Things have worked out well for our family with ComForCare. They were easy to work with, and we are satisfied with the service overall.

It's been an uphill battle trying to find the right agency that's willing to provided the number of hours we need considering that they usually want you to have 40 hours minimum. Working with this agency hasn't been a bad experience. It allows both myself as well as my mother a break from time to time and gives my father a little more companionship. All in all it's been a good experience.

They did well with almost everything, the worker was really good with my wife and everything and took really good care of her. The only problem that I did really have with them was with their billing service.

It was a pretty good experience. Overall, This is a pretty good agency. They are friendly and helpful.

They choose a wonderful caregiver for my mom and she is very happy with the service. I would recommend them

Our experience with ComForcare has been a good one overall! The administrative staff and aides are both very communicative, and they'd let me know the minute anything changed in regards to scheduling or issues with her care!

For what they provide I think ComForCare does a good job. The few times we have used them the caregivers have been friendly and professional, and my loved one has enjoyed their company. However, since they are only able to schedule a minimum of 3 hours at a time and our needs are often less than that we have not used them extensively.

They were very good for the time I used them. There was a little bit of a language barrier, just because there was no one that spoke Spanish in my area. We never had any trouble with reliability, or getting anyone to come out. The language issue was the only thing.

so far all is well for my aunt. we have a companion coming into the house a couple times a week.

Overall I feel CCSS's are great. They fit with schedule and needs.

We looked into this service when we were searching for home care options for a loved one. I thought they seemed very nice during the interview. The people we spoke with were informative and professional. We ended up going with another service that was a bit closer, but ComForcare is certainly an option we'd consider!

Was setup with a very nice caregiver, Sandra. She is very accommodating and an overall nice woman. I immediately trusted her. The person I dealt with to setup the caregiver situation was Grover and he was very nice and flexible. Overall rules of the program are extremely flexible. Not giving it 5 stars just because I'm fairly new to the program.

Some of the things in rating really don't seem to apply to us since we simply have a companion come over about one a week or so and don't ask much more than that but the caregivers have been good and willing to do a few light chores and get our mom bathed if asked. The only problems we've had have been reliability of individuals which is probably an issue for all agencies(you don't know until you give then a chance). It also seems that the agency could use a little better organization, perhaps in an automated system that serves them better than pen and paper. Overall they are providing us with what we need, help ensuring mom is safe and comfortable.

Overall we've had a good experience with this service. We had an incident with a particular caregiver, who we believe should have been vetted more carefully by the company before she was hired on, but everyone else we've worked with has been good, and the management is polite and responsive.

They're good so far. We haven't had any problems. I haven't heard anything bad. I coordinate all of this but my mom actually lives in a different city than I do. They're helping her with breakfast and lunch, driving her to appointments, medication reminders, and lifting and carrying things.

They didn't have the staffing to deal with his medical decline, they're more of a companion, helping him around and some of his medication needed changing. We liked the Christian affect, they were very kind and caring, they were willing to stay extra and do extra. They tried their best to help us out, the only issue is the type of agency it was, things in our situation change fast and we needed a higher skill level.

The owner was very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable they knew what they were doing. Their prices are comparable to other companies that offer the same services in the area. We are pleased with ComForcare.

i love the owner and have worked with her. I had a very bad experience with one of her employees that I hired to take care of my mother overnight. The owner quickly relieved her of her job. I will still continue to use them.

Liked best (as for qualified). RN always available for info. Can take Mom to appts or to different places, light housekeeping.
