Staff is wonderful. Food is good. I can't comment on activities but my sister is very happy with all the services there. She gets transportation to a local art class once a week and goes to the movies offered at aspenwood. Nursing staff is attentive and reliable, as well as caring. Her apartment is cleaned regularly and if she needs anything staff respond.

Our loved one was not there long before she passed but what I can say is the people were all great to work with. They were very welcoming. I would recommend this facility to another family who may be looking for a place for their loved one.

My mom is happy there. She is [age removed] years old now. But it's in the process of changing to Discovery Senior Living. I've read that Brookdale has been losing money. I hope it will be better with the new management.

I’m from PA and came to visit my sister who is a resident of Meadow Oaks and I didn’t know what to expect about the facility or staff but I was so impressed by both. The facility is well maintained and the staff is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the staff makes sure everyone is cared for. The residents are happy, friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend this facility.

To say putting your parents in assisted-living is a difficult decision is putting it mildly. From the minute I we walked into The Laurels, it felt like home. My mind was instantly put at ease when we sat down with [name removed] and went through our options. Not only was she patient and kind, but [name removed] was positive and energetic about the Laurels lifestyle. She took us on a tour which ultimately sealed the deal for us. My mom and dad are loving their “new normal” at the Laurels. Thank you to [name removed] and the staff for making them feel so special every day. I’m truly the most grateful daughter ever.

They've all been very welcoming to my mama. Very clean, a lot to do, including an in ground pool. Employees are very nice.

There was a change in management within a month of my mother moving in which has affected the cost of a few services but overall it's still affordable and she likes it. The updates being made to the complex are looking good. The food menu offers a wide variety during the week and even if that day's meal isn't to one's liking, there is an alternate "always available" menu of foods. There are also plenty of activities to keep busy if one wants and the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

My first thought is that everything is evaluated constantly and changes are made at the suggestions of schedules, activities and games, and attempts to socialize both men and women. Almost like home.

Facility has open area seating for meals. The atrium is nicely decorated . The rooms are spacious and well designed. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Overall, it is very comfortable and welcoming.

Everyone here is very friendly. The staff is great and very accommodating. Food is very good and varied. All the residents are able to voice their ideas and opinons. It is a very inclusive atmosphere.

They have Fair pricing, Assistance provided for apartment set up during move in and then again during an apartment change, onsite physical therapy, Dr in-house weekly, on site hair dresser, friendly & available exec staff.

Both the residents and the staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. We've been very happy with Solstice!

My brother has been very happy there. People are very friendly and you can do as much or as little as you want with the community.

Winter Village has everything you need and more. From the variety and quality of food to the large library and store I am glad I moved here. The diverse culture allowed me to meet so many new people. I would recommend my community to anyone!

There service and staff are the best. The care given to Dad was awesome. Just be truthful with the staff on any care issues their loved one might need . They will go out of there way to give the care they need.

My mom is 94. It was time for her to have assistance for daily living. After touring several facilities Moms pick was HomePlace. I couldn't be more pleased with this facility! The adm staff, nurses, medtechs are all A+. Mom gets all the help and attention she needs and if she hits a snag the staff calls me immediately. I couldn't ask for more! Mom is well cared for and I can sleep at night!

I moved to The Laurels four years ago from Washington, DC to be closer to my daughter. One of my favorite things is the three provided meals per day. We have a chef and she does a great job providing quality/nutritious food. We always have games and interactive activities to increase your brain activity. You will never be bored! Everyone here is kind and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

It was close to my brother's home. And it is a very nice place. The people are very friendly and easy to work with
