[name removed] met us at the apartment after hours due to a delay in loading the truck at the previous residence. She was very kind. The food is very good, diverse and healthy. Their portions are big and they have alternate menu items if you dont want something different. There are plenty of activities. The residents are nice and social. The rooms are pretty big.

Its a lively community. There are always people around and friendly. They are outside sitting in the dining area, and the wait staff knows the residents by name and their usual food selections. They are very attentive.

The caregiving at the Palms is really excellent! I would recommend.

All experiences were very positive. It is a beautiful facility and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend Clarks Summit to others.

We moved my aunt to “The Square” in February 2024. We have had experiences with assisted living before and knew that showing up unexpectedly was the best way to find problems with the place and staff. Not once did we experience anything less than outstanding quality. That being said it wasn’t perfect but the good FAR outweighed the bad. I call it “The Queen Mary” because it is so nice and I promised my aunt she was going to have the “The Queen Mary” treatment for the rest of her life and Savannah Square did that for her. Amazing people and a beautiful facility, I would recommend it to anyone.

The overall experience of working with a place for Mom was absolutely perfect. I don't remember the name of the young man that helped me, but he gave me many many places to look at to see which would be the best fit for my mom. We ended up going with The Palms in La Mirada, which is now called the La Mirada Heights and it has been an absolute perfect fit for my mom. She has many friends enjoys all the food and all the different amenities, including the activities. I could not have asked for a better place for my mom than where She is at. Thank you very much for all your help with finding just the right place for my mom to feel safe secure and loved.

I visited 5 different facilities before deciding upon Discovery Village at Alliance Town Center. I liked a couple of the others however Discovery Village was the one that I liked the most. I can truthfully say it met all my expectations and the only one that I can truthfully say that I rate at a five for all areas. I am very pleased. Please visit Discovery if you are looking for a facility you will not be disappointed. The staff, servers, cook, and the other residents are friendly and courteous. The staff and servers knew my name after the first day. Even the maintenance people are courteous and friendly. Feels like home.

My brother lived there for only four months but he was really happy living there all the caregivers were so awesome they took care of him they helped him in anything he needed. The Staff was always there to answer any questions very very nice. The food was good [name removed] loved going to the dining room the food was always good I had dinner with him at least twice a month. The Camelot setting was so beautiful I would highly recommend it to anyone.

They are courteous and very helpful to clients that live there. I would highly recommend!!

The staff is great! Everyone is friendly and efficient. We asked if we could take cupcakes there to celebrate my brother in law's birthday. [name removed] went out of her way to make it a special occasion. She had nice decorations. We wanted to invite all of the residents. She and the staff took care of that for us. My brother in law says that the food is pretty good.

Great place all the family felt it was a perfect lots of activities offered . Good food. Yes would recommend end to others. The person needs to be willing for help and be willing to try this sort of transition.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs the services that is offered here. I have been here almost a year and have not regretted my decision to stay here.

they have amazing crafts and fun events and activities. The activities staff is really great, super creative with fun activities and gives them options of fun places to go or events to have on site. They have the option for residents to join a committee to Provide feedback for the chef, Activities etc. The chef does a great job of offering a variety of "home cooked" meals but also Offering them The option for burgers, tenders, soups, grilled cheese etc daily in case they don't want the lunch or dinner special of the day. Ok how our family highly recommends! Plus the gets PT and OT I forgot to mention that is a plus as well.

My mom was physically a resident for only two weeks. My 5 rating is for the intake and the helpful, accommodating and personal service and support my mom and family experience. Although my mom wasn't there long, I would recommend Brookdale Tracy.

The staff has been extremely helpful in dealing with my mother's increasing dementia. They assess where her care level is at frequent intervals. Although my mother doesn't partake often, they do have regular activities for residents. The food is well prepared.

Homey feel. Proximity to St. Mary's Hospital. Yes, we would recommend The Lodge to other families based on the experience so far.

Took a tour and it was absolutely precious. Very clean facility and courteous staff. Loved the homey atmosphere and the outdoor patio area. The rooms are cozy, but spacious and they offer multiple rooms styles for different needs and budgets.

Discovery Village is an excellent assisted care facility with a professional & caring staff. My mother was very happy there. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The staff was great and room was large and good price compared to eau claire area. I would recommend to others.
