Great food, lots of activities, friendly residents mostly, there is always some bad apples in the bunch, weekly entertainment at happy hour, good staff, fantastic director, see him daily

Everyone at Terra Bella has been great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. They have plenty of activities to choose from and my mom has found things to do that keep her busy and happy. She has been enjoying the menu selections so far and the "always available " alternatives make sure she always is able to select something she likes. My senior advisor with A Place For Mom was so knowledgeable and helped me make sure we have mom in the right place for her!

Everything was seamless at Solstice from securing a room assignment to signing the lease and moving in. The staff is very caring, compassionate, and accommodating. My friend adjusted quite well and is happy to call Solstice home. Best decision she made!

I have been in health care for over 30 yrs and Addison Place is by far been the most rewarding. Our staff goes above and beyond each day meeting the needs of each resident. Oh, and our families are the best! I have made some great friendships with families. If you have someone in your life that needs assistance with care or maybe they're looking for socialization and activities I strongly recommend you giving Addison Place a call.

Food and social director/activities and yes we would recommend Morada Lake Hefner to other families based on the experience so far.

This facility makes sure everyone feels special. I have been in business since 1968 and have never seen a staff ( from management) and all other employees as caring and helpful. Always greets you by your name when come in contact with them.

Overall it has been a great fit for my mother-in-law. It is affordable, she is very pleased with the meals, the facility is well kept, lots of opportunities for socialization & the bus for medical & shopping makes this place a wonderful choice for someone that doesn't have a large budget.

It was a smooth, easy, fun process. I didn't know what to expect since I was helping my Mom find her perfect place. We went on a pleasant, informative tour with [name removed]. She patiently answered all of our many questions! [name removed] helped us throughout the entire process from phone calls, messages, paperwork and questions. She was always so happy to help us with my Mom's new home! There seems to be many wonderful things for her to participate in. The times we stopped in, the residents were friendly and told us they are really happy living there. We also tried lunch there one day. It was delicious and the staff was attentive to what we needed. So, yes, it was a fun and easy process. The best part was seeing my mom so excited about moving into her new home!

Top notch facility and staff. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Pittsford others. Entire facility is dedicated to Memory Care.

They are all very nice and caring and yes, we would recommend Solstice at Sun City West to other families based on the experience so far.

So far, I am very pleased with the service that I have gotten from Terra Bella. The entire staff has been overwhelmingly fantastic. I had dinner with my mother in the food was surprisingly good.

Everyone there was very helpful and nice whenever I went to visit my sister or ask questions about her care. It's very well maintained and friendly staff.

The experience at the Meadows is like being at a luxury hotel. All kinds of fun activities. Came out for the Carnival which had ponies and prizes. The staff all are genuinely nice and caring. Have had such a good experience. Mom likes the place too! It's clean and that's important!

My experience was front desk was and still is awesome clean everyone is nice to help my sister who came from an horrible relationship and needs love and kindness. Food is good she says and nurses are awesome

Food was delicious, they invited my mom to spend the night and stay 2 days experiencing all the activities and food free of charge. I would recommend this community to others.

Of the locations we looked at this one had a very friendly staff, and everyone there has gone above and beyond to make my brother feel welcome. So far it has been a tremendous blessing how kind and interested they have been in his getting acclimated. The location has also been clean every time we have visited, which currently is about 3 times a week. The elevator was recently renovated and now has a shiny new interior so at least in the past month it appears they seem to keep after maintenance and upkeep. They did add a ceiling fan to his studio which has made both lighting and air flow even better. We did not have any temperature issues prior, but he liked having a fan and they helped accommodate that request.

I found this place to have a warm welcoming atmosphere. The food was great and the amenities were great. I talked to a number of residents and they had good things to say about their experience.

We really like Pinewood Hills. I would give a five on all. They have been a little shorthanded they are trying to work it out. it is a very nice place. My mom really loves it.

All of the staff are friendly as are the residents. The staff do whatever they can to help you. Several residents are called ambassadors who will help with the transition into community life. This includes how to get a schedule of events, what happens at mealtimes (we are served among several choices ), how to go shopping and to doctor appointments, etc. Ambassadors will introduce you to others or rescue you from being overwhelmed. Activities are the usual kinds: bingo, card games, exercises, devotions, board games, small library. People do come in like the Elvis impersonator who I understand was very good. Also we recently had a pig roast which I think is an annual event.
