Our aide was very attentive to our bedbound loved one. The personal interaction and care she provided was as important as any physical care she gave. We certainly would utilize this service again. Comfort Keepers stayed with mom during many different moves and were excellent caregivers. They helped me through such a difficult time.

They were great. From the initial person who came out to meet with us and understand our needs to the care givers that came to be with mom. We had 1 issue and I did not take away points because management was always accessible and dealt with the issue immediately and professionally. Everyone's major concern was my mom as it should have been. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Especially[name removed] who was there for a couple of shifts and the final one where mom passed. She was so caring, kind and knowledgeable.

Everything was fantastic. Their concentrated effort is on taking care of your family member and they go out of their way to ensure that they are providing the service that you need. From a quality management prospective, they make sure it matches what they advertise. I would highly recommend their services to others.

The time we stayed there was wonderful.

They were very quick to respond and get everything set up for us, we literally had to have them in within 48 hours and they were available. The caregivers were always on time and showed up for their shifts and they were also flexible with their scheduling. I would absolutely recommend ComForCare home care services to others looking.

From the moment we got a hold of them through the interview process, everything was easy and seamless. This service was friendly and prepared and kind of seamless which made this even better for my loved one. They actually talked to my loved one instead of around him and this actually made him feel really good. I would highly recommend them they were friendly and sufficient. Whenever they can not be there they always communicate it asap and makes sure that there is a solution offered for a replacement. Overall it has been a very good experience and they are local which helps.

The workers we encountered were very professional and did the things we had asked them to do. They were very friendly and caring. We know they not only cared about our family but cared about our mother as well.

ComForCare provided the best care to my mother and well beyond any expectations. My mother was terminally ill with brain cancer. Throughout this difficult time ComForCare’s team of caregivers were compassionate, friendly to all, and proactive to my mother’s every need. Only positive experiences with them. They always return my calls on time and have switched out caregivers quickly if I had an issue. Everyone at ComForCare has been excellent; the caregivers are very caring and attentive to my father. The management and RN's are incredibly professional and constantly in contact with us.

We needed help on a tempory basis, and ComeForCare was recomended to us. We found them to be extremely reliable. Both the office staff and the caregivers were acommodating, helpful, punctual and extremely nice people who were wiling to do anything asked of them, and more... such as loads of laundry or other light housework. With all three caregivers, you could easily feel their good will, and eagerness to please. I liked how they checked if we needed someone or not, their flexibility was helpful and needed. Thank you.

So far we are experiencing very satisfactory assistance and support. The representative conveys a warm professional manner, was patient in answering questions, was thorough and helpful at the meeting at Laurels. The paperwork was sent promptly, with precise instructions.

[Name removed], the owner, was more responsive than any other home care agency we contacted when my older brother was in the hospital recovering from an operation on his lower back, surgery and needed a companion 24/7 for parts of 4 days until discharged to a rehab hospital. He came to the hospital himself at 930 pm, with an aide, and made sure the right aides were assigned, personally involving himself. He called me directly. Pretty awesome company.

After going through several companies, we finally found the one perfect for my grandma. She raves about the service and we couldn't be happier with her caretaker. It's important that my grandma and family trust the caretakers and I can honestly say we got so lucky finding Comforcare Home Care, Bel Air! Thank you so much for your excellent service ! Awesome service. They really helped my Father when he was injured. Very caring and compassionate caregivers and friendly supportive office staff. Would recommend to family and friends. Will definitely use again if occasion arises.
