My 2-bedroom is great, and the bathroom has handlebars, which is helpful It's a good place. They're just short-staffed, which affects things like housekeeping and activities. But when they're here, they're doing great. The care is good. As for meals, they don't support diabetic needs very well - they serve too many carbs. I think corporate doesn't give them enough money to spend on better quality foods.

It was a great community for somebody who is still more mobile and who wants to have engagement. Unfortunately my loved one was a little more declined and just needed more assistance than some of the other residents.

Charter does try and they are doing their best we could need. Staff is above and beyond, they are wonderful. It is not a huge facility, which might have some to do with more personalized care. If have diet restrictions, they did not have the healthiest options for him. What they offer overall is great, but if you need dietary restrictions. It was an affordable option for us and the executive director was hands down fantastic. They handled everything beautifully including going above and beyond during an ice storm. They actually pulled my car up to the drive for me and had scraped my windows.

The community is very good at watching over my loved one and making sure my loved one is receiving their medications. I continue to see the same staff and this is a positive to know there isn't a lot of turnover of care staff. There is variety in the meals and dessert is available for the residents. The value is a good deal for us. The staff does a good job at making sure my loved one's room is kept clean, and they do a good job at not mixing the laundry up for my loved one. The administration took time to come meet my loved one's family and this made a positive impression on the family and my loved one.

My mother is here and she likes it very much. The care is good nurses are nice food is decent but the lovely [name removed] who was the administrator or executive director has left and been replaced by this woman named [name removed]. I am told she is only temporary but what I and my mother have seen we do not like. This woman is very dismissive to staff and residents not to mention family members. I tried to speak to her on several occasions but she was in a hurry and could not be bothered. She is not like the other management staff we have been accustomed to..I thought it was because she was not feeling well because she was expecting a child..but then I was informed that she is not with child, that is her figure. I do not know what they were thinking when they hired her and put her in [name removed] place but she is not like the other staff…she does not return calls, she does not make eye contact, she never has time for concerned family members and she is rude. Please bring back [name removed]!

The manager was very kind and friendly towards us and also with the residents that he was interacting with during the tour. The facility itself was not maintained well which was the reason my loved one did not want to go to this facility.

They are really friendly and outgoing and even the people that clean know the name of the residents. The lighting in the community is great and there is always something going on for the residents. The places are very clean and the apartment is nice and has plenty room. They have activities like sing a longs, games, cards and more for the residents to do to have a good time. They really encourage the residents to come out of their rooms and participate in activities.

This is a decent place for your loved one to live. The staff seemed to be really nice to work with if we have questions or concerns. The meals doesn't have a lot of flavor. They are working on this. During the pandemic there were a lot of activities that were canceled. Now that the protocols have relaxed a bit there are some activities are back up and running. They are strict with masks for visitors. The monthly fee covers the room, utilities, and changing of linens.

very pleased with activities and coordinator. new manager is "present" and welcomes suggestions and concerns. surroundings are very beautiful.

It seems like our loved one is getting adequate care. Before, I was worried about her taking her medications and things like that. Here, they administer her medications to her in a timely manner, and she gets three meals a day. It seems like it's everything that she needs for daily living. The staff are all very friendly. Some of the staff you recognize, but there is some staff turnover, like all places right now. In order to get in, there's a secure keypad where they have to let you in out. They're always very friendly when they greet you. They have a lot of activities there as well. There's something going on every day - mornings and afternoons - crafts, bingo, different things to keep her busy.

The staff that I have met are very nice and they have been very professional. They are very kind and very attentive with my loved one. I would say to take a look at this community. This community has some very positive aspects. I would recommend this community as one of the ones to look at. They are keeping things clean at the community and helping the residents when needed. My loved one is happy here and she feels safe and that is one of the most important factors.

This community was okay but my mother is a smoker and this was not really an environment where my loved one would be able to comfortably smoke. They gave me a lot of info and answered all questions that I had while touring this community.

This is a personal thing but we enjoy the proximity of this community, it is very convenient for us. Things that Willow Falls could work on would be better good - now our loved one is a very good cook, but the meals are pretty bland. We aren't sure if its supposed to be like that, but the quality is just not really there. Covid has made it difficult for everyone and right now the activities are pretty limited. However, the staff here are very friendly and they are taking great care of the residents there.

I would tell others that everything is good, except the response by administration. The administration team doesn't call you back after leaving a message for them. The food looks good. Activities are limited due to memory care and I didn't think they were stimulating.

Personnel are friendly, kind, and helpful. Lots of activities. *wish the smell in hallway down to room didn't smell so bad.

Every thing is very nice now we have a decent cook. The area is beautiful and very well kept.

Good reputation, good activities, responsibilities, resident well cared for, clean.

To other families, I would say be prepared for a Covid outbreak. We've had two Covid emergencies in the last month. I don't think there's a great deal of danger, but they go into lockdown for 7 days for each incident. I wish everybody there was vaccinated, but not all are at this time. I know that they have a lot of good safety features that they require: wearing masks, calling in before you visit, and so on. I like the staff there. They're very accommodating. There was a time when we couldn't get ahold of people, and it's clear that they're understaffed. But we've had some very good meetings with them since then, and they're doing the best job possible under the current circumstance. I'm very happy with the level of activities that they offer. We're able to check Mom out to take her out to lunch and things. When I speak with the other residents, I've never heard anyone say anything negative, only positives. The food is a little bland, but I understand why. I've gotten to know the person in charge of healthcare and the person in charge of the whole operation. I think they are good people and very caring. Most of the staff are very caring and like my Mom. For us, it has worked out well. I did some cost comparisons, and they were a little more expensive, but not remarkably so. And I think it's a good value.

It was a very nice place. It was difficult because my loved one was very ill. But the place was wonderful. The staff were wonderful as well, very accommodating and very caring. The doctor was very good too.
