Walnut park is a gem. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by residents and staff. The price is the best in the Visalia area for everything offered. This is a hard decision as my Mom has been in her home 50 years, and it is time to make a move. It will be Walnut Park. I didn't know much about independent living and now I understand Mom can live a good life without the need or cost of assisted living. Great job.

This is a comfortable,friendly,bright , well kept environment. The staff is compassionate, and efficient and the food is yummy. ! I can't think of anything. I don't like about this place. We are very happy here. The other residents are friendly and caring. There are plenty of activities or you can also just have your quiet time in your apartment. It's the best of both worlds for us we feel safe and happy

We are looking for a place where our mom can be safe and comfortable. We believe Granville Place has everything we need. It’s open for visitation, meals, care, and a strongly involved staff who knows everyone by name.

After searching for a perfect fit for our mom, we cannot say enough how blessed we are to have found Provincial. My brother and I knew that our mom needed the companionship and activities that we could not give her on a daily basis. From the moment we entered the building it felt like somewhere special as it was not only beautiful but the staff was so welcoming. Some things that I love after only a few weeks here is that mom is so excited to tell us about her day. I don't think she's missed a bingo opportunity and especially loves when music performers come in. The staff treat her like family and make a point of getting to know her and engaging her in things. There is so much opportunity for her to not grow old but to grow in the sense where she has new stories and fun to tell about! Mom is safe and more important she is happy!

Chandler Place has been the perfect place for our parents. They receive outstanding care in a great setting with a team of health care professionals that are second to none. My folks are able to be in adjoining rooms with separate kitchens and bathrooms, allowing them their own spaces while being able to engage each other throughout the day. The ability for them to stay in their same rooms despite their increasing levels of care has been of great comfort. Chandler Place is a safe facility that allows residents the ability to enjoy a delightful open air inner atruim at their leisure. There is a robust calendar full of engaging activities, and a wonderful monthly newsletter that keeps everyone well informed. The staff are dedicated, professional and compassionate care givers. They are very responsive and committed to providing excellent service, and work closely and seamlessly with outside health care providers. We could not ask for a better facility and experience for parents!

Staffing is attentive, with great communication, great activities, & good food.

Staff was helpful and communicated well with my family. Made my family members stay a safe stay. I would recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved ones.

Facility is nice, they just did full remodel. Kept very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and loving towards residents and guests. Affordable for my dad who only has a small monthly SS income.

The front desk staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful.. especially [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] in maintenance is super nice, prompt and gets the job done! The dining room is cheery and bright and the staff work really hard to accommodate everyone's needs. There is a such a great list of activities.. lots to choose from! I'm glad we used A place for Mom to find this wonderful home for our brother.

The entire staff from sales to housekeeping has been great! I would highly recommend it here, it is clean and the staff is great!

It was great. 10's on every question. What we like the most about the community is the staff and we would recommend Morada Grand Prairie to other families based on that experience so far.

They have been absolutely wonderful and they are taking very good care of my Mother. In the end we needed to put her in memory care and they have been fabulous

Clean, vibrant and active community! Staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. Very nice first impression! Spacious apartments and wonderful food from a scratch kitchen! I highly recommend that you see this senior lifestyle environment!

My grandfather is a resident at Mission Commons. It was a sad day to remove him from his house because of his safety due to dementia. One thing he always says when I pick him up or visit him is how much he loves mission commons. He gets to get out and socialize and have three great meals with other people instead of by himself. And the staff are great and really love and care for the residents. There is always something to do at mission commons. I wanted him to move in with us but he still wanted his independence and mission commons offers that. Thanks

This looks like a very nice place to live. People are very friendly. We had lunch there and the food was very good. The servers are excellent and so nice. The unit we looked at had a beautiful view of the doggie park the swimming pool and the greenhouse for the residents. Very happy with it.

I just sometimes wish I was still living there. The cost to live there was increased and I just couldn't quite swing it any more. I had no complaints about it, what so ever.

Overall experience has been good. They seem to make a real effort to accommodate residents. I would recommend to others.
