My mom was looking for a place for respite for a few months after rehab. We really didn’t look anywhere else, but checked out Granville. The people who work there are so great and helpful. They take good care of my mom. They administer & track her meds. The place smells good. It’s clean, and the workers treat people like family. They are helpful, and kind to the residents as well as the rest of our family. My mom transitioned to permanent residency without hesitation. She likes the food. She has a doctor there. They have their own pharmacy. They do her laundry & clean her room. She is very happy there. She has made friends, and she is busy keeping busy. It’s been great for the rest of our family, too.

For me coming to Parkview was a blessing. Bus service to Dr appointments. And shopping helped the transition as I had to give up driving. The atmosphere here is mostly friendly and happy. Exercise class everyday is a huge plus and there are a variety of activities.

The facility is kept very clean. The food is pretty good, and the desserts are delicious. There is a movie theater here, and the movies have been really great. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. Occasionally, animals are brought in for us to see, such as dogs and donkeys. The residents are friendly, and there is a bus that occasionally takes us places, though they are currently looking for a driver. We have our own apartments or can share one with another person. A cat or dog is allowed for a one-time fee, as long as you are able to care for it properly. I have a cat named Bootsie! She is a great companion, and I would never have come here without her. Animals are family! PS: We have an activity director who helps plan events and games, including Bingo. This is a very nice place to live!

Food excellent and geared toward elderly, yet healthy. Staff were attentive, patient and genuinely caring. Multiple, varied activities. Rooms were roomy unlike many places I visited . Kept very clean. I had numerous, frequent calls from staff checking on my satisfaction and potential problems. I loved everything about Brookdale.

Like many others I downsized from a house, so it was an adjustment to return to apartment style living. I am independent and still drive, so this move has been great for me. When you factor in the covered amenities, it reduced my budget to 3 line items. They strive to meet individual needs, but the senior community is a challenge. Very happy here.

Our relative is currently at Brookdale in Des Plaines. We are very pleased. What we like the most about the community is the uplifting decorations, evening entertainment, being able to change staffing needs and accommodations when change is needed. Upbeat staff and Dining room cleanliness and décor. 5/5. Would recommend

I only have great things to say about my visit. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and did not feel like just another sales pitch. It was also great to see so many residents interacting and having lunch together and to see what they were having for a meal.

The staff and residents were very nice and friendly. The facility itself was clean and offered a lot of amenities. We were impressed with the facility and all that it offers the residents.

I found the place clean and comfortable. The lunch was delicious and the residents at our table were very pleasamt.

Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff.. Facility was updated, clean , and nicely decorated and furnished. Quite a welcoming atmosphere with amenities as advertised. An excellent experience!!

I went through this previously. Seaton is highly recommended for their memory care unit. It's small but very well run and the care and communication is excellent.

My uncle was there for a year- he passed away there. He was in the memory care building so I can only speak for that building. Almost all patients were more advanced dementia. They take only 12 residents. It was perfect for him. He received a lot of attention, the caregivers were exceptional, it was more like a home environment. He had been in 2 other facilities and this was without a doubt the best. But it is definitely more suited for advanced dementia or those that do better in a quiet environment. Because it was so small, all the residents got a lot of attention, and the staff seemed to really feel called to work with dementia residents- they joked a lot and had great attitudes

I have been dealing with my parent's journey for many years. I have toured numerous options in the general Frisco and surrounding areas. Mom lived with us for over two years. But she needed more round the clock eyes and care than we could provide as we both travel for work. The actual apartments are just beautiful! And the care has been extremely responsive and attentive. I can always reach the front desk with any questions or concerns, and they immediately work to resolve whatever it is we need. They are always so kind, and go above and beyond to provide great food options, and truly thoughtful and amazing events and entertainment. They offer all personal amenities and doctor care she needs. Mom is SO very happy there! And we are so relieved she is living her best 90's-decade life with her new friends and safe, lovely home. We are so grateful to everyone there for the outstanding care and thoughtful environment they provide. There is nothing comparable in our experience.

Very clean Lovely grounds and spacious apartments. Lots of floor plans to choose from A lot of activities and amenities Including a pool. Food was very good. The tour was very comprehensive and Robyn answered all of our questions. It is nice that housekeeping services are included It is great that medical services are available

The staff is extremely friendly. It's a very nice and comfortable place. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

We were very happy to find Marbella. The people were all very nice, the place was really lovely, and clean. I would recommend Marbella Marysville, and have, to other family members.

Great staff, they are truly like family!

Spotless, fresh feeling, well laid out, happy residents walking around and kind helpers throughout the residence. The garden area and pool were a pleasant surprise.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The residents I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly & said they were very pleased with their stay at TerraBella. One of them had been there for over two years.

Redbud Place involves mom in activities daily rather than leaving her sitting in her apt. Both the staff & residents called mom by her name correctly from day one. The staff made the residents aware of her name & move in date so all of us were greeted by several residents on day one. She was made to feel very welcome. It was reassuring to hear how much they loved living there. I highly recommend this facility.
