I had interviewed a few agencies but nothing compares to this one ! They had been recommended by the hospice social worker my mother has and said she had a wonderful experience when she used them for her mother which made me feel so much more at ease. The staff that comes out is very consistent so I don't have to worry about who is coming and if they are going to get along with my mom. I get occasional phone calls to get in with me to see how I feel the care is going and they also ask about how I am doing which is very considerate of them. They are willing to do what it takes to make mom comfortable which helps ease my mind.

So far from what my mother has told me, everything is working out well for my father since her started home care. It is a work in progress, but they are taking good care of him, and his needs. We are pleased with all they have done for us.

Everything has been good with ComForCare. It is a little expensive and the four hour time requirement has been an issue although I understand why they do it. My caregiver does a good job and she is reliable. It has been easy to schedule with them.I would recommend them.

My husband is doing well since he started to receive services from this home care agency. All is well so far, and I'am pleased.

It has been a transition for my parents since my father started to receive home care services from this agency, The care givers have been great for the most part. Overall I'am satisfied with the services. They do a good job helping with personal care, and some care. Hopefully with some time my mother adjust better, and allow the care givers to do more. It has been a pretty good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency,

The owner, nurse and supervisor were great. The only issue I had was that the caregiver was not always on time. They were able to provide the services we requested and explained everything up front. When looking for home care I would make sure they screen their caregivers.

So far our experiences with this home care agency have been pretty good. I'am satisfied with the services my mother has been receiving from them. I feel she is safe, and in good hands with the care givers. The agency has been easy, and great to work with. The care giver helps with cooking, and shows up on time to help. Overall I would recommend this home care agency, it is working out well for us.

When we first started the services, my mother got a caregiver named [Removed]. She was wonderful my mother loved her, but unfortunately, she went on vacation and the replacement was not very good at all. The replacement caregiver would not help my mom and she would just sit on the couch and read a book. We decided to stop services.

Everything is going great so far and mom seems to like the company. They are able to get everything done that is requested and having been very accommodating with us. I would recommend them and use them again.

They have been able to everything that we request of them. They have been great and everything is working out just fine. We have not needed them to do anything extra, but I am sure that they would be able to accommodate if i needed them to.

Com For care was very quick to respond.They were on time,professional and kind.Without comforcare services I could not have made it to the hospital for my appointment.

Our experiences with this home care agency have been pretty okay. We have had three different care givers, there was one we really liked, she was very kind and helpful. The owner of the home care agency has been very concerns and helpful. I would say the quality of care givers they send out needs to be a bit better. Overall it has been a good experience. Overall I would recommend this home care.

Caregiver that they send is great, really nothing needs to be improved.

They were very proactive, they were there and ready for us when we needed them, the people they had were marvelous. The staff were loving and caring. They worked well with us, and were great. The lady that was here, stayed on her own time, and refused to leave us alone. There is definitely a gap in communication, we had a little bit of an issue with scheduling. There is no way to reach management at a certain point, and they don't have a policy of confirming things. That aspect was very disappointing, and did cast a bit of a shadow, on an otherwise good experience with their agency. Their personnel really saved the day they are the reason, they get such a good score.

They have been very helpful but there have been a few times when someone who should be filling in for our regular person, didn't show up. We have a regular person, and everyone seems to get along alright. So far we are pretty satisfied with the service.

So far it's working out okay. They have been very responsive if I have called for anything so far. Reliability, and consistency is not as good as I had hoped for, but they are trying to get it down.

Caregivers really hit it off with mom, all caregivers take really good care. Is concerned with the agency, they are hard to get ahold of them when needed.
