We are very happy with the facility and the staff both in dining and office. The people who live here are excellent! Our only debate has been with the dining. They are working to improve the quality but need to still improve the food for older people with different health problems (heart, diabetic, etc.).

What we like the most about the community is the appearance of place, friendliness of food service workers. Too early to tell if other things will be as we were told.

I really like them and feel good about the care being provided. The staff are friendly, and one of the team members always makes sure the resident's nails are painted in her favorite color.

Staff were all extremely kind. Events were amazing. Dad really liked it there. I would definitely recommend to others. Side note - they were extremely kind and thoughtful at my father's passing

Grassland Independent Living is a wonderful community! The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. The environment is clean, welcoming, and feels like home. The residents always seem happy and engaged, and there’s a real sense of family throughout the building. We’re grateful to have such a caring partner in the community who goes above and beyond for the seniors they serve. Highly recommend!

They have made my brothers (The [name removed] Brothers) a home where they have a life and are happy. That gives me peace of mind. I know they are protected, fed, encouraged, entertained, and loved, all things that I wanted for them.

I would give the overall experience a 5. My dad has been at Chateau for about 16 months and has been happy since he moved in. Clean, quiet, friendly staff - just what my father was looking for. He has made friends and settled in very quickly. He moved from out of state and Chateau was extremely helpful in helping him get acclimated to his new surroundings. Helped us find him a primary care doctor for seniors. Chateau offers lots of activities should the resident be interested and does a good job of special events during holidays and seasons.

Everyone here at Independence Village are wonderful. They are so knowledgeable about their jobs from your tour to your decision to move in. I am extremely happy here and it's due to my initial contact with the staff. I am in a one bedroom and there is ample room in the complete apartment. There is only a small designated space you call your kitchen and just two counter top burners as your stove. No oven. The bathroom is relatively small but it's doable. If you walk with a walker of any sort it is small for using it in there but I don't have a problem. Storage is very limited and I strongly suggest scheduling a tour at your convenience, bring a note pad to take notes, take pictures or ask about room measurements. I can spend hours telling you about Independence Village of Raleigh but just know it's a great place to live.

When it comes to the food, they often run out of daily dinner menu items. Resident rooms rate 5. Have an excellent choice of floorplans and full kitchens. Yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I'm very happy with the place. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I visit regularly and not always at the same time. I always see that they treat mom very well.

[name removed] was a wonderful person to work with. They allowed my sister to have her dog in the memory care area. Not many others allow dogs.

Camelot is a very nice place, very helpful and the apt nice and clean plus the whole area. Mom likes it so fare and everyone there is helpful and nice. Yes, we would recommend The Camelot to other families based on the experience so far.

They are the best. When a resident gets combative, the workers are told to walk away. They try a different approach and come back and sometimes it works. Mama seems happy

I would say a 5 for each of these. One thing we like most about the community is the friendliness of the whole staff. They answer any questions I have. It is very clean. Very easy access around the facility. The meals are great.
