Across the board, 5 out of 5. My Mom is a HANDFUL. They really could have evicted her because of her aggressiveness, but they didn't. Their staff knows when to call me (with my consent). I honestly could not do what they do -- and I'm a firefighter/medic in the most violent City in Virginia. I would recommend them without hesitation. Harmony is an awesome place, and they earn every penny.

The Crossings at Ironbridge has been very accommodating since the beginning. We like how the rooms are a decent size. We have not been there during meal time but our loved one does not complain so we assume the meals are good. There seems to be a good amount of activities on the floor our loved one is on. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

You won't find a better looking or tasting meal in any senior living!

The staff always welcome you with a smile and work hard to make you happy! Great place to live to make good friends and be catered to.

The staff is the best…everyone is so helpful, friendly, and courteous. The place is so clean. Still working on the meals, but you can always order off the menu.

This community has a lot of positives going for them. They're caring, compassionate and respectful, to the residents, family members and associates. The improvement in daily routine of care, dining service, activities programs, etc., are complimentary to the entire team of Harmony at Southridge. Job well done!

The food here is made with love! It is good country cooking and almost everything is made fresh by hand.

I loved my mom into Harmony at Southridge. I cannot say enough about the precious staff and amazing food. Fine dining to say the least. Activities, very nice residents and beautiful community. I know when we leave that she is in good hands.

Harmony at Southridge definitely knows high standards of care right down to the dining services. I have had the privilege of eating meals in this community and would say the meals are always fresh, tasty and plentiful. Presentation of food is important. If something is appealing to the eye, then it will make the meal taste so much better. Every plate was appealing to the eye. The dining staff were courteous and went above and beyond going from table to table offering each resident a fine dining experience.

We found out Harmony at Southridge from a friend of my Dad. He has moved his Dad to the memory care at Harmony earlier this year. My Dad was having some memory issues and it was getting harder to leave him alone at home. I had so many questions and concerns about putting my Dad in a facility. I toured and talked with the Memory Care director about my Dad and my concerns and she was wonderful. I saw residents enjoying activities, socializing and even saw lunch being served to the residents. They were so happy- talking and enjoying their food. They were served at the table with a great meal! It felt like a home rather than a facility. The staff were so friendly and caring. The apartment was roomy and clean. My Dad needed a few days to adjust but he's been at Harmony a few months and he is so happy and so am I. Best decision for everyone. Highly recommend.

My Mom has been living at Harmony at Southridge since March 2022. While I have so many wonderful things to say about Harmony - the caring staff, the beautiful building, the great activities and events, I really wanted to compliment the dining department. The servers are so caring and friendly! The meals are just great home cooked food which is what the residents have asked for! They have well balanced meals which is important to me and the family because we want Mom to eat nutritiously. They have a great variety - salads, soups, desserts and Wednesday buffet night which they all look forward to. Thank you to Harmony for making my Mom so happy and fulfilled and giving me peace of mind.

There's not another place in West Virginia that I would take my family member. Service and food is first class.

The Staff here is very responsive to the needs of residents. I have eaten several meals and they are always very good.

The cost was a bit high, especially with all the care levels. But the staff was amazing. It was clean. They were very thorough in their presentation. And the residents seemed to be very happy there.

We had toured and thought was a fantastic facility. Many amenities and very nice and classy. In the end chose another facility but definitely keeping Harmony Collection at Roanoke on our back burner as an option going forward for when we might need another care facility.

The staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the meals are fabulous. I used to tell people when I spoke about mom being here - if she wasn't happy, I'd glad move up there and let them take care of my meals and laundry because they're really great.

I have toured Harmony at Brentwood for my father and loved it. The staff that I met were very pleasant. It is a difficult decision to make for a loved one but I felt comfortable during my time there.

I'd like to talk about four things: 1. The Community It is clean, well kept, and very friendly. I love the apartment I live in. 2. Staff The staff are a friendly and caring staff. Staff have smiles on their face and are always trying to help the residents. 3. Quality of food I like the food here. It is challenging for the kitchen to prepare food that over 10 people will enjoy but I like it. There are always options to choose from. I never go hungry. 4. The vibrancy The community has a lot of nice residents who are lively and want to enjoy their lives. There is always something for them to do. I've made a lot of good friendships living here. Lastly, I would recommend Harmony at Brentwood to anyone who is looking for senior living.

Overall we have been happy with our experience at Harmony at Five Forks. My only issue is they don't return my calls fast enough.
