Moving Mom to assisted living was a difficult and emotional decision for our family and we are so happy we chose Chandler Place! The entire care team is so kind, funny, and compassionate with Mom and all of the residents. The activities and social calendar is full...keeping residents active and engaged. The facility is bright, updated, and secure and Mom is very comfortable in her apartment. Our family has peace of mind that Mom is in excellent care!

Discovery Villages is a very nice facility with lots of space and activities, but what makes them stand our more than anything is their people. They are willing to go above and beyond to help care for their residents. I am so grateful and relieved to know that my parents have such amazing care and attention. Cleanliness of the facility - - very clean, and again, go above and beyond to help my mom keep up with day to day cleanliness. Quality of care - top notch and very patient. All staff are amazing! My parents are very complimentary of the food quality and variety which I know is not always the case with assisted living facilities. Activities - there are great activities for all interest, skill levels, and abilities and it is very well communicated to families and staff. Value for the money - worth every penny for the peace of mind we get knowing our people are being well cared for!

The staff is terrific. I wish I would have found this place sooner. They made my mom's transition from her home to the community special.

My Mom has no complaints except that they charge [amount removed] hourly to do laundry and [amount removed]for a haircut and shampoo. I'd recommend to others.

It's early in my wife's time in Brookdale but based on what I saw initially and her comment that she likes it there I would rate a 5. All of the caregiver staff seem to enjoy what they do and it shows by virtue of how the residents appear happy and well cared for. The housekeeping and maintenance staff go above and beyond by keeping the facility clean and bright inside and out. The management team is wonderful. I see them working together well. All in all a very positive experience.

The Executive Director, [name removed] is great. Also the PT staff, [name removed] and [name removed]. The nursing staff, especially [name removed], are positive, helpful, and patient. My mom is in memory care and is a handful. They are always kind and understanding.

My mother has been a resident at Solstice for the last seven years. I chose it because it was close to me, but since she's been there, I love it for the staff. Everybody is so attentive to her, the food is healthy and they have great activities. To be honest, when it's my time to go into independent living, this is the place that I will choose.

The staff was very helpful and stayed in contact with me, I live in Montana. When I first went there couldn't believe how clean and new it looked. Room was very nice and clean. I visited Dad every day when I got back. Was happy, but would have liked to be home, but that couldn't happen. I am very pleased with the service and how they treated Dad. I would like to comment on Hospice, a wonderful group of people. Still call me and ask if I'm doing ok.

Mostly good love my studio. friendly and helpful staff so many activities. Love the fact that i have transportation to go to all my doctors appointment and also to go shopping love the fact people cook for me

I love this place because the caregivers really care. They are like family. The staff is great. Staff is very helpful especially at the front desk. I have wonderful Neighbors. This facility makes good spaghetti.

Very lovely, accommodating& clean units, convenient location, outstanding staff, friendly environment, pleasant tenants. A perfect place for your loved one or yourself (if you are old enough!)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Door was always open if I had any questions. Food was good. Lots of things to do.

I just toured the community last month. The sales director, [name removed], was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions and help go into details about things that I never even thought to ask. She was very knowledgeable about senior living. I got to meet a lot of the management and care team while on my tour. They were very nice and took the time to stop to talk with me. The residents were so nice to talk with and had nothing but great things to say about the community and the staff. The lunch in memory care looked and smelled amazing, the community was clean, smelled great and made me feel at home. The location was beautiful inside and out.

Staff is always available and very professional. The dining area is pleasant, the food is between meh and ok. I would absolutely recommend this community to others who are currently searching.

[name removed] was amazing! He showed us around and was very thorough. They had so many amenities. A pool, game room, theater room, a little salon, live music on Fridays, and so much more! There 1 bedroom room size was much bigger than other places we visited. It felt like home, and my Father in law loves it! They do church on Sunday's and my Father in law loves being able to go to church again.

5 for all! Staff is great, social life is great, very clean and we would absolutely recommend Preston Greens to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is old but it's in the process of being renovated. My sister is in memory care and the staff is patient and understanding with the residents.

Staff is a 5 except for the executive director who was fired in the midst of a money scandal. My aunt was really happy there she was able to make friends and was waited on. She enjoyed coming down to the dining room and having guests for dinner

We set up my mom in an apartment at Provincial Glenville. She has made lots of friends and spends very little time in her apartment due to activities or just socializing. There is a dinning area in the atrium that provides 3 meals a day, Mom has never complained about the food. The atrium is bright and airy and the temperature perfect no matter what the weather is outside. I feel very at ease knowing she is not alone, and she is eating properly.
