My Dad has been a resident of Brookdale Assisted Living Facility for 5 months. Initially he was not very happy about going into assisted living, but he very quickly began to enjoy living there. Everyone has been so nice and engaging, and he recently told me that he feels like he has a new family at Brookdale. The staff is warm and friendly, and I feel very comfortable knowing that he is so well taken care of. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone considering an assisted living facility!

Staff was very nice. We noticed that it was clean and there wasn't any bad smells. Mom said their food was very good.

everything is a 10! Everyone was absolutely wonderful and treated us like family!!! All of them!!! Whispering Oaks is an absolute God send for my 81 year old friend!!! She has never been so happy! It's everything she needed and more than what she ever wanted or imagined in an Independent Living Facility. God directed our path from beginning to end! Words of wisdom: Wait on God before you make a move because if you move ahead of God, you'll miss the blessing He has for you. Sure, He could still bless you but it may not be the actual blessing He had for you if you had waited! And if you hesitate, you'll miss it too! We let God lead us and He led us to Whispering Oaks at the right time and we are sooooo thankful that we waited, listened and then moved! Whispering Oaks and all who work here are a blessing!!!

I looked at Brookdale Hoffman Estates and other senior communities near Chicago, IL after I lost my husband in 2024. I decided Brookdale would be my new home. My two children live in Chicago. May 2025 I moved in and was greeted warmly by staff and residents. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I met many residents and became friends with some. My two bedroom apartment is comfortable and what I was looking for. I was pleased it was above my expectations. Staff try to accommodate residents requests and everyone is friendly including residents, staff and visitors. People from all walks of life and many states live here. Many stories are similar to mine. I love the beautiful manmade pond with a fountain and walkway around it. My cat and small dog are adjusting well. I would recommend Brookdale Hoffman Estates to anyone looking for a senior community because that is what Brookdale is, a community.

Everyone is very nice. My mom seems to like everyone she deals with. The exec director,[name removed] has been very helpful in general and with working with us regarding long term care insurance. The place is relatively small, with only one building. This seems preferable to the much larger facilities. There’s a nice outdoor patio with shade, tables, umbrellas, trees and other greenery. I think it’s been to hot for my mom to have used it so far. My mom has met an author and a couple of other residents she’s enjoying talking to.

When I first moved here. [name removed] the server welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so comfortable. She was part of making my transition so wonderful. The activities directors are incredible and they accommodate anything the residents want to do. The transportation drivers are wonderful as well. The sales team is always available for questions and concerns and helpful with everything.

This community is warm and inviting and just feels different from all the others in Savannah. Four of my mothers friends have moved here over the past year and all of told us we couldn’t go wrong in choosing this community for mother.

Meals were good, but lately are poor - serving a lot of filler (pastas and starches) and run out of protein meals periodically. [name removed] worked very hard to accommodate [name removed] with his income. That was really appreciated. Staff seems good, but there seems to be a big turn over. The residents I have talked with like staff that stay awhile. It helps them acclimate better. Overall, I have recommended the Chateau to over a dozen people so far. I'm impressed.

The staff and residents were so very friendly!! Wonderful place!! Unfortunately my mom passed away and didn't stay there long. But the short time she was there she loved it.

They are the same if not a little cheaper than [facility removed] and they are newer and in my opinion much better. The staff really cares about all of the residents and their families. I have both parents here.

Our mother lived in the facility for 5 years and we we very happy with Addison Place. The staff was wonderful to our mother. The director of nursing was always responsive to our questions and concerns. They allow family to come and help with the residents at any day or night. We were a very involved family; we came and helped out our mother quite a bit, and they made sure to make all of us feel welcome. We will miss the staff and the residents, as this is an exceptional place.

It's not assisted living but the staff are very helpful. And those who have caregivers seem to really like them. There is a person who oversees the caregivers full time but it's privately funded and not part of Solstice services. Love the administrative staff. The food is very good and we have alternative choices at every meal. I do think they could do better in making it more heart healthy and diabetic choices. Lots of fun activities. I realize that it's expensive but I've heard that others are much more. While wishing it were cheaper I wouldn't want to sacrifice what we have.

The facility and people are wonderful here, very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone able to afford it.

Our experience at TerraBella Epp Bridge has been wonderful. We are in a duplex and absolutely love it here. The people who live here are friendly, the food is good, the management is always helpful. There are all kinds of activities and you can do what you like or don't join in at all. Everything is up to you. We don't ever want to move again. Thank you for all your help letting us see what was available out there.

Living at Brookdale is all good. There's plenty of good food , care and entertainment. The dining room staff are just great the river you get there they're superduper the people who come around to clean the rooms. Do a great job make the bed twice once every two weeks people and staff always remember my name. The place is deep and tidy, and they except people you can bring your friends in for dinner breakfast with us at a small fee. They're just great as everything's clean and neat and the garden is beautiful

Savannah Square is a unique senior community in Savannah, GA. My immediate impressions arriving here about one year ago have been borne out in spades. Welcoming friendly neighbors enjoying a well run facility that works hard to give us a positive daily experience and help when needed and requested. I think the secret to the community’s success has got to be hiring talented and caring people who are then trained well and adopt a can-do attitude to solve problems in a reasonable period of time. From food service to maintenance to interesting activities the staff works hard to provide the services we expect. I think any senior would quickly feel welcome and enjoy living at Savannah Square.

We are very happy with facility. The staff are very caring and attentive. Great activities staff and transportation to shopping, doctors etc.

Great Delivery of food! Just can't make it up the hills! Love [name removed]!! She's a Fantastic Housekeeper! So far, good for the money. But have heard the price is going up $[removed]a month??? Might have to consider moving if this happens!! All are friendly, experienced and helpful.

Always clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. Emails are always responded to promptly.

Facility and staff are wonderful. They try to make it a home and an enjoyable place to live. I recommend Sage Lake Senior Living to others.
