Harmony Senior Services

We were very nervous and sad to be placing my father-in-law in a facility but his Alzheimer's had advanced to a point where we unable to care for him at home. We toured many different facilities leading up to his placement and the first visit to Harmony at Wescott put our mind at ease. Everyone we met with was so kind and supportive. The facility was clean and welcoming. The residents seemed to enjoy living there. I observed loving behavior between the staff and residents every day. Once my father-in-law was admitted, he adjusted very nicely. Almost every day when I came to visit he was happy and laughing. It made me happy to see him enjoying himself again! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that has a loved one that they are looking for a loving environment for.

Having had my spouse in a different facility before Harmony, it was such a great experience to move there. From the start all employees have been supportive and friendly. They have offered assistance to us at every opportunity. The food looks great. The residents are not confined to their rooms for meals. They are encouraged to get out and walk around and socialize. I would definitely recommend Harmony to others looking for Memory Care.

They are always kind and go out of the way to get what you want or at least try to help. Quick in returning phone calls. They seem to care. I would recommend Harmony Collection!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, explained things well. Answered all our questions. Apartment sizes and amenities offered are very good! Dad is very pleased with Harmony! He has a one bedroom, the apartment is almost as big as the house he left.

I Highly recommend Harmony at Morgantown. Very friendly staff, attentive to one's needs, very good quality meals, have choice of 2-3 different menu varieties at each setting. Very clean, modern, safe, daily activities.

I recently moved my aunt into the independent living apartments. She is absolutely loving it and thriving. She has made some friends and the staff is always so nice. She loves that they know her name in the dining room and that the front desk is always so helpful. She has lived here 6 months and I know she made the right move. The Executive Director is always available to answer my questions or give me direction. When we first moved in she was always in the kitchen and serving in the dining room. My brother loved that the manager staff was so hands on. MOVE ON IN, you won't be disappointed.

It is a great location, nice staff and the activities are great. I picked it for the location and price. The rooms are really nice.

It is a beautiful facility. Staff are very caring. Very thoughtful. Will go out of the way to help. The concierge, [name removed], has helped us with simple things like hanging up mom's phone to putting mailbox numbers on her key. Very happy that mom got an apartment at Harmony House. Activities are wonderful as well. Mom just doesn't like to participate. I wish she would

5 on all but the meals. They need better food/chef, and they need to hire more caregivers. They have had business management changes, so we have not been able to resolve billing issues. The caregivers there are very good, but need more help.

Everyone is very friendly. Staff is professional and really seem to care. Food is really good. I definitely recommend this facility to others.

The Harmony at Kent community is clean, safe and comfortable. Based on the experience I have had so far with this community, I would recommend them to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.

Actually "5" for all of them. Of course there is a settling in time, but she's starting to adjust and we are thankful for all of your help & the centers help. Based on the experience we have had so far with Harmony at Morgantown, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

So far, every single one rates a 5. My parents love it so far and that makes my heart happy! The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The facility is a clean, comfortable and safe place to live. I hope they get to enjoy many years there.

Great Community! Everything has been a great experience so far. Harmony checked all the boxes we were looking for and they have gone out of their way to ensure my mom felt welcome and secure. It is clean, the food is outstanding and the care second to none.

The staff are very nice. The food is great. My first impression was that it was VERY clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

When we were there there was some kind of sewer/water issue. I imagine that was fixed! Otherwise the care she got was fine. We were only there a short time. Our family would recommend Harmony on the Peninsula, the care received was great!

My family likes the space cleanliness and friendliness of those they met. One problem I found is some features are almost out of reach . Examples are the microwave, in the closets getting clothes hangers around the poles requires tippy toes plus stretching for someone (me) who is just 5 feet tall

I have been here for three months at Harmony. There are only about 15 residents so far. It is perhaps one of the most beautiful building one could build to deliver personal care. Everything you would need is available. I realized when I chose Harmony that there would be a bumpy period until Harmony is a fully occupied and developed facility. I find it challenging to be able to be a part of the initial start up. They give incentives to room choices and fees for service. You have an opportunity to establish the type of home you desire. Overall experience; good! Staff are kind and so helpful . Still adjusting and learning. The cleaning group are under the supervision of the maintenance director. He is meticulous in every aspect of his responsibility. The best of the best. Really nice staff. The administrator makes sure there is an atmosphere of welcome practiced by all staff. The meals have done work to do in this area. Need more substantial meals that include meat. Activities - a new activity director who needs help. She is not able to get residents involved. Overall value for cost the food and activities are not yet there. The quality of service is not all over providing consistent outcomes. There are staff that need additional training in order to be effective and consistent. .the administrative staff in three area needs improvement. Activities, food service and medical services.

I have already recommended to my friends. It is somewhat affordable.

On the memory care side there are not as many activities available. For the value for cost, it just went up on rate after being there and only a few months. It has been very positive experience compared to the previous facility. I would recommend it to others
