The caregiver that comes out to the house is a Certified Nursing Assistant and she is an angel. She drives mom to the store and to some of her appointments. The entire process of setting up the service was great. The contact person was so patient, understanding and walked me through the process. They answered all of my questions and offered information. They were accommodating and I would recommend service.

My wife and I are very happy since receiving care from ComForcare senior Services. The caregivers that come to our home are very nice, they help with light housekeeping and cooking meals. They take us to doctors appointments when needed. We care very happily with them so far.

ComForCare tries very hard to please and do what is required. I appreciate that they show up on time and do an excellent job. The caregivers show their knowledge and ability by knowing what to do at the right time.

I live hundreds of miles away from my 93 year old mom and worry about her a lot. I have been so pleased with services from ComForCare. It is such a relief to know they are providing assistance to her and really care about her wellbeing.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with ComForcare! I'd give them top marks across the board. The aides are always on time and reliable, and they've been so caring and patient with my loved one. We did have one small issue, but they fixed it as soon as I brought it up! I highly recommend the service.

So far so good, it has been less 6 weeks but Lila seems genuinely caring. And has great ideas for helping Mom keep stimulated

My mother has required the help of ComForcare for many months now. They have been excellent in their attentive care to her. They are flexible in changing the amount of care she requires each day. They also have been very responsive. I would definitely recommend thier services.

I don't have alot to compare the facility to. We get what we paid for, we are treated in a very professional manner. They come to our home. They provide someone who is culturally compatible to my father. That isn't necessary, but it was very helpful.

We have an excellent care giver who is very responsive, patient, and is very accommodating in doing more than is required. She is very energetic and enjoys her work. She communicates very well with my family members, and they in turn enjoy her company very much.

My family is extremely satisfied with ComForcare. Their caregivers are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate people. They helped my parents in all areas: companionship, personal care, respite, etc. The owner and his staff truly cares about my parents care; we are able to reach him by phone directly. I'd recommend ComForcare to everyone.

Had very good experience with the owner/operator of ComForCare services. The two home health aides who came into my home did a wonderful caring for my husband who has Parkinson's disease. I was very satisfied.

The office staff is freindly and efficient. Our caregiver comes in twice a week for a total of 6 hours. She is always on time, clean, polite, talkative, smiling. A pleasure to have in the house, when I return all is as it was when I left.

I had no problems with comfor cafe and it was a good service at the time of my mother’s need. Thank you. I wish you wouldn’t text solicit feedback though, nor require 200 character minimum here feels too much like a hassle

My mom had 4 different staff in the short time we used them. Everyone was nice but the changes made it confusing for my mom. However, one staff really connected with my mom and was amazing. It's a shame we didn't have her until the last week. Admin communicated with me very well and kept me informed of the changes.

Would recommend this agency because of the cost. My experience was short lived. The person we had was friendly but she got ill on the second day and was not available for the remainder of the week that we needed her. Therefore we just opted to cancel the services. The cost of the service was the best that we found out of a number of agencies that we sought out.

My concern is the lack of consistency . I know it's hard to keep employees these days. Takes a while to get a good match and then before long we're having to get someone new again. All but one of the helpers has been good and friendly . We rejected one as she voiced strong political opinions; she was dismissed . I would recommend, simply because I think they all have challenges. I do like that they have a very low minimum hours per visit and no min/week. Mom doesn't really want any help so it wouldn't work at this point to have 20hrs/week. My challenge is getting her to keep them there for 4 hours before letting them leave.

It's working out very well. My loved one is responding well to having somebody come in to the house to care for her. It's a very small company, so the only issue has been when they change up the caregiver due to scheduling issues, which can be harder on my loved one dealing with the change.

My son and I were happy with the company and decided to hire them for 3hrs a day, 5 days a week. The reason was they will send the same person every day. This was important because [name removed] doesn't do well with change and this is a very big concession for him. They will also give me a lot of help including housework. The experiment starts Mon. Wish us luck!

[Name removed] was very prompt and did a great job pairing my dad and stepmom with [Name removed] as a care provider. Unfortunately we have suspended the care due to hospitalization. Plan to resume in home care upon release from rehab.
