Excellent, Nothing else to say at this point.

My meeting today with the Director was wonderful. She is full of enthusiam at being over the residents at Hilltop. It is a nice quiet enviornment.

Very Nice. Common areas very spacious. Rooms very small. Small facility - only 30 residents. Convenient location for us. Dog can visit her anytime.

I was very impressed. Lots of amenities & care. They also accept Family Care.

Loved it. Accommodates residents from now until the end. Only asks someone to move out if they become violent.

Living areas and kitchen very warm and not too crowded. Love Director and all the staff, location is good for dad, and rooms sparkingly clean.

I would tell the others looking that the staff are extremely friendly. They are constantly going out for lunches and things, I even went to luau here. The facility is very clean and the staff listen to everything that I say. I did hear one comment from the bus driver that I did not like, but I never said anything. I would definitely recommend Rock Run Place.

We really liked Sunrise of Barrington. The facility and the staff were both very nice. Unfortunately it was too expensive, the cost went up and up depending on the care and we would not be able to afford it.

The community was nice but there were just some things that I felt that would not work well for my loved one. He is older and not in many activities so the community was a little too big for my loved ones needs. The community was not bad just did not work for my loved one.

This was a nice community and was our second choice. The only drawback was my loved one didn't feel as comfortable as another location.

Hi, I am so thankful to [name removed] for his help in placing my mother in law at Brookdale. From the first time I talked with him, he was so compassionate and caring and really listened to everything I had to say. Even when I wanted to vent about something, he always took the time to listen to my concerns. He always got back to me very quickly when I called or texted him. Brookdale is so very lucky to have him there. The best employee of a business that I’ve dealt with in a long time. Even through this pandemic, he is my number one person who went the distance for our family. Thanks again. He deserves many accolades for his work.

Mom couldn't have picked a better place for her long term care. The staff is very friendly and are taking great care of Mom. The staff is very cautious with viruses. Not only with COVID, but 2 years ago the residents had to be quarantined for a stomach virus. Mom has never gotten sick.

My parents have been residents of Brookdale Burr Ridge for four years. After reviewing and observing many residences, Brookdale was our number one choice. The quality and cleanliness was the first thing that stood out before my parents arrived. Guidance and friendliness gave us the direction we needed to know that this was the right move for my parents. After a few months in assisted living, it was brought to our attention that they needed more attention in everyday activities. They we're moved to a double suite on the memory floor as a couple married for almost 70 years. The staff is outstanding in their care and services. They go above and beyond their daily tasks to make the residents comfortable and put smiles on their faces. We are blessed to have Brookdale Burr Ridge part of our family.

They are friendly and caring. They allow small dogs and cats. They offer a storage area. My mom is not a fan of the food, she is a picky eater. They have a lot of different room layouts and three elevators. They have lots of outdoor space, three patios, and a space for smokers.

My mother moved into Brookdale Prospect Heights in the Fall of 2015. It was a very difficult transition for her to go from living independently to group living. The director and the staff of Brookdale worked tirelessly and diligently to help her through the adjustment. I would say it took her a full 2 years to finally acclimate to the new environment (she was 94 years old when she arrived). Once the adjustment was made she joined a few activities and a new woman emerged, smiling and content with her new surroundings. Now with the pandemic going on, I was once again concerned, but I can see the staff are doing everything in their power to keep all the residents and staff healthy and safe. I highly recommend Brookdale Prospect Heights for your loved one!

No one likes to think of an alternative living place for a loved one, but upon visiting many senior living possibilities I was very impressed with this particular facility. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and felt a true concern for my specific needs. Was given a tour of the place and as I was asking questions of my tour guide, [name removed],she was knowledgeable and caring about my concerns. The place was clean and the residence knew my guide by her first name and were very happy to see and exchange words with her.I left with a great impression of Maple Senior Living.
