What a wonderful Senior Community. Love the thought that has gone into every aspect of this Independent Living place.

Small cosy, family-like feel. Staff knows you by first name. Pool/hot tub area looks and feels like a resort. Three meals daily, 365 days a year. Love it here.

I highly recommend the watermark, it has been a lifesaver saver for our family. We are pleased and glad mom acclimated so well. We highly recommend the community.It was outside my mothers community and my sisters community. It has the most attractive and inviting atmosphere, lovely rooms and great staff.

I would highly recommend it they seem to have a genuine concern for my mom. We picked this community because of a site visit of several in my area they did everything they could to make my mom feel comfortable and the price was the cheapest and it is the best place of all that we visited.

We needed a place immediately and this is the only one we toured. We felt it was the right place for her. The generations staff took excellent care of our mom during the last month of her life. We couldn't have asked for better care. The only negative was the interaction with the administrator on the day mom passed. Her only concern was that her room was not completely cleaned out even though what was left was not ours. Also she never once offered her condolences over mom passing and in fact it was never mentioned!

They have provided my company with thousands of wonderful tenants. They are very informative and a pleasure to work with.

I was really impressed. The staff was matural and handled everything that came up. Dad passed away there in hospice care and they could not have been more caring or kind during that time! l love the employees in the memory care and in the staff.

It is absolutely beautiful, and welcoming the staff there is helpful, friendly kind they are amazing. It's clean nice size one bedroom apartments. Everything you could want in a place to call home. The whole place is just amazing.

My father was a resident at TerraBella Riverplace and our experience at this facility was great. The facility and staff were great. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job. The facility was very clean and had no smells. The meals were very good. The cost is low in comparison to other places. I would strongly recommend TerraBella Riverplace to family and friends!

We toured LakeHouse Menomonee when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was a wonderful place! The staff was great. If my loved one needed extra care, this facility would have been our choice. It's very nicely decorated and very welcoming!

My sister was previously a resident at Holiday Village at the Falls. The staff was definitely nice. Unfortunately, when we moved my sister in, they were understaffed so no one actually walked us up to her apartment. They really didn't reacquaint her where everything was and really didn't introduce her to any one for lunch so she would know who she was sitting with. That was my only disappointment!

The place is in a great location everything you need is in a walking distance. restaurants, drug store and many other stores. I love living here a lot of nice people to talk to and a lot of a activities. You would do yourself a great favor coming here to live.

I am currently a resident at Preston Greens Senior Living and everything at this facility has been great for me so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. Communication with the family is good. The move in process went well. The food is great and is of good quality. I would recommend Preston Greens Senior Living to family and friends.

We were suggested by our kids to move and they toured separately and then we met with staff and they showed us around and we fell in love with the building. The food is wonderful and the staff is wonderful. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice!

The Palms staff were exceptional, displaying a high level of competence and genuine care towards their guests. From the moment my Mother arrived, they welcomed her with warm smiles and a willingness to assist her throughout her time there. What truly set them apart, however, was their genuine care for the well-being and comfort of my mother. They went above and beyond to ensure that she felt at home. They showed a sincere interest in making sure she had the best possible experience. Their caring nature extended beyond their professional duties. They took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, getting to know her on a personal level, and making her feel appreciated. This personalized approach made her feel like more than just a patient, but rather a part of a warm and welcoming home community. Thank you again for everything.

Very friendly staff and fellow residents. Have several doctors appts so unable to participate in a lot of activities. I picked this community because of more amenities , and it was cheaper.

I want to live there! The staff are all warm and friendly. I can tell it is a great community by how the residents are smiling! Clean beautiful private grounds. Not on a busy street. Renovated this year, unlike others that tell you "oh, we are going to renovate". They have great trips like going to York Beach Maine. Easy to walk around. Stores near by all with in easy walking distance, plaza, wine and liquor store, CVS, many restaurants for change of pace! They don't nickel and dime you like some others. No pet fee, no room transfer fee, you can have a car, family can visit and eat there no extra charge! Wonderful! My mom is very excited! Ask for a tour! Seeing is believing!

What we like the most about the Whittier Place Senior Living are the staff members. The staff team there is very nice and helpful. I know that our loved one is safe and she as well likes the staff team. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Whittier Place to other families.

My sister is currently a resident at Sand Sage of West Plains and everything has been great for her at this facility. The staff is excellent and friendly. The housekeeping is excellent. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in process was easy. The meals are very good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

24-hour nursing and round the clock care. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Meals are nutritious and have great flavor. They have the best activities director that keeps everyone engaged and never leaves anyone out. Great Pricing!!
