5 for all of them. It's a fantastic place and my dad loves it there. No complaints at all. The place is very clean everybody there is super friendly and they work with you. If you need help on things it's just a great community to be a part of.

Facility is lovely & very clean. Staff are all super nice, and residents are happy! I would recommend to others.

Addington Place was a great option for my mom. The staff was great to my mom and very caring to me too, especially her last night.

The Addington staff have been nothing but positive, helpful, and engaged when we have requested information or asked questions. During visits, we can clearly see the staff interaction with mom, and they are always caring, patient, and kind. My mom is said to be a "model" resident, so I cannot speak to how they might handle a more challenging resident, but I've seen nothing that would lead me to believe it would be anything different. Finally, a majority of the other residents are so open and welcoming to new comers. Since her transition to Addington Mom's mobility and energy has definitely improved!

They treat my father like family. Would recommend to others.

[name removed], my MIL, did NOT want to leave her home, but after a short adjustment period she really felt loved and cared for there. It felt like extended family. They brought other residents in to meet her when she wouldn't go to the dining hall or activities. The head nurse, [name removed], brought her an unlimited supply of orange sherbet from the independent living facility next door when that was all that [name removed] would willingly eat. The staff there worked hand in hand with Hospice at the end to keep her comfortable and keep us informed. I would highly recommend Parkwood to anyone. [name removed] didn't participate in the activities but they had lots of them and they always looked fun for the residents. Our only wish is that [name removed] had gone there earlier when she could have been a more active resident

Have to say the facility has improved since TerraBella took over. It was [community name removed] prior.

At first the admin staff was non existent I only got to meet the lady that handled the leases but not the main care taker of my grandpa then a new lady named [name removed] was hired and she was amazing she made the best of the stay my grandpa had there. He loved the food and loved [name removed]! The cook staff was also awesome! They knew exactly what he did and didn't like and always had it ready for him.

It appears very clean when we are there Everyone has always been very friendly We have not had any dealings with care Mom has had issues with meals, but I have told her to go to the meeting with Chef, which she has not done. My sister with disabilities is living with mom and takes advantage of activities and loves them. Mom will not get involved, her choice

Residents like the place. It's clean and well taken care of. Home health in the building is good to have. 4 meals a day is nice. [name removed] loves the food but I think the choices could be better. Meals are well done, hot and so people are mostly happy with it.

The most wonderful thing about Solstice is that it provides an opportunity for compromised individuals to live in a community independently, when otherwise they would not be able to afford to do this. To keep the cost low, the community is simple. There aren't a lot of choices for the food, although it's adequate. This is actually an advantage for people with any form of dementia who find it hard to make decisions. The layout is simple and it's easy for people to find their way around, which is also an advantage for people with any kind of dementia. Our biggest complaint has been the healthcare company that serves the community. They were hard to contact and gave unreliable service. We finally left them and have hired outside help in order to get reliable pill distribution for my mom. Fortunately, there are nurses that need the extra money and come and work in their off hours, and we have a wonderful one that has served us very well. But I would say that anyone with a complicated pill distribution schedule, or other medical needs, may not get the best care from the in-house company at Solstice. Otherwise we have been very pleased and mom is very happy there.

Under new ownership, they are increasing the menu items, sprucing up the place. I would recommend to others.

Placed my dad there in 2023. We have experienced senior living with other family members, so are quite educated on the process. When looking for dad we didn't simply look for a pretty place or go solely off of online reviews. Our family has several clinical professionals in it, so when I say that we dug deep...we dug deep. Lake Arlington checked all of our boxes. We reviewed their State reviews and found that they had not had a single deficiency from the State of Texas. Lake Arlington was the only building we saw that had this achievement. But the true test was if dad would be happy, as he can be quite picky :) He loves it there and has made several friends. The staff are like family members. If you are considering senior living for your loved one, THIS is the place to be. Happy to be a part of that community.

I moved my father into their assisted living in May of last year. My father was isolated at home and needed to be around people his age, he now enjoys going to the meals to chat with his friends. The care staff have been kind and patient with him and assist him with the things he is no longer able to do on his own. Their assisted living director has been there for 6 years, which was one of my top reasons for choosing this place. Many of the communities I toured had a high turn over.

I am so thrilled with Overland Court. They are fabulous in every way and I would not change a thing. My husband has been in memory care there for a year and it's just like when I go to visit him it's just like going to visit family all everybody all of the all of the staff. They love my husband. My husband is very well cared for he's treated with kindness and respect and I just can't say that. I'm just I'm so thrilled that I was able to put him in a place like this and I highly recommend it to anybody. I am so grateful for them.

Clean, bright, peaceful. My Dad had a downstairs 1 bdrm unit that had its own stacked laundry and small fully functional kitchen. Rooms were spacious and allowed ample space for his 24/7 caretakers. There was access to outdoors and he was adjacent to dining hall w/o the noise. There was access unit had been set up for a previous on-site mangers. Residents seemed happy. Once Dad had his own care staff, the independent living facility was just right for him - no bickering about billing for "level of care".

Proximity to me was close. They offered care to end of life (paying additionally for full time care). They had dealt with long term care insurance. I found the staff to be wonderful! We were only there 7 months but I was totally satisfied there!

Perfect location nestled in the trees at the base of the mountain. Top floor apartments are like living in a tree house since you look out your window to mature trees. Peaceful & quiet. Friendly residents!

The staff is not only knowledgeable, efficient, and diligent in what they do, they are sincerely compassionate and personable with each resident. I find myself loving each and every one of them deeply and will always treat them as family. The property is well kept and amenities are awesome. But what's important, are the people taking care of our loved ones.

Bellara has everything we were looking for in one facility. The dining room is large and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. The wellness facility has the best machines for older folks, and the exercise classes are great for all levels of mobility and fitness. The care givers are quick to respond and have such vast experience that nothing phases them. There is also a movie theater, daily games and activities, and lots of celebrations throughout the year. Bellara also has a memory care unit that is safe and secure, so when the time comes that we may need that, it's ready. Thank you for helping me find Bellara. It's perfect for our family!
