Discovery villages is an excellent place to bring a loved one who has dementia . Their care unit is equipped to handle all situations and are very experienced. They have activities all day to keep them busy and have meals that meet their needs.i recommend Discovery to anyone who is looking for safety and cleanliness and peace of mind.

My mother ,[name removed], is 87 years old. She currently lives with my husband and I. Earlier this year my husband and I went on a vacation to Mexico, and my mom stayed for eight days at Pomerelle Place. At first she was afraid to go, but ended up loving her respite at Pomerelle Place. The staff were amazing !!! She told me she would go back again , if we needed her to. Thank you everyone at Pomerelle Place!

Unfortunately my mom's parkinson's is needing a specific diet which is not part of their dietary selection. They provide very flavorful and filling food, it is just to rich and not enough vegetables.

The place is secure and provides extra security if needed. We get one meal so we cook our own meals at lunch,but have great dinners. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place does not provide skilled nursing. A concern for the future. The place is pet friendly.

I needed to move my stepdad to another facility because I didn’t think he was being cared properly at the facility he was in. I asked him if he would like to move to another facility and he said yes. I found a representative for A Place For Mom online. They ended up giving me five choices that they felt would fit his needs. Heartis was a perfect fit for him and me, too! My stress level dropped considerably because I know he’s being cared for and he really likes the food! When he saw his new room for the first time, he looked at me and said…This is beautiful, it’s just beautiful! I can’t say enough about the quality of care at Heartis. From the top on down to the caregivers, it’s amazing! It’s a very cheerful environment.

I chose Brookdale for my Father in law because the staff is amazing! They are so personable and friendly, made us feel right at home. They also have a nice itinerary of activities for the residents. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

They are very detailed oriented and explain everything that you need to know. They take very good care of their residents and my mother seems to be happy there it is very clean and they feed them well and make sure that they get plenty of fresh air and sunshine they also do activities everyday in the memory care Ward. They also check on them every hour to make sure that they are all right.

During my wife's short stay prior to her passing the staff were very supportive of all of our and my wife's needs. A big thank you to all.

What stood out the most is the friendliness of the staff and residents. Largest apartments I saw. More like condo size.

I would rate all of the categories a 5 it is very clean, friendly staff, many activities, care good we are satisfied. Our loved one is in a single room with private bathroom single bed chest of drawers nightstand he has his own TV many crafts, games, bingo of course, holiday themed parties, other activities including family members to join. Just had Kentucky Derby watch party hats and all! Also bring in entertainment like singers.

What we like the most about Allara Senior Living is the medical staff is amazing. They keep me in the loop and are so nice. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

There are many things I love about living at Brookdale. The Staff and maintenance will address and take care of any issues. The activity director is the best. She is constantly working with residents to make them happy and smile. I love the variety of activities such as live entertainment, exercise programs and a friendly competition of jeopardy with our sister community. Having a nurse onsite for independent living is convenient and and she is very helpful. I love Brookdale!

the place is great and my father is loving it there. I would recommend it to anybody. What we like the most about Bellara Senior Living is the atmosphere and yes we would recommend the community to others.

Everything is wonderful there! All a 5. The people that work in administration. They are so family friendly and have an open door policy with families. The communication is top notch. This is huge when you have a loved one in assisted living. It takes the guess work out of there well being

Everything was a 10! I thoroughly enjoyed living there! The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always willing to be of service, that included the laundry staff and the cleaning staff. The caregivers were wonderful and always looking to help in any way possible. The food was exceptional. Two choices of entrees at lunch and dinner. [name removed], in charge of food service, created a menu for me of low salt items.

The Bailey Place (Assisted Living in Bunkie, LA) has been a true blessing for our family. My father, who is battling Alzheimer's, has found a loving and supportive home at Bailey Place for the past six months. The care he receives is not just professional and compassionate, but also dignified, which brings us immense relief. The administration and staff have been invaluable in guiding us through the complexities of the health care system, providing us with a sense of peace and reassurance. They labor diligently to keep us informed and involved, ensuring Dad is safe, comfortable, happy, engaged, and active.

They only offer rides to the residence twice a week, so it makes it a little bit challenging. The staff is very accommodating to the residents needs.

My sister in law lives at Solstice Senior Living at Apple Valley and loves it!
