We are very pleased with the facility, meals are very good and house keeping is great. Yes, we would recommend Cypress Woods to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff as well as residents were friendly and very welcoming. Small group activities so it has been easy to get to know people and feel included.

I definitely give them a 5! We have used them for respite care on 2 occasions, both 30-day stays. The staff is kind.

Fremont Hills is a beautiful and modern facility. Staff are friendly and have a heart for serving. They offer fun and educational activities daily, and provide exercising classes and various outings. The residents are very pleasant. I enjoy interacting with them weekly as a volunteer.

We tell everyone how nice Lakehouse is. All the staff we meet are friendly and helpful. Our mother has dementia and the staff shows nothing but patience and caring for her. The apartment space is really nice. Biggest spaces of any places we toured. Easy for family to come and visit for as long as they like. My mother and step dad talk about how great the food is. My step dad talks about the wonderful staff and the care they give Mom. Highly recommend Lakehouse.

What stood out is their communication and coordination during the move-in was excellent. Staff is extremely kind and welcoming.

Discovery Commons is very clean and well maintained. The systems all work well. The staff are very welcoming and responsive. And the location is very nice.

It's a great place and I love it for my mom! It is truly an independent living facility which is exactly what I wanted for my mom. They have a meal plan that's included in the rent that allows them to spend money on lunch or dinner (continental breakfast is included) for the month. The staff is helpful and kind and made us feel welcome from the minute we visited.

The people were so accommodating & nice. The sales person we dealt with worked around our schedules for tour of facilities & signing of documents. Also the residents were so happy there & shared their opinions. They allowed us to eat a free meal in the dining room which was great since food was an issue at my mom's last place. They also offered some great discounts to help us with costs of the transition. The best value for the money!

They are extremely kind and support their tenants/members to be as independent as they can be. The nursing and business staff were all TOP NOTCH!

We really liked the environment and people at Solstice. They were friendly and very helpful. The whole building is light and airy and really welcoming. The apartments were really nice and we were happy to move our mother in. She is doing well and enjoying the amenities including the beauty and nail salons. Thank you for helping us find such an awesome place for our mom.

I love it here! A few things I like about Dogwood Estates are the friendliness of the staff and the people.

Staff is very professional. Everyone is very friendly, caring, and is great at communicating with our family. They keep us informed at all times of our mother’s care, either through email or phone calls. We are very happy with this facility.

They really care about the all the loved ones staying there. Please feel free to visit and see for yourself self. They have nice dining room. Plenty of variety of activities. They also have a snack bar open until 7:00 pm .

Heartis was a wonderful facility for my dad. The staff was incredible and very welcoming from the start. My wife and I were going out of the country without access to a phone and we felt 100% comfortable with him staying there. He also really enjoyed it there.

My dad was at Home Place in Burlington for several months prior to his passing. The staff could not have been any better in looking after my dad’s needs. The food was amazing and there were always activities going on for the residents. I would highly recommend Home Place.

The price is very affordable. The apartments have been updated. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas is a comfortable sizes.

The community is clean,well maintained and layout of building makes easy to navigate. The sales ESP [name removed]. HEAD OF SALES, SHE MADE FEEL INPORTANT, CONFORTABLEL, SHOWED THE WHOLE PROPERTY. Part of the TOUR was STUDIO and 1 bedroom apartments. I like some the locations. I expressed I did not want any APT with carpet because carpet gets dirty and cannot get STAINS REMOVED.
