They treat us like family. We love all of them. Food is delicious

For my father, we needed a short term stay after a surgery, Addington Place was able to help us and were very flexible working with his hospital discharge schedule. Everyone I spoke with during his stay was responsive, curious, and overall wonderful to work with. They helped him get his laundry done, washed his hair, and made him feel much more comfortable.

lf I could give Parkview ten gold stars I would, five gold stars does not seem like enough. From the women at the front desk who always greet me with a smile, who are always there to help in any way--to the caregivers who offer so much more to my sister than just "the basics," to the staff who work in the kitchen and dining room, to the very best activities director one could hope to find, to the maintenance staff who work hard to keep Parkview looking its best.....l sincerely thank everyone who makes my sister's life the best it can be, even under sometimes very challenging circumstances. You all have been there to assure that she has the very best care you have to offer. My sister has lived at Parkview since [date removed], first in independent living, then transferring to assisted living in [date removed].

The facility itself is bright, cheerful, and clean. The entire staff is awesome. They are all caring, compassionate, and helpful, both to my resident and to me. The residents I have had the pleasure of meeting are friendly and helpful. I am very thankful for Morada Cy-Fair!

I have been here over two years. The staff and residents make it fee like home. There is a dining room that is great. . They have a bus that can take us to Dr appointments, and it takes us to various stores during the week. The staff and the residents are very caring. I am very glad I chose Brookdale

To participate in the activities, they really help build relationships with other residents. The staff are really kind and helpful, they truly care about their residents. I will miss them.

Our father moved in a few years ago, and we couldn’t be any happier with our decision. The facility is clean, the food is good and the management team has been consistent. We can call the executive director and he responds to our messages. We enjoy going to the family events and meeting the other residents and their families. The staff are friendly and have taken great care of Dad. He enjoys the trivia at happy hours and live music events.

Very clean, staff is awesome, very pleased with our experience there. Would highly recommend. Staff too very good care of my aunts needs. Called if they had a question or if she didn't feel good. Kept in close contact with my brother and myself.

My husband did not end up going there - he moved in with a family member. However the administrator could not have been nicer. It was a clean and friendly environment.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Mom liked the food. They had activities to encourage residents to go to the activity room to exercise or play bingo. The place is very clean. They were able to take good care of my Mom. When Mom's health suddenly declined they took the steps to send her to the hospital. When she was ready to return they were able to accommodate her now being on Hospice and took good care of her up to her passing yesterday morning.

Most of front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, but sometimes part time substitutes are not much help. Regular staff are great though. And the residents are friendly.

Morada has been a good place for my mom thus far; she has been there now for a couple of months. The facility is clean, the staff is cheerful and responsive, and the residents are friendly and sweet. I am thankful for the peace of mind that the facility gives both her and me.

Brookdale is a very friendly community with nice people. My apartment is spacious and reasonable. I enjoy the meals and chats with the Director of Dining Services. I would recommend the Brookdale community!

Terra Bella was my favorite place that I visited! Everything about it was so great! The rooms, the staff, the friendly residents were all so upbeat and positive! I would be there now if I could go. I had a serious fall just before I was to go. I ended up on the hospital and now I'm in therapy. I needed more care than they could give me so now I'm at [name removed]Terrabella is a perfect place to be for assisted living people. I wish I could b there now! Good luck to anyone looking for an assisted living facility!

My mother had to move out of her home after a fall and time in the hospital. 5-Star Residences of Tipton Place has been very helpful in getting her settled into her “new home." Tipton Place is really amazing! The staff is extremely personable. They definitely get to know the residents and they are so kind and helpful!!

I rate this place a 5 across the board. It's a small, quiet place. On this end, we have a diverse group.

Addington Place of Des Moines is a Hidden Gem. We love how beautiful the scenery is around the building. Staff are wonderful. Food is good and love how they even offer Happy Hour. We are so Happy we found Addington Place. My Grandma was really nervous about moving to a new place but she is settling in so well. She really enjoys all the activities.

I'm enjoying Parkview. I eat in their Dining room. The food is good as you have choices and all Servers are friendly and polite. There are many activities. I have participated in Wii Bowling and it was fun. All residents are friendly and polite. They have card games and movie night once a week. The staff is very informative and helpful. My one bedroom apartment is very nice and is cleaned once a week. Small pets are allowed also. The grounds are very nice.
