The room attendants are very helpful. When ever a problem arises, they are quick, to help solve it.

I love it here. NO complaints

I have lived at Morada Quintessence for about a year now. I wasn't happy about the move at first, but i have made great friends since living here. The staff is always kind and helpful, even managers. I feel safe and haven't had a single issue since living here.

Tricky, 4 is not enough but 5 may be too much. I would have to give them a 5 for all categories. The staff does a great job as does the management. Very clean and the food is good. We have had no problems. The patient is in memory care so some activities are limited. She seems to be well taken care of and is not neglected. Thank you!

We are very pleased! We have found the staff to be sincerely interested in the wellbeing of the residents and always treat them with the utmost respect and sometimes that can be trying because many can't see or hear well so things need to be repeated regularly. As an example, one of my Dad's assistants, who escort him to his meals always checks to see if he has his pocket magnifying glass. It's little things like that which they remember and it makes us all feel like he's seen and heard and not just a number. My dad is very concerned that there will be changes since the facility has been purchased but hopefully things will continue as they are and with no big increase in cost. He's very happy there and none of us want him to have to move especially due to finances.

I'm very impressed with Aspenwood.[name removed] has adjusted very well and seems quite happy. I would definitely recommend Aspenwood to others!

My dad is very happy there. We are all happy with the cost as compared to his standard of living there. I recently visited my dad and all the staff and employees were friendly and helpful. My dad is paying $[fee removed]/month, and his same living situation would be $[fee removed]k/month here in LA.

I've just been here a week and am still getting settled in. All the staff I've interacted with are committed to making sure our needs are met. They are friendly, compassionate, supportive and caring. I'm very pleased to be here.

This was without question the best location for my mother. The staff was extremely helpful during the evaluation process and was always responsive to all questions..... Unlike other locations. And the facilities are amazing! They are very attentive to my mom's needs and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Couldn't be happier.

This facility offers so much more than what you can see from the outside. The courtyard and heated pool in the center of the community makes you feel like you are on vacation. Looking for our parents we loved how spacious the 1-bedroom apartments are. We decided to stay for lunch and met their new Chef. We read some of the previous reviews about the food but our entrees were great. We are planning to take my parents in the next few weeks for a visit.

Head nurse, [name removed], pursues all ailments to resolution. Business Office Director, [name removed], always has time to update me on goings-on with my uncle. Staff is friendly and calm and active. Activities director has lots of options for residents to participate and socialize.

It has a genuine "family" feel to it. I learned diamond painting and it's absolutely wonderful! The I spend most of my time making nice diamond paintings and then "gifting" to someone who would really enjoy having such a lovely gift and/ or being thought of in such a lovely way.

Staff is great! Everyone!!! As a family member and caregiver I am so pleased with the security and care both my parents are receiving.

They are very available, helpful and friendly. My family member enjoyed visiting with everyone. They all knew her by name and made her smile. A family feel is what you get without the crazy.

So far the staff has been very good. I'm not sure about the dining experience yet because according to my mom, it has changed since she was there the first week. So I can't really comment on that right now.

Transitioning our father into independent living was a difficult milestone. [name removed] and the A Place For Mom team were so compassionate and helpful as we navigated this new season. [name removed] at TerraBella Greenville treated us like we were her family and even insisted on coming in on her day off to introduce my father to other residents before we even made the decision to move to TerraBella!

My Mom lives here and we cannot say enough nice things about the management staff and the overall community. Her cozy apartment has a balcony that overlooks a bright and beautiful atrium setting. She has made many new friends and has the opportunity to make many more! We join her for meals and events when we are able to do so. The food is delicious and the waitstaff is so friendly. She gets housekeeping once a week and doesn’t have to do dishes anymore! There is something for everyone on the social calendar, including exercise classes, lunch outings, movie nights and live music at least once a week. My Mom absolutely loves living here. Highly recommend this community!

TerraBella has served my husband's needs very well in Memory Care. He has Lewy Body Dementia which is the worst condition to have so it's challenging. Every time I arrive he is clean, changed and well fed. They have 24 around the clock coverage so when he wanders at night he is observed. I wish there were more activities in Memory Care, but I don't think the patients are really up to it. I see many actives daily on the Assisted Living side of the facility and the residents look like they are having a lot of fun. The staff is absolutely wonderful, very caring, and very patient. When I come to visit I am always greeted warmly all the way from the front desk to anybody else working there. When it comes to medicines I can relax knowing a very knowledgable staff is in charge.

The staff were phenomenal, very kind, caring and compassionate, especially at the end of our father's life. Everyone would bend over backwards to ensure all needs were met. We could not have asked for better place for our Dad.

Everyone on site are fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable. A caring community. Plenty of activities for the residents. Transportation to Dr appointments and stores. Fantastic dining room and meals.
