Honestly all five, it's been great, we put both my mom and my dad in there in the last few months. Yes we would for sure recommend this community to other families, great price and clean and friendly staff. The staff are friendly and helpful and competent. After we move my dad in, we liked it so much we moved my mom in also

The staff is very helpful with any of the needs of the residence even down to helping my mother-in-law with her iPad she is not technically savvy whatsoever, and she only uses it for solitaire, but she couldn't find the solitaire icon. The residence themselves are all very kind very helpful, especially when it came to when my mother-in-law first moved in. They helped her get acclimated and showed her different things and invited her to different activities. It was very helpful & reassuring. The facility always has something in going on every day. It is up to the residence however, if they choose to join in on those activities. There are postings in the elevators by the dining room of things that are going on so that they can be kept informed also information goes to their rooms every day on the back of the daily menu as to what's going on that day as well. So they keep the residence informed they're there to help out with whatever they need maintenance or simple things such as lifting a box so very nice.

The nursing staff and the caregivers were very helpful with our transition. I would recommend to others.

I know the staff is attentive and my father will be cared for. He likes the food. That's huge. Everyone is very approachable there.

5 for overall experience, cleanliness and friendliness. It is an independent care so no real nursing but have in house doctors who visits and can get blood drawn etc. from your own apartment. Food is very good. Menu changes every 6 weeks or so. Lots of activities and great workout facility. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great size. Kitchen is pretty good size with a big pantry. Living space is tight. Everything is updated since it is only a few years old. Beautiful outdoor pool with cabanas and grills to use.

My wife and I are looking for a place for my Grandfather who is 98 years old and in need of Assisted Living. From the time we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and at home. How we were greeted by both staff and residents smiling and greeting us to the feel of the community. TerraBella Marchbanks is a great community and even though we live in Columbia, it is completely worth the drive. All the amenities and planned activities looked wonderful and would make my grandfather feel right at home. My Grandfather has not made a decision yet, but if he asks me or if her lets me decide, it will be this community for sure.

CLEAN!! Didn't smell. Everything is very uplifting. If something happens they call me immediately. They should go and do the tour. I looked at 31 facilities in my area and this one was outstanding.

From the moment I walked into the community I felt welcomed. I was greeted by smiling faces and the scent of delicious food was in the air. I was personally greeted by the Executive Director; he was very informative and showed me around the BEAUTIFUL community. I have visited multiple communities in the area looking for the perfect place for my loved one and this community, by far, is at the top of my list. [name removed] really was great! With my career in healthcare I truly feel that my loved one will flourish in this community. I really trust that [name removed] and his team will go above and beyond to do what is in the best interest of my loved one. This is an amazing community with a compassionate team in place.

Courteous helpful pleasant. Respectful & responsive staff. Amenities food wise delicious. Rooms are apartment size. Adequate for 2 people. Bathrooms set up for handicap (if needed).

The team of people who work at Polo Park Estates, have a great and loving attitude toward all of the residents. The experience has been nothing but wonderful. My dad is well taken care of and is very happy. I would highly reccommend Polo Park Estates to anyone who needs a great place for an elderly person.

Improvement needed with meals and changes in medication. With those improvements, yes I would recommend the community to other families, but as with any facility always be watchful

My mom has only just moved to Polo Park Estates, but our initial impression was very positive. Staff and residents were all so welcoming, friendly, and offered positive feedback about their own experiences there. So far, it has been a great experience.

They are very friendly and they are able to answer your question. There are things going on several times a week. The dining room staff are excellent.

This facility is so nice and the staff is the best. They will do anything to make life easier for you. Meals are good and someone from the kitchen takes your tray to whatever table you want. Anything you need, they are always there to help.

I visited 4 different places and my senses told me Gateway was comfortable and at ease. Write down all your questions before going to a first time meeting. This helps gets other questions opened up as well.

The garages are too small. This apt overlooks the courtyard. Most seniors would appreciate the long list of activities. Activities there are plenty but to me many are simple things that most places have. Food for some reason it has not been as good as I would expect, however; it is not bad. There has been too big a turnover with kitchen staff. I was told some people were temps anyway.

5 on all except cleanliness should be a 4. Only because there is a carpet stain by elevator that has been there since we got there. Everyone has been great and my Mom is very happy there and says the food is great! Room size is perfect for one person, its working well. Mom has not really participated in activities yet so I can't speak on it yet.

The staff is wonderful! Everyone has been so great caring for our parents. The food is wonderful! We highly recommend the Davis Place!! Medication was a problem for 3 days getting it started so she had almost none.

5 for all but value. I would rate a 4 because we spend $[fee removed] each month for her to be given 1 pill every night. That seems excessive to me They are all wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. First was the price was very reasonable compared to other places. Second my lives one has her own room and will continue to have her own room even if she has to be moved to the memory care unit in the future. Third she loves the food! Fourth there's plenty of activities to do all day long. No one should ever be bored

Pluses of The Forum at the Woodlands are: • Convenience of the location to anyone living in or near The Woodlands • As close to a continuous care facility available in The Woodlands, with Independent Living (IL) cottages, to apartments, to Assisted Living (AL) at two levels of need, AND a memory care option on campus. • Home health care and physical therapy are both on site • A full-service hair salon on campus • Many activities, field trips etc. to choose from • Transportation is available to residents by reservation. • The newly redecorated dining room has continuous quality control. • The property itself is beautiful, and maintenance is ongoing and prompt when called. • Most respected of all is the longevity of many staff members at all levels of management. The current manager has created a strong ATTENTIVE team to help residents and their families belong on this property. • The Forum is like living in a small town, rather than a “facility”.
