Harmony Senior Services

I'm very pleased with our experience with Harmony at Savannah. Any issues that have come up have been worked on and the community is willing to work with us on any of our questions. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The meals are served sometimes cold to moderately warm. It would be nice to have the food arrive hotter for the residents.

For us, what sticks out the most is the safety in the rooms. They have the call buttons in case there is an emergency. There is always someone there on call at the front desk in case something happens. They do have a good activity program and have a nice schedule of things provided for the residents. It is a little bit pricey but we are satisfied. I would certainly recommend Harmony at Columbia to others.

I have had limited experience with the community since I live out of state - however from what we have heard it seems to be a home run. It has been a good experience so far, our loved one seems happy with the new friends she is making, participating in the activities as well as enjoying the meals.

What sticks out the most about Harmony at Bellevue is the cleanliness of the facility and how nice the people are. It has been a positive experience and I would recommend the community to others.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really really nice tour experience and the appearance of the place was very clean. The tour guide was very friendly, we were able to meet with their chef and some other residents who all seemed to be happy.

Choosing Harmony at Bellevue is the best decision we've ever made. They treat the residents like real people, like family, which is in stark contrast compared to where my loved one came from. The staff go over, above, and beyond. I can't stress enough how great the care is - especially from Jason the head nurse, who really watches over every single person and adds his knowledge to augment my loved one's care.

Harmony at Wescott was our first choice and where mom was actually going to go until we found out about a brand new facility near us opening up. It is absolutely beautiful and I think it would have been a great fit for her had we have chosen them. The only downfall was the location was 30 minutes away, so it would be hard for me to just go and pop in a few times a week. We had looked at many places and this was by far the best. It has only been open 5 years, so it is still relatively new. The other facility was much closer to us, but if you live closer to Harmony at Wescott, I would definitely recommend this facility to you.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a great tour - with the community being brand new it has all the bells and whistles and the tour guide [name removed] was very nice. However at the time the community was just a little to far way and a little more expensive but we appreciated that the gentlemen [name removed] called us back and was willing to work on the price with us.

I am so pleased with Harmony at Savannah. The staff is so kind and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better place. We have experienced great kindness and a very willing spirit to make sure our needs are met. I have already told many of my friends.

The staff are very kind. They were very receptive when we had any issues or concerns and acted very quickly to resolve things. My mother was well cared for in the brief time she was there. It was a good experience for our family, and I would highly recommend Harmony.

I love Harmony at Harbour View. Mom is settling in very well. They have been super to work with and very attentive to Mom. They really care about the residents, and it is a community atmosphere.

I toured this community and it was a very nice place, though they did seem to be short staffed. It was very clean and the Assisted Living seemed good. The Memory Care Unit, however, I didn't get a great vibe from. It felt kind of depressing. Also, the facility is located right off of a busy highway and there's no fence around it, so that concerned me. It wasn't quite what we were looking for as far as Memory Care needs that our loved one will probably have in the near future.

The staff is very nice and friendly. We picked this community, because of the cleanliness. I would recommend to other families.

Most of the services they offer are fine, any shortage they had with services was because my loved one declined quickly after arriving. The caregivers were great in keeping the family updated, and caring for my loved one to the best of their ability. They had concerts during the holiday, piano, bingo and more for the residents to participate in for activities. They have transportation and outings for the residents as well.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was really nice and the staff members were friendly, but due to the level of care our loved one was going to need, they did not think she would be a good fit

Harmony at Avon is a great community. They have taken great care of my grandfather. He loves the food, activities, and the staff. The staff all treat him like he is their family. They do serve true to Family serving Families.

You cant go wrong, it is a great place. I have been very impressed with the activities offered for the residents. My dad loves the food. I have peace of mind having him here. There is always someone there if there are any issues. They offer levels of care so if he needs more care, he only has to move down the hall which is huge. Definitely has a warm and cozy feel to it.

We think it's excellent. It's very clean. The staff is amazing, and on top of things. My loved one is really pleased with the food. We so happy, and it's best possible place for my loved one. We highly recommend it.
