It's is not what you would expect. The community is beautiful, friendly and safe. I enjoy living here. My family is pleased with my choice and they visit me often. I am also a member of a chorus that has performed here and my fellow performers were very impressed as well. A Holiday Concert is in the works!! Happy New Year!!

He choose it for himself. He liked the room, the environment and the director of the facility. I would recommend to others. The help from A Place for Mom was so helpful. We never would have found something so quickly without them!

My experience with A Place For Mom ha been nothing but the best. I took care of my mom for several years and was very nervous about placing her in a facility. Everyone was reassuring, helpful, informative, and engaging. I could not have placed my mom without them. They too were encouraging, reassuring, and engaging. It just seemed right, and I felt confident about the community. Turns out I wasn't wrong. She's adjusting and doing very well.

The staff are very attentive to her needs. Help her with compression stockings every day. They are good as far as keeping the room clean and laundry. She loves the food and has made a few friends since she's been there. I would say she does about 75% of activities. We really didn't think she would do any. She has definitely become a more outgoing person since moving in there. They had a meet and greet for families so we met all of the directors and heads of each area. I love the fact that there are 42 employees that have been there for over 10 years

The apartment size is way more than we expected and is very nice. My dad likes the food and the staff is very helpful, and really nice. I would give them a 5 rating. Everything is clean and is nicely decorated.

I would give everything a 5, with the exception of Administrative Staff. They would get a 3. Terra Bella Thornblade has a new "bookkeeper," I guess you would call her. We have been charged the wrong amount twice and it has been hard to get her to call me back. I've had to go in and try to find her to talk to her. The first time, another lady helped me get it sorted out (she works in admissions) and this second time it still has not been sorted out. The lady is very, very nice and I know the mistake is made through the corporate office. I think she is also trying to figure out a new system, but still, if I didn't pay close attention to my parents bank account, I don't know what would happen. But still, I would highly recommend the staff. My mom got there and immediately had stomach issues. They took great care of her and always answered my texts quickly, sometimes even calling me. She ended up going to the hospital 5 times and died on [date removed] from a ruptured intestine and sepsis. The nurses were so kind to her, even though she was very difficult to deal with between her pain and her dementia. I can't say enough good things about them. They continue to love on my dad and he is now blossoming there. I also think his health is better since they are the ones in charge of his medicine. The facilities are lovely and I think the food is pretty good. I hear a few complaints now and again, but older people can be hard to please. After my mom died, I spent that night with him and I ate dinner and breakfast in my dad's room. The food was really good. My dad at first did very few activities because he felt like he needed to stay with my mom. But the facility has 4 or 5 activities a day to choose from. He doesn't have the capacity to decide on an activity in the morning and show up for it later. But he does seem to be going downstairs a lot and he will drift into the things going on. I hope that helps. We had to make a quick last minute decision and I am very glad [name removed] found us this place.

I just moved to the facility and was just amazed of how clean, refreshing and friendly the facility was. Met a few residents that were living there and we bonded very quickly. Feels like I made new long log friends here

When I walked in, the lobby looked really clean and the staff were friendly.

Solstice at Point Defiance has a beautiful campus, great staff, and a wonderful, warm, welcoming community. I was surprised that it didn't have a true assisted living component or memory care, but that's on me for not checking more thoroughly before I toured. If we didn't have those needs, we'd be happy to call Solstice home!

The staff is very personable and attentive. They take time to sit and talk with your loved one. The rooms are beautiful and updated with spacious bathrooms. Very pleased with Terra Bella and my loved one is getting exceptional care.

It all went great and our cousin is very happy with everything, now in his second month living at La Mirada Heights.

As soon as I walked into Paradose Springs I felt the nice cozy atmosphere. They had a beautiful decoration and smell as soon as we walked in and all through the building. Everyone was so friendly and happy!!!

I was just there visiting my Mother and I can’t express how happy I am with this facility. She is so happy and well taken care of. Everytime I see her she tells me how much she loves being there and the things she does. It’s always hard being away from a loved one. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for your loved ones this is it. We toured several places and this has truly surpassed expectations!

My experience with The camelot Senior living has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first toured the facility., we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residence feel comfortable and valued. It’s clear that they treat everyone like family. The community itself is clean, inviting and beautifully maintained. My loved one has made great friends and feel right at home.

Meals are included, which pushes him to socialize at least 3 times a day with his peers. If meals weren't included, he would just sit in his apartment all day and not socialize. We would recommend Dogwood Estates to others.

Very impressed with the operation of the facility. Management staff were very attentive to the needs of residents. Food was good Campus was immaculate. The location was convenient to shopping centers.

This was my second facility i toured. I was greeted at the beginning as if I was part of the community. From the receptionist to the activity director and the maintenance guy all with friendly faces. The tour and room I was impressed with was just the perfect fit for my mom. The community overall felt like home for my mom. Nice and clean with friendly faces. Great place Thanks [name removed]

Great community, clean , appears well staffed and residents were happy. Nice accommodations. Safe area in north Plano, excellent location if desire that area for DFW. Accommodations at this time are limited.
