Brookdale has a really nice vibe. Lots of activities and staff is very caring. My mother-in-law often talks about the quality of the food served in the dining room -- a definite plus.

All the staff is very friendly and engaging. Each and every issue we have addressed has been handled in a courteous, efficient manner. Highly recommend The Forum.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and engaged. The really care about their residents and their wellbeing. Oak Cottage was absolutely wonderful. They were so wonderful to him from his first day to his last. They helped coordinate everything with hospice when that was eventually needed and gave him a wonderful home.

It is clean, very spacious and plenty of activities. Very friendly staff. I would recommend to others.

Was very impressed with all that I experienced there. Felt very comfortable leaving my mother during her stay at Discovery. Starting from the receptionist, office personnel, the care givers were always friendly and helpful. Definitely would consider if I need another stay for mom, I would feel comfortable having her stay.

We have been here at Country Club at Woodland Hills for a year now and absolutely love this community. This is an older place so it doesn't have the sparkle of some of the newer places we considered but we found out quickly it is the people that are the heart of this community. All staff are friendly and helpful. The other residents are welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of activities to take part in if you desire and the food is wonderful.

The Forum at Memorial Woods is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They do a great job with having activities and outings for the residents and I feel the rent for the size, quality and amenities is very good.

The facility is always nice and clean. The staff are friendly and very competent. My loved one is very happy there and treated well. I'd recommend to others. The food is also good.

A few things we really like about Hilltop Estates is the friendly staff, the great food and the grounds are pretty. Mom has a one bedroom room with a balcony plus a refrigerator microwave bathroom and large closets with enough room for a dining table and couch I would definitely recommend.

Finding my mother a place was hard and then I came to Ventura. The moment I walked in I knew we found home. The community is beautiful everyone was so nice and helpful. I am truly so happy that mom can be independent but is still just a short drive away.

When my daughter and her family moved to Mississippi, they suggested I move to be closer to them, especially after I had a fall at home and sustained a broken hip. They even found this wonderful facility. I have been here a few weeks and love the very nice apartment, beautiful landscaping, three delicious meals a day and wonderful people who work here! As an avid reader, I enjoy the library and the monthly book club. There are also many other activities to enjoy, including exercise opportunities, a covered front porch with rocking chairs, a nearby mall and especially the many friendly and interesting new friends! It’s a happy, comfortable place to call home!

I am only familiar with Memory Care unit. Day-to-Day Staff seems attentive and patient with dementia residents. Planned activities each day to foster memory and recollections. It it is only 10 minutes away from the West Palm Beach VA hospital.

The food is excellent, the staff is kind, the residents have their own apartments, there are abundant activities, a pool, walking trail, fitness center, and beauty salon all on-site. The facility has independent, assisted, and memory care areas, so as the needs of the residents increase, the facility can address those needs and provide additional care as needed. They have medical professionals on staff, Nurse Practitioners, med technicians and others including OT, PT, and speech therapists. I really appreciate that the facility looks and feels like a nice hotel, but where everyone knows one another.

My sister loves it there. The staff are caring, nurses are very good at giving her medicine on time. She loves the food. She likes when they take them out to stores and places.

Caregivers were great. Admin department also great! Worked quickly to get my mom moved in. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and another family.

Whispering oaks is a lovely facility, my mom loved being there. She thought her room was so nice. I just wish she had enjoyed some of the extra activities but probably would have if she stayed longer. Only complaint I have was the larger elevator was down most of the time she was there. Going back and forth to dinner was a bit crowded at times in the small elevator. My mom unfortunately passed away but I know she would have wanted to stay there longer.

We had lunch and it was delicious! The apartments have balconies and lots of natural light. The staff were kind and helpful! There are plenty of activities and we know our Dad will be very happy here.

Always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place definitely. It has all the things I need; an in-unit washer and dryer, a walk-in shower, and a balcony to sit out on! Pets are allowed too!

The facility is pretty and nice, our apartments are all being upgraded. If someone moves out and apartment is outdated it goes through an upgate before moving someone new in! The staff is all very friendly and want to help answer your questions.
