The staff seems helpful, polite and responsive. I think the key is asking for what they need rather than assuming it's not available. I've reached out to [name removed], marketing director, when there were questions or issues and she took care of it. I think they have had a shortness of waiters in the independent living dining room, but it seems to have been corrected. I want my parents to utilize the transportation for shopping and appointments, but they are hesitant. They had heard drivers were not always available and trios had been canceled, but I don't know the circumstances. Based on the experience so far, I would recommend this facility to others.

We chose Harmony at Wescott because we felt like we were getting more for our money than the other places. She was able to get a two-bedroom apartment for the same price as a studio apartment at the other places. They are short handed in the kitchen and dining room, But believe (food) that to be the case with most businesses right now. Overall the staff is very friendly and my mom loves them.

I will tell you we are extremely satisfied with Harmony at Independence. My Mom is settled in and enjoys it very much. This was the first place that A Place For Mom suggested and was by far the best for our situation.

Our loved one's room in independent living is spacious and well equipped. We've had one meal and it was good. Have not experienced other amenities. We live out of town. They are very professional and caring and prepared to answer all our questions and provide help information.

I would recommend them. I have no major issues. You can tell that the staff cares.

They operate as a team talking to residents and getting to know them. Most of them could tell you about their interaction your relative. I have not smelled any unpleasant scents associated with people staying unattended to. I'm happy with their response to questions. My aunt ended up going to memory care there a few days later and they are great!

They always went above and beyond giving good care, very friendly, and always accessible to help. I would recommend Harmony at Columbia to others without a doubt.

From the moment we walked in to tour, I was certain we had found a new home for Mom. The facility is up to date, well maintained and inviting. During our tour, I realized that even the sales manager knew all of the residents by name. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They took the time to listen to our concerns and fears. The memory care staff are all specifically trained to work with residents like Mom. It is evident in the way they interact with the residents in their care. There is always something for the residents to do whether in assisted living or memory care. The memory care unit provided the security Mom required and the social engagement she thrives on. All her visitors have commented on how happy she is at Harmony Square. I can and have highly recommend Hamony at Hope Mills to anyone looking long term care for their loved ones, especially the memory care unit, Harmony Square.

My mother-in-law entered assisted living in February. She is very difficlult, but the staff is nice and patient. They work well with the primary care givers (my husband and I) while creating a safe, positive community for the residents. So glad we found this facility!!!

Dad spent 29 days there! They did a great job! Dad died there! I recommend placing a loved one here!

From the first step inside the door I felt I was greeted with loving care and respect. From the weekly cleaning lady to the chef to the Director they all personally welcomed me and showed concern about how I was adjusting and offered support to me, a stranger. Yes, I miss my friends in Indiana, but feel I’ve gained a new family and friends here at Harmony at Wescott in Summerville, SC.

The facility is beautiful. And the staff are very friendly. We recently had a meeting that went very well. We were a little concerned about a few things, but got everything resolved. I'm a little disappointed in how often they sweep the rooms. But, otherwise things are going well.

I would tell a friend, it's a very warm and welcoming community and the staff do try and get to know their residents. My dad didn't participate in any of the activities but they tried, and I appreciated that. It's a great place! People do need to understand that as their loved ones needs change, and level of care, that they may not be able to stay there-as was my fathers experience.

We enjoy our relationship with a with a group of friends made at Happy Hour and exercise class and other casual activities. Yes, we would recommend Harmony. Also, those considering Independent living should visit numerous facilities in the area and revisit final choice before committing. Know what you're getting into.

I would say that the facility is gorgeous, staff are wonderful and communicative, and it is a tremendous value! The speech therapist actually called me several times and showed genuine interest and listened to what I had to say about Mom's eating habits and dental health history, so he could assess a proper therapy and treatment. I really couldn't believe that kind of personal touch and concern! We are extremely happy with our Mom in their care!

I would tell a friend that Harmony has taken care of my mom the way I had hoped and has treated her kindly and compassionately. Their attention and comfort has made her comfortable in a new environment, and we know she's in the best place for her. We chose Harmony over others because of the cleanliness of the facility, the enthusiasm of the staff and the program variety they offer. And most importantly to our mom, the food is great!

I moved my mother in about a year ago. She is thriving and is so happy. The staff in memory care are kind and compassionate. She complains about the food sometimes, but she has gained 20 much needed pounds so it can't be that bad! Management is amazing, the Exec Director there is so understanding and always available to listen. Would highly recommend.

The regular staff make sure they make you feel like family as much as possible. Every one has been supportive and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Crossings at Ironbridge to others.
