Parkview in Allen has been an amazing find for our parents. After having an extremely negative experience in another independent living facility, we feel like Parkview has been a “God-send”! The atmosphere from the staff to the other residents is so positive and welcoming. The apartment is great and our parents have been so happy with the quality of the food. We couldn’t thank [name removed] and [name removed] enough for their help in getting our parents in and helping them get settled in the community

Parkview is a beautiful community inside and out. The staff is amazing; they are organized, friendly, and compassionate about the residents. [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond when my parents moved in. They’ve lived in other communities and have had negative experiences. We are beyond grateful to call Parkview home.

What we liked the most about Highland Estates was the staff. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was clean as well.

What a great experience it has been to have my dad at Heritage Place this past year. The staff is so helpful, with the same faces day to day. Having a smaller facility makes every one seem more like family. We are so blessed to have a place that provides all the needs such as laundry, cleaning, hair salon (also trim nails) games, entertainment and more.

We’ve had 2 of our parents live at Heritage Place of Boerne. The atmosphere is the best small-town, home-town feel in the Hill Country with all kinds of activities and outings (lunch, parades, shopping, wineries)! Our moms got personalized care from staff who REALLY CARED for them, physically and emotionally. Each felt at home in this wonderful community. We cannot thank the awesome staff enough for their care! We highly recommend Heritage Place of Boerne!!

Proximity to my home was number 1 but it felt like home when we walked in. It's lovely and all the staff are very kind and attentive and my mom felt comfortable there

Solstice is fabulous. I have recently added Hospice in-home care through Ambercare. Solstice has been wonderful and working with care providers. Solstice provides so many opportunities for their residents with a variety of activities and celebrations. The dining area is exquisite. This has been a beautiful & safe place for my Mom.

The staff and Director have made us feel right at home. We have been pleased with our amenities and the size of our unit. The community upgrades are absolutely beautiful and the company continues to put money back into the facility.

My dad was at the Conservatory for a short time. It was beautiful, but he felt that he didn't belong there. The facility was well designed and they offered exercise classes, book club, movie nights, and a full schedule of activities. The food was very good. It was served buffet style and easy to manage. The staff was very friendly and polite. I liked the built in notification system that let the front desk know if the resident(s) opened their doors in the morning and if they didn't, the staff would call first and then send someone to do a welfare check. It gave me peace of mind. Seemed like a very active and social community.

It has been a couple years but I think her name was [name removed], who managed accounting I believe. well she was super, I had a bit of a situation with dad's long-term insurance and there was a lot of back and forth but [name removed]excelled in getting a positive outcome. it is things like this that make a place special and appreciated by family members who are struggling with a heart breaking situation with their loved one.

Heritage Place of Boerne has been an incredible experience for our mother, and words truly can't capture the gratitude we feel. From day one, the staff, including the Executive Director, have been attentive and hands-on, going above and beyond to create a warm and supportive environment. The physical therapists and nurses are exceptional professionals, consistently helping residents achieve healthier, happier lifestyles. Since moving in, our mother has blossomed—she’s active, involved, and has made so many new friends. She often says it feels like having her own apartment, which brings her so much joy and independence. The community is family-friendly, and there’s a genuine “home” feel, even within such a professional setting. We can even bring our dog to visit, and every time, we’re welcomed like family, not just “visitors.” If you're considering a place for a loved one, we highly recommend Heritage Place of Boerne. It's been one of the best decisions we've made!

Being that my mother in law doesn't know a stranger she is very happy with her independent living experience at Solstice. We picked this community because it was close to family. Great staff. They care about people

I felt that my mom was going to be happier in an independent living environment over an assisted living environment. I visited a care home environment, the assisted living and Solstice ( with the care giving, on site)

It's very peaceful here. I'm from the country and this is closer to country life but with the conveniences of the city life. Meaning you don't have to travel fast to go to a store. Everyone knows everyone and watches out for one another. My apartment is very roomy for me and my pets or even a couple, can manage. I have a studio with a patio to take my dog out as many times as he wants or needs.

She is happy there, having fun and making friends. She is no longer isolated like she was living south of town. The cleanliness must be a 5 because she's always been about hospital clean. She's shared no negative comments with me about cleanliness. She relates interactions with staff and residents to me frequently. Staff is always positive and caring. Most residents are great. Anything she needs done in her apartment, they are up there immediately to do it. She is also pleased with the weekly cleaning and laundry services. Having her bed made for her with the clean sheets is a huge help. She appreciates the variety of foods available. She has not said anything negative about the quality. They have movies twice a week and these have been moved up to her floor. She also loves doing the jigsaw puzzles. She has attended the Bible study a few times, although she hasn't commented about it recently. My opinion is that she could use one more activity. Maybe a monthly sing-along which is good for helping people with their memories. Based on what I saw when doing my research, she is getting her money's worth there for a assisted living facility. She's in a studio apartment, which is perfect for her since she is a minimalist with belongings.

The staff take very good care of my mom. She is very happy at Terra Bella and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I particularly enjoy the variety and availability of activities. My son wants me to socialize and the activities help with that. The staff here is amazing. They are friendly and caring and very good at their jobs.

The Palms felt like family from the moment I walked in the door and it has stayed that way. The staff really show they care by everything they do and do not mind going the extra mile to make sure I feel right at home.

I have been impressed by Savannah Square since my husband and I started looking many years ago. What I love the best about Savannah Square is the people. I have MANY friends here that I have met and I enjoy the fellowship. This is my family. I am very close with the leaders and team members, as well. This is one big family. No one is perfect but this is as close as it gets. I have referred other people to join us here because it is so special.

The people are what make this place special. It's clean but not modern. They have a good ratio of residents to staff. There is a great variety of activities and food options. The staff was just the bright spot. My dad would have a 3 dr visit which means he would not be back in time for dinner. They always had a plate of food waiting for him. They knew what he liked and no one had to ask them to do this they just cared enough to make sure he was safe and well cared for.
