We were very impressed with our tour here, in fact we did a second tour another time and the staff did a really great job, they took their time showing us around and answering all our questions, The community is clean, open and spacious, the rooms are a nice size and I would definitely recommend a tour here.

he staff have been quick to respond to our needs as a family. They help with mom's medication. We are able to choose services as she needs them. The activities are great and they keep this community well maintained. Mom has been here a short time and we are happy with the community. We like that we do not have to transition her to another community when she requires additional care.

Things are going well for my mother since her move into The Inn at Willow Falls. My mother is enjoying all of the activities that they have to offer and everyone is very nice...

The manager and the marketing director are super great. They respond to your questions quickly. The entire staff is very helpful. They have a nurse on duty twenty four seven. Mom has made friends and enjoys some of the daily activities. She says the food is good. The community is extremely clean and they do a great job of keeping the walkways cleared of snow.

The tour guide answered all of my questions and concerns. A proper tour of the whole community was given to me. I got to see the neat bedrooms and dinning room. Everything was very organized. Additional information about the community was provided such as their meal plans, their pet friendly services, and transportation.

Overall I was very pleased with the facility. Clean and very friendly staff. Was concerned about the tv programs being watched by residents. Don't find shows like Criminal Minds and Law and Order to be appropriate. Seems like the shows being watched are more for the staff than the residents.

Our family has had good experience with Brookdale--both in Stow, OH and Winter Haven, FL. The Ohio location is more permanent for Mom (who suffers significant dementia). Staff has gone to great lengths to help Mom adjust from her recent widowhood and multiple residence changes. Our case has been challenging, and the staff has done a great deal to help Mom transition. We have had severe and unexpected setbacks, but Brookdale's people have stepped up time after time. Our situation has calmed, and Mom is settled in the memory care area. We recommend Brookdale to anyone needing elderly care services.

My mother is doing wonderful. Her health is improving and she really enjoys the place. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The community is very nice and clean. The staff is great, they are welcoming and helpful. She is now the bingo queen, she really loves to play bingo. They do offer many activities for her to choose from. She is pleased with the food. I know she is reeving great care at this community.

The Waterford at Oshkosh is a good place to be. My mom was confused at first and took some time adjusting to moving there but now she is doing good. The staff are friendly and take care of her. They have different activities each day and they go around and make sure the residents know about it and see if they want to participate. The staff does make sure the residents eat at meal time. They check on the residents periodically as well just to make sure they are okay and if they need anything.

Very impressed with how hard the staff works and interacts with the residents while I was visiting. They are re-modeling their kitchen and making many improvements to the buliding in 2016, which I think it needs and glad to see them doing. The sales director is very nice and energetic.

Merrill Hills Manor is going good. It is very clean. T he staff is really friendly there. Every time I am there they have him doing something. I have no complaints. It has been an overall good experience.

Brookdale Prospect Heights have been very good about trying to accommodate my father-in-law who is kind of a challenge. He ended up falling the first night he was there. After a day or two they suggested that he needed more therapy. He is now back in his assisted living studio. He thinks he can do things and does them very quickly. Getting him to change at the age of 88 is a challenge. I think well of the facility. They are doing best they can given how difficult my father-in-law is. We will see how things continue to go here.

My husband and I had visited several other assisted living communities and didn't feel comfortable with my parents living there. We feel that Brookdale in Stow ,Ohio takes pride in all they do for the residents. The community is decorated beautifully and is clean!!! ALL the employees go out of their way to help and please the residents.

At this point we are pretty happy with them. It's a secured area, so sometimes there is a little bit of a wait to get in and out. I would rather have it that way, though, and know they are safe. They are doing a good job.

While the move-in has been delayed a bit, I am really looking forward to things with Emeritus! It's a lovely looking community, and everyone has been so friendly and so helpful. The marketing director was a huge help throughout the whole process, and the community has just been very welcoming in general!

Hilltop Village met all our needs and desires at the best possible price compared with all other assisted living facilities. Most importantly, the staff is understanding, cautious, efficient, and trustworthy. My 91 yr. old mother-in-law and my disabled sister-in-law, are living there together quite comfortably, and they are better off living at Hilltop Village than they have ever been. We have peace of mind now.

I wish someone would have encouraged my mother to attend an exercise class.

Overall the experience with Brookdale Prospect Heights was positive. The first night there they forgot to get her for dinner and that of course was not good. Then there was the head person that I was not very impressed with who (among other things) did not tell us we had to sign a hundred page contract. Other than those issues it has been a good experience. The nurses did really well, were very caring, and made sure mom had her meds when she needed them. Overall it is a very nice place with very friendly excellent staff.
