The facility is well equipped to accommodate all three phases of living from independent, assisted living, any hospice care. The Mews has a long standing good reputation along with long standing employees. Friendliness and cleanliness are very good but it is quite costly $$. Food could be better. Don't have the newspaper delivered there, it will never get to the person.

I was greeted and shown around. Had a nice lunch and visited with several ladies. They all seemed to be happy there. One had been there 10 years and one 6 years which speaks highly of the facility. Everyone seemed happy which is very important.

Parkview has been a God send for my mom. She was by herself in a one bedroom apartment and was losing her beautiful smile because she was all alone. Since she has been at Parkview the last couple of weeks she has been able to bring back her beautiful smile. She loves the space in her new 2 bedroom apartment and has loved making new friends. Her favorite is playing bingo and the delicious food in the dining room.

We love it. They could not have been nicer, or more helpful. With every facet of the whole thing. Every member of the staff from the maintenance guys to the kitchen staff to the activities director have all been so kind to us they introduce themselves they knew our names. My mom is reporting that the food is very good. The location is unbelievable.

I just moved in with my wife and was skeptical at first. But now I really believe Winter Village is the place for me. The food is good, the staff is friendly and it is clean! My wife likes the variety of activities and is also glad we made the move!

After living in a couple senior living communities, I can finally call Winter Village home. From the friendly staff, to the delicious food they have everything I need and more! I am so happy I chose Winter Village and would recommend it to everyone!

What they could improve on would be more activities, however I would recommend Solstice at Corpus Christi to other families based on the experience so far.

What I like the most about the community is the friendliness and the food. Yes, I would recommend HeartLands Senior Living at Ellicott City to other families based on the experience so far.

I love this place, I love the people here, and I would always live here if I could. I've met great friends here. I walk around the community and with sometimes with people that I've met here. I just love the community. Love mixing mingles which is every Friday great activity

I am eager, never thought I would eagerly approach this milestone, to live the Shasta Estates community. Received great move in incentives. They have Everything I require in this phase of my life!

Staff are very helpful and compassionate. Staff was very instrumental in assisting with my move and seeing that my apartment was exactly what I expected. There are various apartment sizes. Mine, The Dogwood is exactly the appropriate size for me. My balcony is perfect for sitting out drinking a cup of coffee while overlooking the beautiful grounds. There is 24 hour staffing and a concierge during the day. There are many fun outings and activities.

Even though the facility was under repairs due to a water pipe burst, they were handling it professionally. We liked the overall facility. The only negative was the cost for a one bedroom. In comparison to other assisted living facilities in the area, it was quite a bit higher.

The service at Lakehouse is great, but the rent increase of $[removed]more a month I think is a bit excessive

I like Addison Place and would recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living. It feels very homey here and the staff is friendly. I like that I have my own private apartment that my children helped decorate, if I want privacy I can go to my apartment and close my door. It's my new home.

I have lived at Addison Place for 19 months, I enjoy all the wonderful activities that we get to do. [name removed] goes above and beyond to make it special and fun. I have 2 special life long friends that also live here at Addison Place and it's been so nice to share this journey together. The staff is excellent, I enjoy meeting all the new residents and gifting them a special gift made by my crocheting club. If you are looking for a loved one I highly recommend Addison Place.

From my first contact Bellamar has been Amazing! They took the time to get to know my mom and not just her diagnosis. We got her placed quickly and she is thriving, living her best life!

Friendliness 5 but a 4 for staff. They were either experiencing turnover or had high volume of new customers, so they weren't always as responsive as I'd expect. Admin staff 4 (buy restaurant and support staff were a 5). Food definitely a 5! The overall vibe is of a luxury vacation or cruise. People (residents and staff) were all well-deserved and groomed. They were very friendly toward [name removed], and I think that (and the luxe atmosphere) we're deciding factors for her. She is taking part in many activities and tells everyone that she's very happy. My only non-5 scores were based on a bit of inattention from sales staff (and that person may be gone now) and the fact that it was far and away the most expensive facility of the nine or so that we visited. The restaurant staff, and particularly the chief cook, were so attentive and warm. I don't remember his name but he was a middle-aged Latino man.

From the very start with A Place for Mom, the phone call was pleasant and efficient. Follow through was quick with setting up appointments for places to go tour. It was very easy to get a hold of people on the phone to coordinate the visits. Overall the experience was very good. I was very impressed. My mom is very happy at Aston gardens. Aston gardens is a warm and welcoming place on a beautiful campus with very nice apartments. The food in the dining hall is very good and the activities are plentiful and fun. The pool is beautiful and the walkway around the lake is very nice too
