that would be the best place for my son. And everyone was really good to him and took good care of him.Thanks to everyone.

The staff blew our expectations away. Harmony at Mt. Juliet was wonderful providing care for my grandmother during the last several months of her life. I would highly recommend their facilities overall, and the memory care unit topped any we compared prior to selecting a location for her care.

We have been extremely happy and are very satisfied with our experience so far at Harmony at Wescott. It is a beautiful facility and what had impressed us the most is that the community is kept up so well and it is so clean.

I would rate all a 5. Overall we have had a very positive experience and my dad is thriving there! My dad is thriving. He is in memory care and the staff is very attentive and patient. I get feed back on his care and status. And if anything is out of the ordinary it is followed up on quickly (i.e. physical changes needed nursing or doctors care, physical therapy, hygiene supplies and general well being. Staff is very responsive to my mom and other family members during regular visits.
