The tour was good, the representative answered all of our questions. Residents looked happy. Unfortunately the apartment for our Parents wasn’t large enough. Location was nice and very accessible. Activities sounded pleasant and plentiful.

5 for everything. My parents really like the facility. The staff have been wonderful. With the exception of a few dishes, food has been good as well. The main reason we chose Discovery Village at West Chase was the location, size of the unit and my parents could each have their own bedroom and bathroom.

Ventura has been very helpful and kind. This has been a very hard transition for her. I would recommend to others. Ventura has been awesome

5 on all. The place is amazing and so are the folks that help him. He really loves the food! The price is great and the staff is amazing. I would recommend Liberty Place to anyone looking for a place. I can't say enough good things about it.

My wife and I have been residents of New Seasons of New Britain since [date removed]. The responses to our concerns is well beyond Marvelous. We couldn't expect more. The facility is near immaculate the imagination at Chefs are endless.

We chose this facility because of the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of facility. Met the same people multiple times. They're operating at nearly full capacity. We just moved in, so not too much to comment on yet.

This place is amazing and the staff are absolutely incredible very caring and attentive to the residence. My mother and father live there and this brings great comfort for my wife and I. Thank you

When I walked into Village at the Falls, I knew that was the place for my mom. With all the different options for each meal, and everything that's included, how kind and hardworking the staff is. Staff is. I don't know much about the management or people working in the office, but the housekeeping staff and serving staff in the dining room are absolutely amazing! The activities are okay. I wish there were more activities for My mom as it seems to be the same three or four activities with a couple extra ones thrown in there, but I don't think there is an activities director. That would be a great addition to to village at The falls. Her apartment is wonderful and everything that she needs, including being able to let her dog write out her patio door. I am having a problem getting them to put in the walk-through tub and put up new Venetian blinds that were missing pieces the first day we went in there and we were promised that they would cut into the walk-through tub but none of that is happened and she's been there for a couple months. We've called about it. The meals are phenomenal and appropriate and even generous sizes. I most of all love the housekeeping and dining room staff. [names removed] there's a gentleman there and a couple other ladies that I can't remember their names of, but they are phenomenal!

The room was very spacious and nicely furnished. My Dad was there for 2 weeks for respite care. He enjoyed the staff, the food, and his room. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

It's a very nice facility with amazing staff! Apartment sizes are good. They have great amenities and a small gym.

Extremely happy with this place. They treat my mom great. I would give them all 5s....We would absolutely recommend Hidden Meadows on the Ridge to other families based on the experience so far.

My mom moved in not too long ago and as a family emotions ran high. The staff has lifted a weight off our shoulders and welcomed all us with open arms. The food, staff, and cleanliness is outstanding. We are so grateful for Winter Village.

My parents moved in about 3 months ago. From the first interaction to the staff always saying hello with a smile, I can't think of a better place. The apprehension and overwhelming feelings on this journey, every single person has helped us feel right at home and welcomed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Okay I'm would rate this place 5 if I could read it well I would I've been very happy living at Brookdale I've been very happy with our new executive director [name removed] I think he has made a lot of changes for the better and when discovery was announced that they were going to be our new management I'm really impressed what they have done so far and I'm looking forward to the future as what more they they can do I would I would really like to help people not to be so negative and to kind of have A A better attitude towards living here

Her move date is [date removed]. I was with her during the initial contract signing and from that visit I can say. Very clean and nicely decorated. Also the fact that facility sets back from the road and there's no road traffic noise

I moved to Winter Village on [date removed], with my friend, [name removed] , another widow to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Since our arrival, the Director of Sales, was very warm and friendly explaining what would entail renting an apartment here. The ENTIRE STAFF, HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL FROM DAY ONE!! I can't express enough how warm and friendly, and caring these people are. I am proud to call them my extended family and my friends!
