When it comes to the meals and dining service - My mom has complained several times that the food is not good and is very bland. I never ate at Harmony so I can only go off my mom's opinion. She says there is no flavor and that the facility has had a lot of turnover in the kitchen. I think Harmony is trying to address the food issues but I only know hearsay. The activities seem great but I wish there would sometimes be a few activities after dinner. Most all residents go to their rooms immediately and don't socialize much. My mom is very social so this can be a little challenging for her. Overall I LOVE this facility and it has been a Godsend for my mom. She is SO much happier than I've seen her in a couple of years! I am so happy with how much she loves it there. I think the facility is pretty and very updated and in good shape. Lots of rooms and places to gather.

The facility is nice, very clean. Employees are very nice and staff very attentive to patients and their needs. I would recommend to others.

Its friendly and peaceful here. Closer to my daughter. It's peaceful and quiet.

What I like the most about the Harmony at Independence is the real feeling that we are all family. I enjoy the included amenities here and the independent room sizes are not to small at alll.

My sister is very happy at Harmony at Bellevue. It took a little longer than expected before an apartment was available and it wasn't exactly what had been discussed but Harmony went out of their way to make amends for the delay and the difference in apartment availability. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I especially like how family is kept informed about happenings and upcoming events at Harmony.

5 for each category. I am very please with the service you provided. Harmony at Brookberry Farm is a nice clean community. They seemed to care about their residents and their pricing was competitive.

My loved one is currently a resident at Harmony at Morgantown and has had a great experience at this facility so far. The staff is great and seems to genuinely care about the residents. They always answer my questions in a timely manner and are helpful to the family. I would recommend Harmony at Morgantown to others.

I really like the Harmony at Columbia community. The staff members that are working here are wonderful, the food that is prepared for us is good and the other residents living here are friendly. A big 5 star for the survey. I would recommend this community to other families.

If I could give the value for cost a 0 I would, only say that because he was only there for four days and they charged him the full price [fee removed] minus [fee removed] they will refund to us. How is that fair? The place and the community is nice, but it's not worth the amount that they charge per month. None of the nursing homes are worth that much unless they are completely a vegetable. What I have learned from this whole experience is none of the nursing homes, regardless of how much you pay per month out-of-pocket will treat your family member like you can at home. None of them. My sister and I are done with nursing homes. It has been a negative experience.

People are friendly and helpful and welcoming. Mom has no hesitation in getting out to activities. I looked for a good place that was close. Harmony has a lot of activities, which is what I wanted for mom

We picked this community because of, references from local people, one a nurse who knew families that had members there. I would recommend to others.

We toured Harmony at Brentwood during our search for a facility for my wife and I. This facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The atmosphere was great, also. It seemed like a great place.

Based on our experience with Harmony at White Oaks, we think housekeeping could do a better job so I rate it as a 4. Had to ask director to have someone clean her toilet & yesterday when I was there, her bedroom needed swiffered. Hair & fuss in the floor. I'm not a neat freak either. I think for [fee removed] a month I could do some cleaner. The staff members at this community are phenomenal they get a 5+.

The staff is wonderful and keeps us up to date on how my father is doing almost daily in memory care. My parents wanted to move there because friends in their neighborhood did. My parents lived there 2 months before returning home this past spring. They didn't like how small the 2 bedroom apartments were. Too confining

We toured Harmony at Chantilly during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The atmosphere was happy and the staff was great. Our tour guide was very personable.

I phoned A Place for Mom just to see if they could help me find a place for my Mother-in-law to live independently, but with help close by if needed. From the 1st call the Director of Sale, Terrance at Harmony at Kent in Dover DE helped with every step to make sure my family was comfortable with everything they provide. Mom now has companionship and complete protection & I now have peace of mind knowing she is safe being alone in her own apartment bldg. but if she needs help (& she has already needed it) she is surrounded by other tenant's and qualified people who run Harmony at Kent. They provide full dining room meals if chosen or you can make your own food or if you don't feel well, they can even deliver it to your room. They have Church services, exercise machines & therapy svc. The have van svc. for grocery & pharmacy trips etc. They also have a full salon & have all kinds of activities; movies, bingo etc. & they even have happy hour. You will love this place, I know we do!

I am currently a resident at Harmony at West Ashley and things are fine here. The cleanliness and friendliness are both great. The staff, meals and activities are also great. I'm doing good at Harmony at West Ashley. The place and people are congenial and helpful! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would say it's the best! I picked this community because of your excellence! I would enthusiastically recommend to others.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Harmony at Greensboro and would highly recommend it. Two things...there immediate attention to her needs. Secondly how quickly all the staff knew her name, room number and that we were her family. That continues to impress us as we meet new staff members.

Our family had an in person tour with Harmony at Victory Station and we liked this community, but we couldn't get [name removed] from this community to return any of our calls or voicemails.
