Harmony at White Oaks has been amazing. It's a great location for us, the staff are really caring and friendly, and the rooms are very nice. It's pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

5 stars for all! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The staff is very responsive to our needs, easy to access and quick to respond! Harmony truly is a FAMILY! My parents LOVE their new home and I can rest easy knowing that they are both happy and receiving the best care possible. (Harmony Square- Memory Care)

The staff has been wonderful! The learning curve for them learning what help my mom needs has been an issue some of the time. But they have been very responsive to any issues we have had and try to correct them quickly. My parents are very happy there. We chose this facility because we loved that the independent living and assisted living is all under the same roof, and they all socialize and eat together. It has a younger feeling, not so "nursing home" feeling. We wanted friends for my dad to get to know and talk to. Most places didn't have very many men because the independent living is in separate houses outside, and the women tend to outlive the men in assisted living:) But Harmony has lots of couples for mom and dad to get to know. I also love that it is bright and sunny! So many of the places we looked at were very dark, dark wood, dark heavy curtains, dark wallpaper etc. Harmony just has a wonderful atmosphere from the time you walk through the door, right to the lovely, bright, sunny ,roomy apartments. It's just a beautiful facility!

The meals were great at Harmony at Hershey, I ate there with my wife quite a few times to encourage her to eat a full meal. Her room was well kept. [name removed] was super helpful after my wife passed away. I went back and gave almost all of the staff who took care of my wife 40 dollars in a thank you note. The Memory Care goes for half of the price of many other places.

The pricing was overpriced in my opinion. This was a lot further than we wanted our loved one to be from family. The staff were informative on the tour.

I toured Harmony at Reynolds Mountain and I was impressed. The difference for us was that another facility that we toured has an administrative arm to a nursing home. However, this facility was great otherwise!

The acceptance and support that the staff show for residents , family members and others is excellent. The community at Harmony is one of a kind. When I am there with interns from [removed]/Project Search, interns are treated with the upmost respect and kindness.

My loved one has consistently received excellent care. The staff is caring and loving with residents, and they are always treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend very highly. I am very pleased with everything they have done for my sister, you can't go wrong with having a love one stay and live there.

The interaction with the staff has been excellent. My loved one is eating, and people are encouraging her to eat. They are getting her engaged with the activities. It's affordable. It is beautiful, it's brand new, and a clean community. Everyone has been very helpful, and they are very responsive. Overall, it has been very good experience.

It was very impressive. The proximity of the springs to my mom's home was a major factor, along with the personable-ness of the staff at The Springs. Another factor was the uncertainty we had about our loved ones actual condition. He is in a hybrid program between assisted living and some elements of memory care which fits him beautifully for now.

When looking at places, this facility just felt right. What sticks out most about Harmony at Hershey is the care they showed towards my mom before she passed away, I'll never forget that. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff was EXCELLENT! They all gave exceptional care to my loved one. They treated him with kindness and respect. I couldn't ask for better care. They kept me informed and updated about his care. The food has a lot to be desired. It was not appealing to look at or to taste. Luckily, my loved one had a kitchen and had his own food. The facility is beautifully decorated. They also add décor for every holiday making it fun and inviting for all who live there and visit. I would recommend Harmony at Victory Station to friends and family in a heartbeat.

I would definitely recommend Harmony at Avon! It is very clean. The staff seems friendly, and they do a great job with general housekeeping in the Independent Living apartments. I have not eaten any of the meals, but my loved one who is pretty picky, can always choose something that she likes to eat and that tastes good!

Our family had a really bad experience with a previous community in another area, and Harmony at West Shore. Everything about this is so perfect for us. [name removed] the marketing lady that we dealt with was super awesome and very caring. She knew all of our loved ones wants and needs and addressed them right away. The doctor on sight is always available and always open with speaking with families. The staff are very positive, and the aids are wonderful, they are always taking care of our loved one. they are so kind and very engaged. [name removed] who oversees all the nursing staff is fabulous and incredible to work with.

We picked this community, because of the proximity to my home, number of social activities and outings, and beautiful facility. It's a beautiful, clean community with a lot of social activities and outings. The apartments in independent living are spacious and well appointed. The director and other staff members put out a weekly newsletter about problems, improvements, updates, etc. I've heard some people say that the maintenance staff has been a little slow to fix issues. The community newsletter indicates they have hired more people to help with this issue.

We chose Harmony at Morgantown because of the appearance of the apartments and common areas and price; also recommendations from other families for other places. My mother is happy at Harmony. Her only problems have been missing laundry and wait times for maintenance. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and it is great to have a rehab facility in-house!

Our loved one has not moved in yet so we are not able to comment on the meals, activities or overall value. However overall experience so far, cleanliness and friendliness was really what stood out to us and was our deciding factor. If everything goes as planned, my mother-in-law will be moving in next week.

My mother is in assisted living and still has her faculties and doesn't require extended assistance. It is a very nice facility on top of a hill with outdoor area for games and grilling. The staff is very hands on and accommodating to your every need. I would absolutely recommend Harmony at White Oaks to other families.

Harmony at Harts Run was wonderful. Beautiful, clean facility and caring, responsive staff. Competitively priced, we were very pleased with the care they provided my Brother-in-law during his final stage of cancer. I would highly recommend the facility.
