Moved my father in a few months ago and he is very happy so far. Gonna take him a little bit to get adjusted. Everyone’s is so helpful and nice. The residents are happy. I have met quite a few. I am on a budget with my father and this place fit every criteria and is wonderful for him. Thank you to a place for mom for all the help and advice.

Our very first visit was warm and welcoming. We toured and talked with staff. They were great with the residents and everyone was very engaging. We chose this facility for our aunt and she is thriving in mind care. They're taking great care of her, as well as keeping open communication with our family. I would recommend Las Villas Del Norte, they truly care about people! Many thanks for the awesome care and compassion!

After touring and talking to the staff at Somerford, I made this my first choice for my mother. I made the right choice. My mom is adapting well and the staff are kind, caring, always knowledgeable about my mother’s needs and progress.

I really like the Benton House. I feel like everyone cares. There are lots of activities. Although my sister can't participate in all of them, she can still be with them, letting her feel included. [name removed], leads them in activities. She is young and sweet, and takes everything in stride. My sister likes her a lot. There are other women, who are also patients there, who have befriended my sister. That comforts me so much when I come to visit and see them sitting together, holding hands. I like the fact that I can visit any time, and I can take my sister out to eat, and run errands with me. She loves to go. She often cries when I have to leave. The staff members are good about diverting her attention.

My mother is actually doing a lot better there than she did it. All American she socializes more and participates more. I have to believe it's because they have a larger staff and are better equipped to handle the challenges that are presented. Their administration is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you are understanding and you are aware of everything going on with your loved one.

The staff I have found to be extremely caring and very attentive to my mother's needs. They take very good care of her. The facility is lovely and very we'll maintained

The staff and residents are amazing at Brookdale. Especially the therapy department has improved my quality of life. They not only have the expertise and knowledge but are also kind and patient. I love everything about Brookdale!

The staff and management are very nice. It's the salesman who helped me to decide that we would go with the facility. He was very nice, but extremely misleading when it came to things that would be provided. Boy did he sell us a lot of bull! Said we'd get new carpet in the bedrooms... nope. Promised the moon and really laid it on thick... promised new appliances...nope. Oh and the food is awful most days...soup is like dirty dishwater. And they charge residents for soda...no refunds for meals that are inedible or even missed. I could go on and on but I digress. Knowing now what I have learned I would have not settled on this facility.

Nice facility, nice staff and convenient location for people in Bunkie. My mom was well cared for there. Thank you to everyone who helped her. I like the south Louisiana flavor and hospitality of the staff.

! I really am just so impressed with the friendliness, the staff, the cleanliness, the food (incredibly good! And they provide a lot of options if someone wants something different!)--lots of activities. I think the overall value & experience is excellent, especially if the resident takes advantage of everything offered. My mom doesn't eat all of the food or do any of the activities, but I still think it's been an excellent fit for her.

The Palms has had some bad luck in the last year with kitchen renovations, the HVAC on the blink and now bedbug issue. All of which they have been dealing with but it's not always in their hands if they can't get parts or workers don't show up. So, while things aren't always ideal, I still think they are a good place, my mom is happy there and I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice place to live. I like the activities and food. Staff is friendly. I like playing cards with the residents. Entertainment is very good. I have been at other independent living places and this one is far better then all the others.

The food has gone down to a 3-4 since we have a new management co as of [date removed]. If 4 is for fixing such things as air conditioners and refrigerators it would also be a 5, very quick to come. Hope this helps. I have been here a year and I still like it very much. The staff is very helpful and will fix any problems you have, my son had problems paying the rent online with the new system, but when I went to the office they put it thru their computer and it worked. They also sent a couple faxes for me. The facility is always dressed up for whatever holiday is coming, and is always very clean.

I had been given 2 weeks to find a place for my sister after being advised she needed more than just assissted care. I got advice and names of places from an on line place "A Place for Mom". They gave me Tiffany Court as one of those choices. As soon as I walked into the "memory unit" and saw [name removed], the head of the unit, engaging the people with a talk about a young man on his journey on the Appalachain Trail; I knew this was going to be the right place. They have been so kind and caring. It amazes me .

They were very attentive and helpful in several areas, offering flexibility which made it possible for my friend to move in quickly. They were patient and understanding and went above and beyond to work with us on payment options

It's great ,it's alive it's church of all denominations, it's sports, it's laughter , it's exercise , it's travel, it's outings , it's bingo , it's cards games it's theatre, it's billiards ,it's crafts, it's garden plants, bingo nights , it's entertainment nights , it's party night with birthdays , it's military recognition of our Men and Women who served for our country ,USA on our military wall ! PARADISE SPRINGS is the home of home we respect and love our neighbors great food also 3times a day!!!! And more etc

My mom likes the landscaping the most. I like the friendly residents. Possible improvements- my mom said she doesn't like to criticize... I'll say the meals could be a bit more healthy and tasty.
