Our aide was very attentive to our bedbound loved one. The personal interaction and care she provided was as important as any physical care she gave. We certainly would utilize this service again. Comfort Keepers stayed with mom during many different moves and were excellent caregivers. They helped me through such a difficult time.

They were great. From the initial person who came out to meet with us and understand our needs to the care givers that came to be with mom. We had 1 issue and I did not take away points because management was always accessible and dealt with the issue immediately and professionally. Everyone's major concern was my mom as it should have been. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Especially[name removed] who was there for a couple of shifts and the final one where mom passed. She was so caring, kind and knowledgeable.

Everything was fantastic. Their concentrated effort is on taking care of your family member and they go out of their way to ensure that they are providing the service that you need. The time we stayed there was wonderful.

They were very quick to respond and get everything set up for us, we literally had to have them in within 48 hours and they were available. The caregivers were always on time and showed up for their shifts and they were also flexible with their scheduling. I would absolutely recommend ComForCare home care services to others looking.

From the moment we got a hold of them through the interview process, everything was easy and seamless. This service was friendly and prepared and kind of seamless which made this even better for my loved one. They actually talked to my loved one instead of around him and this actually made him feel really good. I would highly recommend them they were friendly and sufficient. Whenever they can not be there they always communicate it asap and makes sure that there is a solution offered for a replacement.
