The residents and staff are very friendly and social. This is a beautiful community and there is always something to keep me busy. I especially love the shows and choir. I would recommend Brookdale Des Plaines.

There is a lot of communication and social time among residents, staff and visitors. The apartment sizes are large enough for 1or2 people and included amenities are numerous. Activities to do everyday in a variety of areas. Food is good.

I would give them a five on all accounts. We've been very happy. Very friendly. Apartments are the perfect size. We love that he has so much support there.

Great facility and staff. Apartment sizes are comparable to other facilities. They have studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. They provide 3 meals a day 7 days a week. Due to the meals being provided, the apartments are not set up for cooking. They have a kitchen area with a fridge and sink and counter space that will accommodate microwave and coffee lmakers , but cooking appliances are not permitted . Housekeeping cleans once a week. There are laundry facilities scattered around the building and there is no fee or expense to use them. There are casitas or cottages on site that have fulll kitchens. some have garages. There are various sizes . 1 and 2 bedroom units. Ther is a lot of activities available like games, bingo. , Groups for bird watching etc.

5 on everything except activities. I believe there should be more outside entertainment. Brought in to Solstice. Speakers, performers, creative artists, etc.

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. [name removed] was very very nice and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Discovery Village Clear Lake to other families based on the experience so far.

Hi! I am Uncle [name removed]. I donate an hour of music every month at the Fremont Hills Senior Home. From the first time I performed there I was impressed with the operation and facility. My good friend has her mother living there. The staff that I come in contact with monthly are kind, caring, informative, and professional. They treat residents and volunteers with dignity and respect. I noticed that right away. I log in every time I am here and I am greeted as I enter the facility. It is a pleasure and honor to perform for the residents and staff. Thank u.

New seasons is a warm friendly welcoming community. The facility is very clean. The food is good and the activities are plentiful. There's much to be done to get involved and enjoy the comforts and safety provided.

A few things I like about the community are the friendly staff, the event scheduling, and close to my residence.

It feels like home they're very welcoming. They keep in constant contact with you. They're just amazing people all around very caring.

The lady that runs the place, her name escapes me, was so kind and helpful with information. She helped to get my dad in seamlessly. My dad enjoys playing pool with a lady he's been "dating". Haha. He enjoys the food and the company of others. He really enjoys flirting with all of the ladies. Haha!

Staff friendly. Residents personable. Spacious studios and apartments. Meals provided and delicious. Plenty of activities. Overall, good setup and organization. One downfall. Expensive for fixed income Budgets!

A few things that stood out - Beautiful dining room, good food, walkable to downtown CDM!, on ocean, some view rooms, nice staff, good wait staff, management asks you and parent how it's going so they can improve! Rooms a bit small but walk-in closet.

Of all the places I visited, they were friendly, inviting and listened to my needs for my mother. Unfortunately my mother has not taken part in any activities and is a very finicky eater.

At this point, I would say a 5 for all of those points. We are very happy with our pick for [name removed]. His unit is spacious and totally meets his needs. The staff is friendly and responsive. Overall, a very pleasant environment.

Really good food. [name removed] is excellent in helping prospective residents find the right home. Covered parking is so helpful with all the wind, rain & hail we experience in OK. Residents go out of their way to meet & make u feel welcome. My kitty loves it here.

I’m so grateful for [names removed] and their staff at Addington Place. The facility is clean and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. They have taken great care of my parents. All concerns and questions were dealt with or answered immediately. Providing activities, tasty meals and lots of love for the residents. Bingo and Friday happy hour is a fave! Everyone is helpful and so kind to the residents and their families/guests. It’s like a big family. [name removed] sets the tone. She is always smiling, helping and so thoughtful from the moment you enter the building. The admin team work together with their staff to keep things going smoothly. They all pull together for the better of the facility. The passion for elderly care is evident in this place. Thank you to all the employees. You are appreciated and will always have a special place in my heart. Thanks for loving and caring for my parents. I highly recommend Addington Place of Shiloh!

It was almost a year ago that we had to place our mom into an assistant living facility. We took some time to look around and found that this was the best fit for our mom and her needs. The residence there are sweet and friendly. it was very easy for her to feel comfortable and start connecting right away. The staff is amazing! Very caring people. It made us feel very comfortable. They treated her so well and paid extra attention to her needs when needed. No one ever complained or griped about the extra and we deeply appreciated that. When our mom fell ill and started declining, everyone in the facility showed so much love. They cared for her so deeply. they not only cared for her but for us as well. When our mom passed, her room was filled with staff members that became family and friends that became very close and dear to her heart, it was very beautiful to see. Placing our mom in Addington was the best decision for her that we ever made.

My father has been there a few years. At one point I was going to move him out until the new management came along. They were honest and said it was a work in progress. I have seen so much change in the community for the better. The new ED and DHW have did amazing with any and all questions and have really made it a great community. They are still building a good team so I can't wait to see the changes to come.

Great quality of care for a still independent living place. Staff is 5 plus... awesome!! Food... from what little I've tasted I'd say 3 or 4 depending on the meal. We would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
