About 6 weeks in, I can tell you that our experience at Summit has been very positive. They were so very helpful with all of the pre-work as we had a short turnaround time. The community is active and Mom is happy there so far. I also like how they engage their memory care community (she is in AL but we have witnessed several good things.) Summit is a breath of fresh air we didn’t know we needed!

A great warm community for my brother. As a visitor I have had several meals with my brother who joins a table of 6 to dine. All of group say good has greatly improved with change in kitchen staff. Real orange zest in the orange chicken! Servers congenial, thoughtful in clearing up. Daily activities plentiful. Staff at all levels interested in each resident even in passing in the hall.

The Staff is the BEST and the Dining Room food is outstanding, as well as their staff. I've found not one negative at Morada Lake Arlington to mention. It is simply the BEST. I fully recommend Morada Lake Arlington

When I decided to move closer to my daughter, we checked in with A Place for Mom. I gave explicie instructions. [name removed] contacted me from Deane Hill Place. She is goodin sales, she also ended up being a very good friend. I took a tour with a video call and was impressed, the grounds were even beautiful. She told me all of the specifics and left me for.one day to decide. That's when my daughter stepped in and made a visit. She fell in love with the place! It was decided, I was moving to Deane Hill Place! The monthly fee was doable and I could bring my pet! I get nursing care, activities and two meals a day, breakfast and lunch, prepared by a chef. They are delicious and healthy, My room is beautiful and bright . I have a refrigerator and service.cart with a microwave. I added a table set, now I have a kitchen area. Let's just say I didn't leave much behind. Plenty of room for everything. I am very happy with my choice at Deane Hill Place, close to my daughter and new friends!

Very friendly and personable. Although if you ask for something like a fan in the laundry facility it probably won't get done. A new management co is taking over and remodeling so emphasis is on that right now. There are some apartments available

So Thankful for the help of “A Place for Mom”. This has been a wonderful experience for our family and especially my Mom. The transition has been almost seamless. The staff, which are working many different jobs due to transition of management, has done an excellent job welcoming us. We have been there a month now and my Mom is already calling it home.

Staff extremely helpful and responsive. Admission process and touring of facility excellent. Meals have been overall satisfying to my family member and cleaning service once a week is fantastic. When able, I would just recommend upgrades to kitchen and bath areas to stay competitive with other facilities

I would rate Coastal Heights with a 5. My mom passed shortly after arriving there. They were absolutely incredible with assisting me in every way with hospice care, nursing care, etc. I'm so thankful I had her there. The facility is amazing and I know my mom would've loved all the social activities had she been well enough to participate. Finding Coastal Heights was an absolute Godsend!

What stood out the most is the staff, the activities, the meals and my apartment is beautiful.

The apartment, my sister had at Brookdale Quincy Bay was very nice and light and large. The staff were great to work with.

The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The facility is managed well. There is always something to be engaged in for the residents. Having all your meals available with wait staff is incredibly comforting when your loved one is aging. Our dad has quickly made many friends and is getting involved in a lot of the daily activities and even went on a casino trip. We can see an improvement in his overall mental health since he is spending time with other people who live there.

We were greeted by the concierge with a smile when we walked in the lobby. The marketing associate gave us a tour of the floor plans and locations that we were interested in. After the tour, we were invited to stay for lunch, the food was exceptional. Very friendly staff, the community had a familiar, comfortable feeling about it. The ocean view from the observation deck was incredible.

Its name says it all — known in the local community as “The Crown.” Crown Cove is truly a gem. The community is the perfect size — not too big, not too small — so residents never feel “lost” in the crowd. It offers a warm, intimate environment where everyone feels seen and valued. The location? Absolutely unbeatable. With stunning ocean views and a walkable neighborhood filled with shops, restaurants, and everything in between, Crown Cove offers convenience and beauty in equal measure. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff are nothing short of exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond for residents and their families, creating a standard of care that feels both personal and professional. The leadership team is approachable and collaborative — always working with families to ensure the best possible care. At Crown Cove, it doesn’t just feel like a facility. It feels like home.

We had initially scheduled a tour for Saturday but we popped in to even see if it was worth the vist on a Thursday. We met with [name removed] and were not disappointed. She dug deep into feelings We hadn't yet explored on this journey of finding somewhere for mom to live. She gave ideas and solutions to our every need and concern. The community was beautiful and smelled delightful. She had the kitchen make us a sample plate as we were 45 minutes ahead of lunch time and boy oh boy was it delicious. Ingrid was a peach. Super helpful. We looked at a few other that following Saturday but bar none in comparison. This community make such a great impression and you could feel that it was genuine.

The staff is extra caring. The dining room always clean and menus ready to order from. Even take out meals are packaged and served in your room, if needed. Room cleaned weekly and every thing done for you if needed.

It is a Small , clean quiet facility with enough staff to care for residents. Great activity director with plenty of stimulating activities.

Morningside is really well run. My sister is so happy there. The management is so easily accessible at any time. I can call [name removed] the manager directly to her phone anytime. Best move we every made for my sister who is[name removed]. Very clean, regular staff folks are so nice. We could have not found a better place.

They are wonderful and caring..

My dad was struggling living at home since mom passed away, and it was time to relocate to assisted living. We had originally liked Quintessence since its a single story community, but we fell in love after meeting the staff. They all made us feel at ease, and since dad has moved in he has been thriving. This has been the best decision for our father and we couldn't be happier.

Beautiful community and very inviting when you walk in. Exceptionally clean. [name removed], was very friendly when touring and did a great job. The Director, [name removed], introduced herself and was very nice, as well! All the residents were very welcoming.
