[name removed] is amazing to work with. Very communicative and answered all questions. As far as [name removed]living there now, I haven't spoken with her too much to ask how its going. I would recommend. Its a beautiful property

I love the ladies I have met at Brookdale and have my meals with everyday. The residents and staff are very friendly and they will go out of their way to help you. I would recommend Brookdale Des Plaines.

I found the residents and staff to be very friendly. I also like the variety of activities available, even if my FIL won't try any.

My dad is very happy there. They have an elevator which helps with his mobility issues because he's on the second floor. I would recommend to others.

Each and every staff member was very helpful and you could tell their goal is to help each and every resident. My uncle had a one room studio and it was the perfect size for his needs. Everything he needed was provided. The facility even made accommodations for him for any special needs he had

The apartment I live in is beautiful but the dining hall Is not good. I love my apartment and the staff is lovely. My only complaint is the restaurant but we just got anew Chef so we are Hopeful. The apartments in independent living are large and beautiful. The activities director is great and is open for residents requests.

the lead nurse, [name removed] is excellent. lots of activities, very clean, good food. kitchen staff is real nice. everyone's easy to get a hold of and works with family well. they work hard to make sure PT and OT are happening when they are supposed to

Staff is happy, and loving if you can put up with it. Family always welcome in the dining room, especially with kids. In the best part of town. The ladies love to dress up.

5 across the board. We love her new place. Facility is clean. The food and chef are awesome. Staff is very engaged with residents. Process was easy when moving in.

Thank you so much Fremont Hills staff. My dad recently passed but lived here for 16 months being taken care of by the most amazing staff. I would like to recognize all as every time we were there, every person knew who [name removed] was and were sad to learn he was back to pass and showed they cared for him. I am thankful for [name removed], who helped us when we were looking for a place for dad and her kindness and attention to are needs we appreciate. I called my dad every other day and he was telling me about all the activities and how great [name removed] was getting the residents involved and she is always so welcoming to us when we visit. A thank you again to all but others he mentioned and I interacted with are [names removed]. Thank you for your love and care for our father. There were so many who greeted us and thank you to [name removed] at the end too. We are so grateful. [name removed](daughter of [name removed]) on behalf of his family.

The elderly residents are treated with respect/dignity. The facility promotes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

The apartments are bigger than all the others I looked at and the staff are very helpful when you need them. The community is small but I love it that way. There are a lot of weekly and monthly activities, with special ones too. Tell your customers to come and see Bellaire Towers before making their decisions.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff is very friendly to residents and visitors. They are also very responsive to family concerns and residents' needs.

Honestly, I think everything is a five with possibly the exception of number six -the food. I've only had a couple meals there, my father is very happy with it. I would think it's closer to a 4. The staff is terrific, they have a great activities director. At the moment. Cleanliness is good. He's happy living there... I moved him away to assisted living for a while and he begged to go back. The directors are a fairly stable group of people that have worked together a long time. Very unified. The service staff will turn over occasionally. There is a husband and wife team that are on site quite a bit.. The volunteer their time and will do all sorts of helpful things for residents. It's a really nice bridge for an independent living facility. The only negative... And I hope this is a temporary thing is that they only have one elevator. It has had some servicing issues and people have got gotten stuck in it recently. They get them out fairly quickly... And the elevator repair people are out immediately. But it has raised some concerns about an evacuation plan.

They are very professional, personable, and add to the overall quality of the facility.

[name removed] at the facility is wonderful and will accommodate all requests/needs. The residents all look so wonderful and speaking with many to see what they truly felt about Addington, they all said they loved it. It is a very clean place and the staff and people are so joyful. There are activities all the time and the residents are all friends and visit with each other. It is really a beautiful atmosphere they have built at Addington.

The staff is excellent. The food is very good. The entire facility is very clean. I would recommend it to others. This is a very nice place located in a very nice community.

My stepfather [name removed] was a resident at The Palms Memory Care Facility until his passing in February. My mother[name removed] and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the extreme kindness and professionalism [name removed] and her team of caregivers demonstrated during the 9 months [name removed] resided at the Palms. As you might expect the transition [name removed] went through with the progression of his illness was very difficult for my mother. [name removed] and team were very sensitive to our situation and did all they could to ease the stress and anxiety for us. Through it all, we always felt [name removed] was receiving the best care possible in an environment that was kind and respectful. Please express our sincere gratitude to [name removed] and her team on our behalf.

Nursing staff was excellent, always called with any issues or concerns. She was always clean and dressed. Would recommend. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
