I would definitely recommend it to other people. The staff are very friendly. The food is well seasoned and nicely presented, and tastes delicious.

Brookdale is great. Friendly helpful staff there, a great outdoor pond courtyard area , good food, excellent activities, and other residents are pleasantly interactive.

One complaint: in order to have a special diet given to you you have to be on assistant living and my and my sister's on a independent living, but she needs a soft mechanical diet and they said oh we can't do that without a heavy charge so that's my only complaint that I don't see why no matter whether you're assisted living or independent living why you wouldn't be able to have them if you needed a special diet you wouldn't be able to get it.

It worked for us for a time. But she needed more care so we moved her. If you're pretty self-sufficient, it's an OK place. For value - . I would've given a five but the food is a little lacking so I would say four because I had to supplement her food.

Like all facilities like this they do have some opportunities but minor. They do outstanding with the calendar of events. In our search for this place we definitely feel that for the $, amenities, and activities your price point is very competitive.

The staff at Terrabella Windsor Lake are very nice. The rooms are nice as well and tastefully decorated.

Facility leadership and staff are very friendly and always willing to help when needed. When touring facility there was no pressure to choose Blossom Vale. Staff makes you feel at home.

We appreciate all the care and attention given to our mother's well-being by all the staff. We are aware that some might say "just doing my job", but we know there are other assisted living facilities that don’t necessarily ‘do their jobs’ as well or with caring and friendly attitudes.

My mother has overall been very satisfied. She enjoys the variety of activities they have. She likes the breakfast and lot, but has not been as satisfied with the other meals.

my aunt was not there long enough to participate in any activities so I don't feel right eating that. The value for cost would be a 4 in a normal circumstance. Ours was not normal and they were so good to me in our situation that I have to say 5. The facility was very clean, which I liked a lot. The staff was genuinely concerned an out my aunt and very helpful at all times. My aunt always felt safe while there. She enjoyed the food a lot!

I would say all of them are 5's. My Mom absolutely loves the place. [name removed] , who runs it is amazing. Always very clean. It is mostly Independent, So I don't know about the care as much. But when there have been issues they have been very good about letting us know immediately. A very welcoming place, with a great staff from the Administration, to the kitchen staff. Always clean. My Mom loves everything about it.

They are upfront about level of care and the options for Ala Carte. So it's base level assistance which was perfect for my brother. They are super friendly and helpful. My brother could have used a few more pointers about public transportation in the area. Info came from residents rather than staff. I will also say that personally we were focused on different things getting my brother settled so it could have been us not remembering. The Food is good but portions are small for a 61 yr old man. Also times are strict which is understandable, so be prepared to be organized about meal attendance/ communication for take out.

My 90 yrs old dad could no longer live by himself after experiencing a few strokes in 2024. I wanted to find him an assisted living facility that is relatively close to me so I can visit him often, with a friendly and capable staff, good living conditions, and residents that my dad can get along with. My dad is very quiet, some would call shy, and doesn't speak much English with Chinese being his native language. I found Fremont Hills to be such a facility. It ticks all the boxes. The staff is very capable, friendly and is very patient with the residents. The assisted living residents comprise of ~30% Asian residents and without exception, all the residents are friendly to each other. This was a good fit for my dad. The facility has a very engaging activities staff with a good variety of daily activities. The food is above average with a good variety. The care staff is extremely friendly and patient with the residents. The facility itself is in good repair and it's always very clean.

Well... Our overall experience has been wonderful. We would rate this facility with a 5 No place is perfect but here the staff is always available for a conversation or concerns. The food has a great system that if you don't appreciate what will be served they have a substitute list to choose from. We also very much appreciate the in house nursing staff along with a weekly NP visit to the facility. That also includes Physical therapy and speech with occupational therapies. There are activities and many do enjoy them. Any unusual behavior that happens we are notified right away and it gets addressed and taken care of. One example is that dad wasn't acting his usual self and the nurse thought it might be a UTI NP was contacted test done.. came back positive and meds were ordered and delivered..more water was encouraged..he was back to himself in a few days. That is just one example. They have great community. And the residents feel like family...and look out for each other.

They get all 5 stars. They are responsive, caring and attentive.

It has been a positive experience whenever I visit. The staff is caring and truly seem to enjoy working with the residents. They make a strong effort to create a friendly environment, and the variety of daily activities keeps the residents engaged and socially active. The facility is generally clean and well maintained. This feels like a safe, respectful, and caring environment. It may not be perfect, but it’s clear that the staff truly cares-and that makes all the difference.

I would rate all of them 5. He was there for 7 months, we had a few hiccups. Anything that I took to them, they fixed immediately. They were very good to my dad and he spent the last few months happy and safe. They really do care about their residents. I would choose them again, 100%

It had a full bathroom including shower in the room. The faculty is very nice. We are also impressed with all the planned activities and [name removed]is making friends and enjoying a social life again

Exellent service nothing to complain about the workers are amazing! Great meals and dining the room service and quickness is outstanding nothing to complain about this is a great assist living place !

I am thoroughly surprised by this place. Everyone is genuinely happy. I am a caregiver. This by far the best I've ever seen. Wonderful staff and many amenities. Lake near back patio which has a gazebo, a fountain and a trail to walk around the lake.
