Eden Senior Care

The staff members at Eden Vista of Fond du Lac are very friendly and seem to treat our loved one very well. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Rock Run Place. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping is very clean. As far as the food, I would rate it 4.0 most of the time. The food is good, according to my loved one. I would recommend this facility to my own family and friends. It's a great place and would be the place that I would choose to go to if I needed any assistance care.

The local staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind, caring and friendly. They take really good care of my mom and stepdad and even bring ice water for their cat whenever they come to their apartment! The activity director is terrific and does a wonderful job!

I toured Bella Vista and the facility was old and dark. I witnessed an abandoned resident in the lounge area. I had hoped to witness lunch, but unfortunately it was in between seatings.

It really provided my sister full service, all aspects from medical, spiritual, social, psychiatric which provided for the person as a whole. Nothing was missing. If she could afford it she would have stayed permanently. Unfortunately her money was stolen 2 times within 1 week upon move in. I myself counted her wallet she had $140 1st theft was $100. Sad.

The staff at Hilltop Village is great. The building is a bit old and needs a little work. The size of the apartment is perfect. And the price is good.

Initially, we were looking for a temporary place for our mother to go last summer while she was recuperating from a broken leg. She could not continue rehab at the time until her surgeon ok'd putting weight on the leg. Charter was very close to where she was rehabbing at the time. The rent seemed reasonable and the facility is clean and the staff approachable. Later when we found she could not return to Independent Living, she moved back to Charter for the reasons stated above.

The food is good but but my loved one think it's okay. They offer a lot of activities.The people are wonderful. They are a little under staffed. They don't pay enough attention, to the residents in skilled nusring. They are very busy. So far it's been great. They could use more help, and staff. I would recommend to other families.

I toured this community and it was very good, it was one of our top choices. However, I got no call back when trying to reach them after our tour.

The activities seem to be really good and our loved ones are starting to participate in them. The meals and dining service overall is good but occasionally our loved one might say something negative about it. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Charleston House Assisted Living community to other families.

We picked this community because, It was a combination of the price, persoanlity of the staff and the room. A Place for Mom was a lifesaver. Sales manager was amazing/responsive; accessible. Staff is compassionate; open communication. Opportunity: at times communication breakdown between departments; ongoing follow up is important to manage needs of loved one. However, Executive Director followed up, listened to my concerns.

I toured this community and it seemed nice enough. However, we scheduled our tour for a weekend day. The Director wasn't there and the lady that gave us the tour wasn't very knowledgeable. She was a bit unorganized and didn't seem prepared for our tour, didn't have a price sheet or any materials to give us. I could understand a little more if we'd just been a walk in, but our tour was scheduled. They did also seem to be short staffed.

I have lived here for three years and I like it very much. Have met many new people and have heard their stories of their lives here and all over the world.

The community is nice. Their are little issues but I am trying to work through it. The location is great, the facility is clean. The Staff and residents seem friendly and nice. The food is mediocre at best, not that good. They do have quite a few activities that they offer.

I picked this community, because it was in the Joliet area and excellent tour of the facility. From my perspective the staff was very responsive to my loved ones calls and checked on them frequently. Also the transportation to the doctors appointments were superb. My loved one constantly complained about the quality of their meals. It was very conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly too.

When we first came on the tour and meeting with their team we felt that they were all very caring and attentive to our loved ones needs. We have been there during a few meal times and what we have seen them serve looks absolutely wonderful but sometimes our loved one has their own opinion's so we have to take that with a grain of salt. They do have activities but we wish the staff were a little bit better of encouraging our loved one to get involved with different things .

The staff are very caring, and they work very well with our family. Our loved one has had a lot of issues, and they have kept the lines of communication very open. They work well to get her what she needs and to manage her personality when she can be a bit difficult. The facility is a little tired and could use some refreshing, although it was just purchased by another company, so hopefully they'll make some updates. But it's clean, and everybody is well taken care. The building is far less important to me than the care and the services. They focus on the people, which is what matters most.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was very nice

I toured this community and it was ok. The rooms are very small with a twin sized bed. Memory care is also on the lower/basement level.

We really like that Mission Creek is a smaller community - we felt this would allow our loved one to have more one on one personalized quality care. The staff members have all been friendly and helpful and based on our experience so far we would recommend Mission Creek to other families
