The facility meets my needs perfectly. The staff goes out of its way to take care of me. I would be happy to recommend it. It will be changing ownership in a month.

Attentive management. Caring food service team. Meals are varied and tasty. Plenty of activities and seasonal celebrations. Easy to make new friends. Mom is happy there.

Staff and residents are very friendly and can make new residents feel at home quickly.

When speaking to any member of the staff, they stop and give you their full attention. The members of the staff know each resident. They consistently express kindness towards the residents and each other. They work well together and appear to enjoy their working environment. The on-staff nurse is absolutely exceptional. Both the nurse and the executive director have proven to be great advocates on my behalf in seeking outside supportive medical help such as home health agencies and hospice agencies.

They provided excellent care for my husband and were extremely approachable. They are truly interested in their residents and are very accommodating to insure their residents needs are met and family concerns addressed in timely manner

From my very first visit and tour my family and I were pleasantly surprised with the beauty and cleanliness of Provincial. The marketing team, manager and day to day office staff are hands-on and ready to assist with any need. Provincial offers 3 healthy meals with a variety of choices daily. Weekly activities are abundant and encompass different hobbies and interests. The staff provides residence with weekly entertainment and opportunities for outings. The apartments are manageable and weekly housekeeping is included. The fact that Provincial is an age in place residence and the design is such that its easy to get around with little chance of getting lost within the building are two aspects that helped us choose Provincial. The atrium design with the glass ceiling over the community area offers residence natural light and an overall sunny environment. Friendly residence and staff helped ease my transition. My visitors are impressed with the luxury feel of the place. I love it here.

Everything has been first class. The driver [name removed] is a gem. The staff is very attentive, friendly and sincerely caring. Only the food is a disappointment.

They allow smoking in a designated area. That may be a deterrent to some and a plus to others. It was a plus for us as my FIL was not going to give up smoking but also can't walk far and it's nice for him to have a spot to smoke even though we are hoping he will quit!

They have some really great staff who genuinely care about the residents. The home is clean, bright and attractive, and it's small so it doesn't feel like an institution. The food isn't gourmet, but it's good and appropriate for the special needs represented there.

Our overall experience has been wonderful. The majority of the time the food has been wonderful. The staff here is friendly, and most of them have been very efficient. The cleanliness of the place is pretty good. The big drawback for me is the laundry. We are not allowed to use it from 8 am to 4 pm, as it is reserved for housekeeping. Also the machines do not work well. That is really only my complaint.

Mostly the overall rating is a five. Shout out to [name removed] and all the front desk staff. Food Not the best but okay, kitchen staff wasn't too welcoming. The value for money over priced for seniors on a fixed income and limited budget.,

My mother was struggling at home. She had a bad fall that landed her in rehab and her doctor recommended assisted living. We were recommended Morada Quintessence by our neighbor as his wife had lived there before she passed, and he had nothing but great things to say. Mom was reluctant about the move but in the few months she has been in the community she is gaining weight, being more active, and is making friends. The team at Quintessence cares about their residents and it shows.

I would recommend Shavano Park Memory Care. The Memory care director, [name removed], and lead med tech, [name removed], are amazing. They kept great communication with me and I always felt welcome to visit at any time. My mother was treated with love, patience, and respect. She was taken on frequent outings, and I was sent videos and photos of her having a great time. The corporate part could be improved. Watch the charges-there were a couple of mistakes which I caught. They also do not budget/hire enough staff for a memory care of that size. The community is vibrant and growing due to the two leaders already mentioned, as well as the kind, compassionate, and patient caregivers. They just need more caregivers.

Really great place with great staff! There's not turnover at Discovery like other places. The staff is kind, patient, experienced. They really take an interest in the resident. I didn't have to worry about my Mom at Discovery. I knew she was well cared for.

Loved Kiley Ranch! So friendly, professional and caring. The facility is very clean and well managed. They had fun. Activities on schedule for residents and guests to attend, Luau for instance. My decided to be residents for personal reasons.

It's my son that just turned 59 and is disabled. He was glad to get out of his old apt bc it was crumbling. He had no friends and no car. He liked the senior living apt and the meals. The management is nice to him. He is very smart but he has no social skills. He sat down at a table with 3 men and I don't think he knows anyone else. He likes seniors and he is 59. He doesn't make friends easily and doesn't do any of the activities. He likes the apt with big shower, but he is lonely. He has mental illness and he thinks people think he is odd which he is. He does seem to like one of the men at his table but he is not extra smart and doesn't always understand my son's vocabulary. Frankly I would be happy there cuz I am 80 but am not going to afford anything like that bc I'm using my retirement money to pay the expensive rent.

Great, caring staff, good food, lots of amenities and reliable transportation to many places.

I'll give them all 5's, we looked at over 10 facilities in the Lakeland Florida area. Based on what we saw Azalea Park was a very great and pleasant surprised. They met our needs, the rate is a great value as compared to other facilities in the area. The staff that we met and have interaction with during and after this process was great. If an item is pointed out they will act immediately and appropriately. The food apparently is good. What I appreciate is if a person isn't feeling good they will bring the meal to them. The dining area is cleaned. Another pleasant surprise was they have wait staff taking the meal orders and bring the food to your table. This is not the case in the majority of other facilities. The rooms are quiet, and bright. The housekeeping staff are great. Again I would give all 5's and glad my mom likes this facility.
