Every time I visit Spring Mill my experience has been very good. The staff greet you with a smile and are always helpful and friendly. The property is well kept and clean. Also when having a meal in the dining room with my Mother in law the food is good and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The overall experience has been very good.

[name removed] was very kind and provided a detailed explanation of the facility, daily events, and costs involved. He also showed us around, offering more insight as to the day to day operations and condition of the rooms and facilities.

We just moved my father into Las Villas del Norte last month, and it's been a good thing for him and our family. We lost our mom earlier this year and have been concerned about him living alone. Now that he's there, we know he's being looked after. He is being well taken care of with meals he's enjoying each day, laundry service, and peace of mind knowing that someone will be there if he needs something. He's still working on making friends, but we know that will come in time. Overall we are all very happy with his new home.

Very nice and like a home. My Aunt has been there for a month and seems to like it. Everyone is nice and friendly. Answers all my questions and concerns. Had a bump in the road at first but all was fixed and no problems now.

I'm an outgoing person and find most of the activities boring and childlike but maybe fitting for most of the residents. I chose this community because of [name removed]in sales. Recommendation by[name removed] A lot of construction going on for improvements. Crew is great.

What we like the most about the community is that it is almost new facility, staff is very friendly, food. Yes, we would recommend Stoneridge at Centerra community to other families based on the experience so far.

I dropped in without an appointment. The receptionist was super nice, and she got [name removed]to meet with me. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me and my family learn about senior living. No other place I went to treated me this well. He even gave me information about a veteran benefit my mom might be able to get. He gave me a tour, and I picked an apartment for my mom the same day!

Looking for options for 90 yo mother in law that should not be living by herself in rural area. I heard about Provincial and scheduled a tour. She has been living there now for 6 weeks and not once has mentioned her home. She’s with people now, made friends and is no longer lonely. Accommodations are well maintained and the staff is attentive. This was the perfect move we had hoped for.

[name removed] did a great job! Everyone was friendly and the facility was so clean. Many questions were asked and answered with friendly words. Will be placing Soltice at the top of the list. Hope the management appreciate the staff

This is a care facility for seniors. Everyone I came in contact with, residents and staff, was smiling, happy and friendly. It’s a great place. I was treated to a wonderful 3 course meal for lunch. The Director of sales showed me several rooms and we had a wonderful and informative discussion at lunch. There are many activities set up around the home and encourage those who like to garden to spend time planting etc in the patio area. They also celebrate with parties. Great environment!

Heartis management and plain workers go out of their way to welcome "guests ". High standards of meals, cleaning, and maintenance are essential. They also have car valet services.

I found Provincial Bethel Park to be all it claims to be. The facility is well maintained with an abundance of amenities to suit the needs of any resident. The guide was friendly and well-informed and gave a thorough tour of the place., introducing us to residents along the way.All questions were answered. In all, it was an excellent tour and pleasurable experience.

I had a studio but it was on the first floor facing the courtyard so it felt spacious. the staff were amazing, called my by my name from the first day. the servers were great. very friendly and caring. it was great to have young people serving us. once the new chef came the food was wonderful. the director activity director and sales person were so fun and so caring. lots of great activities it was a great experience and I only left as I was moving to Oregon to be with more family

I arrived very early for my appointment and [name removed] was able to take a break from the front desk to give me a tour until [name removed] could return to the facility from a prior event. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the memory care unit as we toured it. It’s a 10-bed facility, calm and quiet. The residents seemed to all get along well. By the time we returned to the assisted living building, [name removed] had arrived. He and I talked for a while and then he gave me a tour of that building as well. This was a more lively group of residents sharing meals and laughter.

The management is outstandingly. We feel The Virginian is right for us.

We attended this event last week and we enjoyed every minute of it. You could tell the Director and staff had their hands full but wow did they deliver. The food was amazing and our tour with the Director was very informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and the staff treated everyone like family. We had a family member that lived here years ago and she enjoyed the 3 yrs. she was there. We hope to call this community home when the time comes. You can also tell a lot of upgrades have been done to the community since we last visited in 2020. I would say that the exterior needs to be painted in order to compliment all the work they have done to the interior.

Dad loves The Palms at Lake Spivey and says he no longer misses home. We find it to be well managed, clean and with plenty of activities for the residents. Dad was able to celebrate his 92nd Birthday there with family and friends. We would recommend the Palms to others

I really love living here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Many activities are entertaining. I personally enjoy most of the meals. There would never be total agreement on food for everyone. I love my space and my daily routine. Walking around the facility is lovely. Once around is a quarter mile and it makes me want to walk more every day. I have been here for only a month and a half and I know nothing is 100 percent, but for me, I am home!

The staff are extremely kind and out my mom's needs, as all of their residents, a high priority. They are responsive to her feelings and concerns. The activities director, [name removed], is a wonderful asset to this community! She shows great compassion, empathy, and enthusiasm with the activities that she plans and carries out! She takes the time to visit with the residents one-on-one and gets to know their needs and interests! She certainly helps to ease my mind. Food never sits out waiting for my mom, which is appreciated. While she may not enjoy every meal, I know she is being offered things that are good for her and the staff have worked with us to meet her dietary needs.
