Eden Senior Care

So far things have gone well at Hilltop Village! It's a nice looking place, and the staff is friendly and professional. The activities director was a huge help to us throughout the whole process, and really helped my loved one get settled in and situated! I've heard good things from him, he says its a nice place and he likes the people!

So far so good. She says she is really happy with the other residents and how nice everyone is. We chose them because of how friendly they were.

My Mom is getting used to it and things are going just fine. My Mom does not like to get involved with people, she is stubborn, but that's just the way she is. The staff is very nice at Woodside Village.

This a beautiful and spacious facility. It is always clean. The staff is really nice and professional, but at times they seem to be short staffed. The other residents here are very nice as well. The communication between staff and family could be better, but overall this is a great place.

This facility is really excellent. It concentrates on assisted living and it also has a skilled nursing unit. A memory unit is coming in January 2016. There are lots of activities. The residents seem very happy. The staff is very friendly and busy. The studio apartments are nicely appointed with good closet space and excellent bathrooms. There are no kitchen facilities in the apartments although they do have small refrigerators and microwaves: the staff want to encourage the residents to get out and interact and use the communal snack and lounge areas. They are sensitive to sight-impaired people. The administrator was very friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with her time.

With short term memory I love the way they keep mom very busy with activities and friendliness. Before she use to just sit in a room but now I see the happiness in her eyes.

So far this seems like wonderful place. It is clean, the staff is very nice and the food is pretty good too. I like that it doesn't give off the feel of a nursing home.

My mother resides at the Woodside Village and number one the young lady who did the intake Olivia, she was fantastic, and the other staff member who is the receptionist Jazzy is very friendly and helpful. My mom loves the activities offered. And she is very happy and loves the friendly staff and residents.

My dad has been at Bella Vista for about 2 weeks now and he seems to be adjusting well. He really likes the food, likes having someone clean his apartment and even change the sheets on his bed. He loves the brightness of his apartment and the great view of the park. I'm so happy to know that someone is making sure he takes his medication and he's not spending so much time alone like he was in his old apartment. Minor complaints are the upcharges for indoor parking, phone and WiFi.

At Emeritus at Legacy Gardens everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. They really need more of an activities program here. Other than that I am pretty pleased with everything at this facility.

I liked this facility. All on one floor with screened in patios a plus, plus, plus. The staff was very nice, even the ones you passed in the hallways. Will look at again an actually take my mom with me.

Martha [last name removed] has been incredibly helpful in helping us establish a relationship with Brookdale. We were working within time limitations and Martha and the nurses worked tirelessly to screen my husband and assure we could sign a contract on a timely basis.

Everyone is very nice. Nurse is wonderful! Has a nurse on AM and PM which is wonderful.

We toured here. The point person, an older lady, was very nice. We were shown a room that was furnished and the layout was ideal to the type of room that we were looking for.

The food there at Brookdale Burr Ridge is very good. My friend says she has problems with parking as the place is always so crowded. I think they should have some sort of valet service or something to remedy this issue.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place overall, very clean and well kept, and the people we spoke with were all friendly. However the rooms were a little small compared to other communities in the same price range.

The staff is friendly and pays close attention to my brother. He is a hand full, but they seem to calm him and give him what he needs. He gets the care her needs and I do not have to worry about him at all. His unit is very nice and he seems to enjoy the company of many of the residents. He also enjoys meal time and the fact that he can have his personal snacks in his own kitchen. I feel I made a good decision for my brother, knowing that when I am not there, he is well taken care of.

We haven't moved in yet, but so far the management has been great to work with. Everything looks good, it's clean and they are friendly. I like the rooms, and we really liked the location, it works well for us to visit?

Great value and great services. I recently placed a senior relative at Woodside Village. She is happy and well cared for. The food is good, she receives her daily medication from the nurses. The staff greet residents as they pass in the hall and know many of them by name. They have a lot of activities, in fact a band was setting up when I left, I wish I had time to stay

I'm very happy with the Emeritus of Burr Ridge. It's been a really wonderful experience and I'm so grateful for the recommendation. I am very happy with everything.
