Went to tour for my family member at lunch time and got a opportunity to try the food which we loved , the community smelled great upon walking in, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The residents were welcoming and the activities they were doing they were having a lot of fun.

I had a fantastic visit with [name removed] at Paradise Springs. I had lunch-Chicken Spaghetti and ot was to die for. Chef [name removed] came out and introduced himself. He was very helpful Paradise Springs is a beautiful community and boasts great people.

Absolutely, they made the process easy. They even recommended a downsized/mover. They packed/ donated/ discarded then moved. While moving in to Aston, they even helped with proper placement of furniture.

[name removed] was great! Helped us finalize our decision even after they were full. If the room was available that fit our needs this would be the place! Thank you [name removed]. Place was clean and super nice. Thank you.

Facility was very clean and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed talking to everyone. Can back with mom and she liked it but did not get the vibe that made her warm and fuzzy. They had all the activities but she just did not feel it.

A truly wonderful independent living community.. everything you could possibly desire from activities , trips, happy hours all in a loving& welcoming environment. My mother was very pleased when we took her on a tour.. each residents apartment/ space is just beautiful as is the entire complex. We also cannot rave or thank [name removed] enough for her endless support, guidance , and most of all love. She is a true asset to Aston Gardens- and to all seniors.. what a special lady!Thank you??

Bellara is a beautiful facility with many amenities. My tour included Assisted Living & Memory Care. Both were well designed. The Assisted Living studio and one bedroom seemed spacious. The bedroom in the Memory Care Unit was a nice size as well. All the staff I met were very friendly.

Tour was very informative and the amount of services and activities was nice. Cost is a factor in our decision and even though place was great money is huge factor. The residents we saw and talked seem to love it there so that was a plus.

I had to find a place for my Mother in law. Went to the Seaton in Ocean Grove. Everyone was great to Work with especially [name removed], when my Mil was being difficult the activity director and the entertainment director came in and just talked her off the ledge by answering everything my Mil needed to hear and ice cream to boot. She will be moving in this Monday.

I am so appreciative for [name removed] helping me with my process and finding right place for my mom. Thank you so much in Pueblo Co. this process is hard for our siblings, and you have helped. Thank you, El Camino Revaria. Most appreciated.

My mom is going to move here soon, so we don't have experience of living here yet. But I really liked my tour, enough so that I went ahead and signed up for the one available room. They were in the middle of "Spirit Week", and all the staff I met seemed to genuinely be caring and having fun. The dining room opens up to a lovely outdoor area, and there are other nice common areas available to the residents. I'm looking forward to having my Mom settled in.

The activities is a 4 because they can't get him to participate. The value for cost is a 4, not a lot to compare it to. [name removed] is very content at Lakehouse. His 2 room apartment is great. Yes, we would recommend LakeHouse New Holstein to other families based on the experience so far.

Absolutely love this place for my Aunt. There are many things to do plenty of opportunities to join in the fun. Everyone is super kind and caring. They are very good communicating between family members about what is happening to the patient especially when they had to get emergency service involve for a hospital visit. Keep up the good work.

I will have lived here almost 6 years. I wouldn't move to another retirement community because of my friends and family here. I'm happy. [name removed], our manager, is always willing to help and listen when I need her. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. There are more great staff members that I don't know well but I do know that they do a good job. I would encourage anyone to come to live with us here. You will find a family and a home. Just call [name removed]or [name removed]. You'll love them and see why I'm so happy here.

The staff at Seaton Springwood were wonderful. The information was informative and they answered all our questions. The facility was very spacious..We liked how the building was laid out. The dining room was not what I had expected.. it was like you had stepped into a very nice restaurant. The residents rooms ...were very nice and one resident invited us into his room to see how he had decorated and made it his own...The pricing I felt was not anything out of line...I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this facility if you are considering a senior living community.

Looking for a place for my nephew [name removed] who has the beginning of short-term memory loss and being The Palms is 2 blocks from my house we decided to go there first. [name removed] took us around and explained everything in detail and answered any questions we as a group asked her, there were 5 of us and we had a lot of questions. The facility was clean, and the help were all professional. We did not stay for lunch, but we were there at noon and saw the delicious looking plates of food being served. We then went to another facility that didn't compare to the Palms. [name removed] daughter was with us and she lives in Arizona and she wanted him there with her in a facility. She took him [name removed] with her and he is miserable so we are trying to get him back here and hopefully when there is room [name removed] will move into The Palms. Thank you all at the Palms for a wonderful tour and explanation of what you can do to make [name removed] life happier.

Very friendly and supportive environment. Medical and support staff proactive with residents care and activities. Facility and grounds very clean and well maintained. Would gladly recommend place to friends other family.

I toured Whitlock Place in anticipation of having my husband go there after his rehab at a nursing home. I reserved a nice studio room. Whitlock Place is a very clean place with nice decor, lots of sunlight. Talking with [name removed] was a very good experience. She and a regional nursing director visited my husband at the rehab to assess his needs. [name removed] also came by herself another time. As rehab days went by, it became apparent that my husband’s mobility was an issue. When rehab was over, he had not made much progress. A PET scan ordered by his pulmonologist showed 3 nodules on his right lung, which explains his severe shortness of breath. Due to the mobility and shortness of breath issues, even my husband thought he needed to stay at the nursing home to meet his needs. So we had to give up the room reservation. Husband is 88 years old and two years ago was diagnosed with two cancers (bladder and pancreatic). Not moving him from the nursing home was a prudent option.

THIS WAS JUST A FOLLOW-UP TO GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE MANAGER. THE OVERALL VISIT WAS GOOD. I WENT AND VIEWED A STUDIO AND THE RECREATION ROOM. I SPOKE WITH THE MEDICAL ADVISOR AND THE CARE MY MOM WOULD RECEIVE.

It is a true community. The employees make it feel like a home. They know all of the residents personally. They take the time to care.
