This was the last facility on my list to visit. I’m glad I saw all the others first, because Marbella stood out as the most suitable for my mother. I knew that I knew this was the proper place for her. Many of the staff members have been employed there for over 10 years, which is a good sign. The food is outstanding and always fresh. I can sleep peacefully at night knowing my mother is comfortable and safe.

Bennett place have given us the release of worry! My mother in law rarely calls to complain. She does activities and is motivated to get back to walking! Praise God that she will! The staff are working with her and they are so positive with encouragement! What more could you ask?

So far, so good. [name removed] has really settled in well, made lots of new friends, and seems very happy. We’re expecting a new chef soon. We asked for a tour and got one three days after [name removed] moved in. And, his room is right off the dining room

I was very apprehensive about putting my mom in assisted living because she’s not a very social person. She’s quiet and keeps to herself. The staff there was so friendly and welcoming. She’s actually doing so much better being there than she was in our home. They take very good care of her, assisting her with showers and tidying up her room. She goes to the dining room for three meals a day, and she says that the food is very good. She enjoys the company of the other guests and has even made a good friend

I like the facility is small. It has a homey and comfortable feel. Everyone from the Director to the aides are attentive and caring for the residents. The food is good too! Lots of activities for the residents also.

Very pleased with Addington place. The rooms are nice and the help is a-lot more caring to the residents. The help is always looking to make her stay better. The activities they do with the residents are fun and motivated to include each person.

The staff was very helpful in getting g my dad settled, it would be nice if they had a list of services or a directory of services for elder folks new to area and a paper map

We love Sooner station. The only problem and yet big problem is the flooding that's been happening. I love all of the different activities that they offer. I love the staff and how everyone acts like a family there. They treat everyone like they are one big family.

We stayed in a respite in 2024. We sold our home in [date removed] in Mesa Arizona and decided to move to Illinois to be closer to our children. Brookdale was offering good discounts at the time. We arrived here on [date removed] and have been treated very well. Our apartment number [removed] has a nice view of both the ponds and lots of green grass, trees & flowers. We have new stainless steel appliances. Everyone is friendly and we are close to our family here. The laundry is clean and easy to use. The food is good and well prepared. We enjoy the many activities such as bingo, cards, & movies. The apartment is comfortable and attractive. We will likely spend the rest of our lives here.

It is a beautiful property. The other residents are very kind and welcoming. My grandma loves the faith community there, they have weekly Bible study and church service. For what she is paying, Madison Estates has far exceeded all expectations!

We are very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond making my Dad have a good experience there. He's a picky eater.. so they make sure they fix him what he wants.

We were looking for a comfortable, bright, and cheery place for our loved one and we found just the place at LakeHouse. Good food and caregivers that are pleasant and helpful. We are glad we chose LakeHouse.

Everything has been a good experience. Pleasant staff and residents. Dad having health issues, staff right in top of it. Doing everything they can for them. Stop in frequently, everyone is nice and helpful.

They have very nice accommodations and wonderful staff. It is a beautiful place - it has a resort feel as you drive in.

We are four weeks in to the transition to assisted living and most days are great. The staff really works to engage their new resident and she can’t stop bragging about how great the food is. There a lot of little things being handled as they come, and the staff is responsive to emails and in person meetings. The physical facility is pleasant and comfortable. The move in was super easy.

The staff is outstanding, facility is clean but could use some updates. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Your facility has as many services as most similar facilities, but frankly, I am not sure any of the facilities have the staff or budget to keep the residents really happy. For example, my mother in law lives for Scrabble. There is no way on earth your or others' staffs have the time to just sit and play games with the residents.

Everyone at Deane Hill is very helpful and extremely friendly. We especially love [name removed] who serves the lunches for my grandmother’s building. She goes above and beyond and has made my grandmother’s transition a lot easier.

I would recommend the Peaks to family and friends. The level of care is accurate for the patients needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is really courteous, the place is brand new so it's clean, there are a lot of great amenities, the other residents are nice
