My mother moved into Brookdale Prospect Heights in the Fall of 2015. It was a very difficult transition for her to go from living independently to group living. The director and the staff of Brookdale worked tirelessly and diligently to help her through the adjustment. I would say it took her a full 2 years to finally acclimate to the new environment (she was 94 years old when she arrived). Once the adjustment was made she joined a few activities and a new woman emerged, smiling and content with her new surroundings. Now with the pandemic going on, I was once again concerned, but I can see the staff are doing everything in their power to keep all the residents and staff healthy and safe. I highly recommend Brookdale Prospect Heights for your loved one!

No one likes to think of an alternative living place for a loved one, but upon visiting many senior living possibilities I was very impressed with this particular facility. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and felt a true concern for my specific needs. Was given a tour of the place and as I was asking questions of my tour guide, [name removed],she was knowledgeable and caring about my concerns. The place was clean and the residence knew my guide by her first name and were very happy to see and exchange words with her.I left with a great impression of Maple Senior Living.

The individuals that manage Bella Vista are caring, friendly and take time to get to know my mom and what her needs may be.

My wife has been in memory care for more than two years at Sunrise of Barrington. She has received the attention necessary to address and serve the types of personalities and behavior one would expect of an Alzheimer patient. For two hours six days a week I observe the care staff when I feed lunch to her and I have established a friendly relationship with all of them. I like the hustle and alertness they give daily for the residents, a result of their training. Management has been approachable and receptive to suggestions, and concerns are quickly considered. Senior care is a competitive and profitable industry as more of them are diagnosed with multiple illnesses' so prices might make one gulp. Sunrise of Barrington established itself as a reputable care facility some years ago and my dollars are returning full value.

The activities are great during the x-mas holidays. I haven’t been at Hilltop Village Apts too long. I wish the walk in shower would be a little larger but I like the screened in porch off the living room.

I think they could use a little more documentation about the community available when you first move in. They do not have a great orientation process. There is not a community bulletin board available to show what exercise classes or activities may be available. The community is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff have been helpful and friendly. This is a single floor community with the lobby and cafeteria in the center. They offer continuing care and my parents are able to stay together in the same room.

I like this community for the excellent tour that we received. I was happy with seeing such friendly and caring staff. The community offers a clean environment. The menu and the list of activities would have been helpful to my brothers care. We would recommend this community for the many choices of care.

We were very impressed with our tour here, in fact we did a second tour another time and the staff did a really great job, they took their time showing us around and answering all our questions, The community is clean, open and spacious, the rooms are a nice size and I would definitely recommend a tour here.

he staff have been quick to respond to our needs as a family. They help with mom's medication. We are able to choose services as she needs them. The activities are great and they keep this community well maintained. Mom has been here a short time and we are happy with the community. We like that we do not have to transition her to another community when she requires additional care.

Things are going well for my mother since her move into The Inn at Willow Falls. My mother is enjoying all of the activities that they have to offer and everyone is very nice...

The manager and the marketing director are super great. They respond to your questions quickly. The entire staff is very helpful. They have a nurse on duty twenty four seven. Mom has made friends and enjoys some of the daily activities. She says the food is good. The community is extremely clean and they do a great job of keeping the walkways cleared of snow.

The tour guide answered all of my questions and concerns. A proper tour of the whole community was given to me. I got to see the neat bedrooms and dinning room. Everything was very organized. Additional information about the community was provided such as their meal plans, their pet friendly services, and transportation.

Overall I was very pleased with the facility. Clean and very friendly staff. Was concerned about the tv programs being watched by residents. Don't find shows like Criminal Minds and Law and Order to be appropriate. Seems like the shows being watched are more for the staff than the residents.

Our family has had good experience with Brookdale--both in Stow, OH and Winter Haven, FL. The Ohio location is more permanent for Mom (who suffers significant dementia). Staff has gone to great lengths to help Mom adjust from her recent widowhood and multiple residence changes. Our case has been challenging, and the staff has done a great deal to help Mom transition. We have had severe and unexpected setbacks, but Brookdale's people have stepped up time after time. Our situation has calmed, and Mom is settled in the memory care area. We recommend Brookdale to anyone needing elderly care services.

My mother is doing wonderful. Her health is improving and she really enjoys the place. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The community is very nice and clean. The staff is great, they are welcoming and helpful. She is now the bingo queen, she really loves to play bingo. They do offer many activities for her to choose from. She is pleased with the food. I know she is reeving great care at this community.

The Waterford at Oshkosh is a good place to be. My mom was confused at first and took some time adjusting to moving there but now she is doing good. The staff are friendly and take care of her. They have different activities each day and they go around and make sure the residents know about it and see if they want to participate. The staff does make sure the residents eat at meal time. They check on the residents periodically as well just to make sure they are okay and if they need anything.

Very impressed with how hard the staff works and interacts with the residents while I was visiting. They are re-modeling their kitchen and making many improvements to the buliding in 2016, which I think it needs and glad to see them doing. The sales director is very nice and energetic.

Great place and especially the staff who are so, so helpful and kind.

Merrill Hills Manor is going good. It is very clean. T he staff is really friendly there. Every time I am there they have him doing something. I have no complaints. It has been an overall good experience.
