I have no complaints about how things went for my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to accommodate our needs to the best of there ability during our visit They had lots of great information to share and answered any questions we had for them in detail. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I had a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with the experience that we had received. They had a great floor plan with lots of great amenities for all of the residents that I was impressed with. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

My mom is doing well and the community is working. She's under hospice and the staff has been working together. So far for the first week it has been good. The staff are doing a very good job.

We liked this community when we visited. The community looked clean and well maintained. The staff we met were friendly. The community we chose seemed to fit our loved one better.

This looked like a nice clean community when I looked at it. The staff I met were nice and they seem to offer some nice activities. this community was just a little to expensive for memory care. There are cottages, each with 12 rooms. Residents have private rooms, which is very helpful. The set -up is conducive to inclusion in meals and activities. Many of the activities are in a Community Room building, which didn't work for our loved one.

Very good but too expensive. Beyond our means.

My loved one's stay at Brookdale was just fine! Though my loved one required a very specific level of care, the staff did their best to work with his condition in any way that they could. My main concern is the fact that the communication between myself and the staff, as far as directions and preferences for the care of my loved one, could have been better.

The care that my uncle receives has been great. I love the community and they were able to move him in quickly. It is good knowing that he is in a great environment.

Woodside Senior Living is a very nice facility. The resident's one bedroom apartments are very roomy and have a lot of closet/storage space. The studio apartments are not as roomy, but also cost less per month. Once the resident qualifies for Medicaid, Medicaid will only pay for a Studio apartment. Although this facility is able to assist the resident to get into the PACE program. They said it doesn't take as long to get into PACE as it does for Medicaid. They said PACE will pay for a Studio apartment or half of the two bedroom, two bath apartment which is shared by two residents. The shared kitchen area was spacious and has a stove, which can be unplugged for safety. The shared living room space was also very large. This facility is all on one level, which I liked, but many of the apartments have a screened patio. It seemed like a very busy place. I don't recall the patient to staff ratio, but it seemed like a lot of residents needed assistance to get to and from the dining room. I'm not sure if their is enough staff to assist them during meal times.

When I toured the Mission Creek, I also thought it was a very nice community. It was clean and the staff seemed very friendly. The tour guide was able to give me helpful information and answer my questions.

My tour of this community went very well. The community looked nice. From what I saw everything was nice, and clean. The staff I met was friendly, and kind. Everything went well, and everyone was very nice to my family, and I.

The Brookdale Burr Ridge was a very nice community but it was not as homey as we were looking for. Also, it was out of our price range.

My friend had a lovely time during her time here at this community. The community looks nice, and well maintained. The staff was great, and very helpful. I knew she was being cared for well, and everything worked out very well. This is a community I would recommend.

This is a good community and we like that it is always clean and taken care of. the staff is very friendly and caring. They offer my mom activities, but she is not active at this time. My mom does appear to like the food and the variety. We would recommend the care and value to other families that are offered here.

Everything is going well for my mother since her move to this community. It is a very nice place, and they are providing her with great care. The community has a great staff, and they are taking very good care of her, and her needs. It is a very lovely community, and I would recommend it.

The people I met during our tour were nice. The community seemed clean and the residents seemed active. This community just seemed a little small and felt crowded.

It was a difficult time getting adjusted to the changes from moving my in-laws to the Mission Creek. The staff there are all very friendly and we have been very impressed with how responsive they are. They quickly adjust to accommodate the resident's needs. They have learned that my father in law likes yogurt as a snack, just little things like that. The meals that they provide are very good, I tried some of my father in law's shrimp once and it was very good. So far,m we are happy with how things are going.

Great visit and Director took the time to answer all my questions. Medicaid only pays for studio apartments.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everyone was very welcoming and cheerful. The community looked great, and you could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the place. All the staff was very friendly and informative. It was a very nice tour, but it wasn't the place for my mother.
