An overall positive experience. Morningside representative was open and engaging. Provided me a brief tour of the general facility and examples of different accommodation rooms. Listened to my concern for my wife's current condition and the needs and services I hold in the greatest priority, Provided a general pricing list based upon our expected needs. I left with some confidence that Morningside could satisfy the care requirements of my loved one.

I feel that my offer was so good and customer-friendly that I signed up the day I attended tour. Having an open restaurant several days a week right in the complex is absolutely necessary for my current needs

The Seaton at Ocean Grove is beautifully located face a lake and blocks from the Ocean. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The building has an old charm exterior but the rooms inside are spacious and updated.

This is a beautiful facility. Very inviting. Looked at the memory care side of the facility for my Mom. The rooms are spacious and functional and very home like. I liked the layout of the dining room room area and the facilities. [name removed] who gave the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us all kinds of information on the accommodations, services and amenities that the facility provides. Was very impressed.

All of the employees went above and beyond when I toured recently. I would have loved to have my Mom move in, but when my brother asked our mother about going to move in, she became emotional and did not want to leave her home. But the facilities were clean and all the residents looked happy and well cared for. Thanks to everyone for such a compassionate greeting to us.

My Mom is very pleased with the activities she can participate in. Exercise, bingo, etc. The family appreciates the communication with the staff regarding Mom.

I found Terra Bella to be a very nice facility with friendly and open staff. The tour was well done and helped me to ask questions and receive information. I am continuing my search for a place for my wife. I am adding Terra Bella to my list

The sales director was easy to contact, stay in touch with, and was very flexible with my schedule. When we got there, she had printed information to keep with us and also gave us a small gift! The tour was informational without being too long, we got to meet some of the staff and residents. The building is older, but well maintained. You can tell that the team likes to work there and they care about their residents. I had one resident say she's very happy there. My friend isn't ready for assisted living, but Addington Place is where she wants to go!

I love it here and my dog loves it here. If I eat here I just go dinner. I have gone to dinner 3 times and have had one good meal. My first meal the pasta was dry, the second meal the asparagus was the size of toothpicks. I'm sure the chef can do better and I will try dinner again.

Tipton Place is a very small community and that was important to me. The facility is back in a quiet area off the main highway beside a beautiful wooded area and a pretty pond for scenery. This was a big seller for my family as visits would be happening often and the location was close to everyone in all directions that would be traveling. The quality and specialized attention given to each individual resident is crafted to their specific needs and desires. I am so grateful to have found this new home for my mother when the time is right for her. My mom said she felt welcome and that she could thrive in a community such as Tipton Place. With mom not wanting to make a sudden decision I felt we may feel burdened and or rushed into something and thankfully that was not the case. They were patient and filled with lots of knowledge during our facility tour. When mom is ready to make this transition Tipton Place will be our choice!

I initially spoke with [name removed] who was very professional and even sent me a video of the available apartment before our visit. [name removed] did our tour and this is a very clean and bright facility. There was a ton going on for the residents and the price was right. Ultimately our dad chose another facility but this was me and my sisters first choice. This would be a nice place for any senior to live, from independent living to hospice.

I recently toured Discovery Village on Highway 3. I was impressed. The staff was friendly, some of the residents we met were also. The place was clean and inviting. The place looks fairly new and in good condition. I will rate them five stars. I hope to enroll my sister here.

Very clean and attractive. The apartments are updated and have a lot of light. The fitness center is full of activity and has a variety of machines that can be used at any time. The residents were friendly. There were a lot of residents using walkers. At this point in my life, that does not bother me anymore. They all looked happy and active. I have not tried their food yet.

Benton House has been a great choice for our mother. The food is very good, the cleanliness and atmosphere is very good and inviting. The staff has had a big turnover recently, but I believe it is for the best. They continue to train & work with staff to be sure residents are receiving the very best care. My mother is the n memory care and has a room to herself. We were able to decorate it and make it very comfortable for her. She has 2 large closets for storage. Sitting area, sleeping area, small kitchen area with a sink and fridge. Benton House offers many daily activities and focus on activities in the memory care area to stimulate and improve memory, balance, and offer physical activity.

The staff is excellent. The director is very involved with my grandfather on a day-to-day basis. He is easy to get in touch with via phone call or text message and always quick to respond. He calls me directly when there may be an issue with things like my grandfather's Cable or a routine invoice that hasn't been paid. The food is great. They have many activities and holiday events. Holiday dinners are pretty regular and they always make it a point to honor their veterans on Veterans Day.

I am very excited to be moving in the end of this month. I toured other places and choosing Discover Village as my next home was an easy decision. It is a bright, cheerful environment, with lots of great things to offer. The most important being their willingness to work with me on some individual needs, instead of saying no they said let's figure it out! All of that was truly amazing but the greatest thing was the people I met or dealt with. From the waitstaff to the Assistant Director, and Sales Manager, they were helpful, and patient, no matter how many questions I had. If you are looking for Senior Living in this area you should have this high on our list of choices!

Toured Heartis for my mother who has early stage dementia. The facilities were excellent and I was very impressed by the food and beverage offerings. I love that they have a menu that they can choose from in addition to a daily special. And the juice bar that offers fresh juice and healthy food is a great bonus. The apartments were truly what you see in luxury high rise buildings and the common areas are luxurious as well.

My parents have been residents of Chandler for almost 2 years. Their care has been exceptional. Recently my father passed away, the staff was so caring and concerned for my mother. They are communicative and helpful with suggestions as how to best help her. The facility is well kept and very clean, very inviting. Would highly recommend Chandler Place.
